Baby Ayla: Supporters' Base Behavior Revealed

"The love of money is the root of all evil."

It isn't money, but it's the love of money.
It is the root of not some evil, but all of it.
Somewhere, beneath the visible surface, lies the quest that will bring purchasing power, even when it is masqueraded as fame seeking, or even a righteous cause.  The love of money that a cause might bring, could give birth to noxious and poisonous weeds, capable of killing.

Child Support Payments should continue, unabated, unless Justin DiPietro can prove to the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services that Ayla is no longer alive.

Does he really want to do that? Would his surrogate protector want this?

Justin DiPietro must continue making payments on his life insurance policy in which he bet against Ayla living to her 21st birthday, unless, he wants the policy canceled.  At that point, he cuts his losses.

Ayla would have to be declared dead by a court in order for him to collect the $25,000 he had planned on.  State Farm investigators (insurance investigators in New England, on average have a higher level of education and receive about 25% more pay than law enforcement investigators, with many have training in Statement Analysis.)  DiPietro would, upon filing a claim, be met with an investigator not only well  trained, but representing a company not keen on handing over the money.

The investigator would not be from Waterville, nor Winslow, rest assured.

It appears to be a lose-lose situation for Justin DiPietro, and, perhaps, for the very public seller of the policy that triggered the end for Ayla Reynolds.

His supporters struggled to answer the common sense questions about DiPietro, including:

The history of physical abuse against Ayla, including Ayla's untreated broken arm;
The failure to call out for his "missing" child while claiming to be "emotionally incapable"
His failed polygraph test in which he was asked if he harmed Ayla or caused her disappearance;

His life insurance policy, purchased not for, but against the life of Ayla, while not bothering to purchase insurance for his other child, mere weeks before his false report of kidnapping;

That Ayla's blood was found in the basement of his home;
The stated public opinion of the police that Justin DiPietro's story does not pass the "straight face" test, and that Ayla met "foul play" in the home and that the Waterville Three, collectively, is "not telling all they know" about what happened to Ayla.

For one supporter in particular, it became a cause of life, giving meaning to her, as she would stand up "against the world", to press that justice for Ayla be denied. It mattered little how many comments she had to post on news accounts or blogs, nor how ridiculous she appeared:  she was invigorated with a cause, and had something of her own to "stand up for"; giving her meaning in life.

As the mountain of evidence and reason stood stout against her, a question arose:

How low would they go in her life's cause of defending Justin DiPietro?

If she was unable to answer the common sense assertions of a free speech public, to what level would she sink to silence the voices that call for justice for Ayla Reynolds?

They approached a Maine reporter and asked if said reporter would assist them in "digging up dirt" against the Statement Analysis blogger, in order to silence him.

They cared little for the reputation as local business owners,  and were now willing to sling mud in order to stop the call for justice for Ayla.

If one cannot answer the message, shoot the messenger.

It is a form of bullying behavior reminiscent of the very bully in question.

That 'Birds of a feather flock together' should shock no one.

Incapable of answering the common sense assertions, she was willing to slander or libel, in order to silence, thus shedding light into the lack of pale absence of character behind the defense of the indefensible.

In their inability to reason, and in family's inability to squelch, the following conclusion about the case had to have been reached:

Waterville police department members conspired with Maine State Police members who conspired with the Federal Bureau of Investigation members from out of State,  to falsely blame Justin DiPietro for the killing of Ayla Reynolds.

Although it is difficult to imagine, the investigators in this case, many of whom did not know each other, all "had it in" for Justin DiPietro, and all risked their professional opinions and careers in order to blame him.

They also had to conclude that the kidnapper knew Justin DiPietro, personally, and observed DiPietro's parenting skills, or the lack thereof, and took Ayla in order to raise her instead of Justin.

This dramatically reduced the number of kidnappers to a very small number, in deed.  The alleged kidnapper would have to be someone associated close enough to Ayla, of whom, according to Angela Harry, would have had to have contact with Justin sometime after Ayla reached 7 months of age, further reducing the pool of individuals to have known Justin DiPietro well enough to observe, and disapprove, of his parenting skills.

This also meant that the known kidnapper, although Justin said he had "no idea" who did this, was able to break into the home, not wake any child or adult, get in and out of the home, with Ayla, without a drop of DNA anywhere, and keep Ayla for these many months, to teach Justin a lesson, and still not be seen by anyone, while maintaining Ayla's care.  Of his claim to have "no idea", they would have to dismiss as 'just talk' or someone "not emotionally capable" of clear thinking.

This vast conspiracy among those who knew not DiPietro, nor had personal grudge against him, and who would now, among three law enforcement entities, would have to combine with the most incredible of odds, as if Justin DiPietro is the unluckiest of the unlucky, who just happened to buy a life insurance policy not for, but against an otherwise healthy toddler, who, as bad luck would have it, just happened to go "missing" weeks after making that payment.

