I used his story as an oral presentation in my Human Communications class. I got an A, and left the white house link, plus his info on the board. I'm so happy to hear this news.

Absolutely. High time this former wounded slave to our military in service to our country was released from his prison in a mexican jail.

On the other hand, wouldncha think that every American by now would know to stay away from the mexican border and its' waters? No, not even to turn around at their borders or take a pleasure cruise, much less enter with a weapon and amunition.

Not blaming the poor victim, needless to say, but we all need to learn; that's just the way it is. He's very lucky to get out alive. I hope his injuries and psychological abuses are few if any. He's got enough to deal with just reliving his military trauma. Poor guy.

Great news, and a big thanks to Fox news who pushed the powers in Washington to finally do something for this young man who served his country well.