Between the vast three law enforcement entity conspiracy and the now, seemingly odds-shattering bad luck, they were left with an insurmountable task of embracing the odds of winning national lotteries once a week for 52 weeks, or...

silencing the "opposition" of her cause.

That they were base enough to seek out a way to silence a voice for Ayla Reynolds is a disgrace and reveals the level of character that individuals in Waterville are willing to become entangled with.

That they were willing to seek to silence a voice for Ayla in a most unethical and illicit manner, as she was unable to answer the logic and reason, should cause customers of business to pause, and to contemplate what manner of family they are doing business with.

That they were willing to pervert justice, and bring free speech to a halt by sinful means, should be enough to catch the attention of the civil community, and question the implications and possible consequences of such an action.

That anyone would need to silence a voice, rather than answer the argument, begs the question of justice for Ayla.

That a single, unemployed father would buy life insurance against the life of one of two of his children, report her missing weeks later, and then blame a vast police conspiracy, among dedicated professional men and women who, in many circumstances, never met each other, yet are alleged to have a motive to cover up a kidnapping in order to blame a young man they never met or knew, is beyond stupid.

Bullying is what Ayla experienced, and what DiPietro supporters attempted.

Bullies, as is well known, are cowards, who's own cowardice comes to the surface when they are stood up to.

That a toddler should have been bullied, and then used as a tool to make money, and ultimately sacrificed on the altar of mammon, should not shock any of us that other bullies would be drawn to DiPietro.

They cannot  lawfully or civilly answer the logical call of justice, so they resort to the very thing that drew them to DiPietro:

the base character of a bully.

What lesson do they project?

If one cannot answer the message, shoot the messenger.  Perhaps, and this is just perhaps, they can think of some examples in the Scriptures they are so fond of quoting, where a message annoyed the ears of some, who were willing to do whatever it took to silence it.

Kickboxer Denies US Marine's Murder In Thailand
Lee Aldhouse tells a court he ACCIDENTLY(this is passive language) STABBED Dashawn Longfellow after earlier being attacked in a bar in Phuket.2:30pm UK, Monday 18 February 2013
Aldhouse has REPEATEDLY insisted he is INNOCENT of murder.(Given that he REPEATEDLY insisted his innocence does this weaken his denial?)

(Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This would be the place to issue a reliable denial.)
1,First person singular.
2,Past tense,didnt/did not.
3,Event specific,kill Dashhawn Longfellow.

A British kickboxer has pleaded not guilty to the murder of a former US Marine following a bar fight on a Thai holiday island.

Lee Aldhouse is accused of stabbing to death 23-year-old Dashawn Longfellow - who was in Phuket after sustaining a combat injury in Afghanistan - in 2010.

The 30-year-old suspect from Birmingham, known in Phuket by his ring name 'The Pitbull', left the country for the UK after the alleged killing.

But he became the first Briton to be extradited to Thailand under a century-old treaty.

His lawyer Kampon Siriwatunyoo said: "Lee Aldhouse DENIED the charge of murder."

(Here he uses the word DENIAL,Acoholics/Drug addicts use this word all the time, they know what they are but refuse to admit it)

Dashawn Longfellow was injured in Afghanistan
He told the court he had been attacked in a bar earlier in the night by Mr Longfellow, according to the lawyer.

Aldhouse then bought a knife at a convenience store in case he was attacked again and when he was out later looking for his lost dog he was grabbed from behind and the knife somehow went into Mr Longfellow, he said.

If convicted, Aldhouse could face the death penalty or up to life in prison.

Mr Kampon said the next hearing was scheduled for August 7.

Mr Longfellow's mother said her son served in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was injured when a roadside bomb exploded under his truck.

He was understood to also be in the country to explore a career in kickboxing.

Oscar Pistorius: 'I Did Not MEAN TO Kill Her'
In an affidavit Oscar Pistorius says he was deeply in love with his girlfriend and had no intention of killing her.11:55am UK, Tuesday 19 February 2013

Prosecutors claim Oscar Pistorius got up from bed, put on his prosthetic legs and walked seven metres before firing through a bathroom door and killing his girlfriend.

During the hearing, prosecutor Gerrie Nel argued the Paralympian fired four shots at unarmed Reeva Steenkamp through a CLOSED DOOR, showing it was a premeditated murder. He added there was "a motive to kill".

Magistrate Desmond Nair ruled that, for the purpose of the bail hearing, the case was a schedule six offence or premeditated murder, which means it will be difficult for the 26-year-old to get bail.

Earlier, Mr Nel said Ms Steenkamp fled to the small, cramped BATHROOM and locked herself in because she was scared after they'd had a row on Valentine's Day.

Oscar Pistorius is charged with murdering Reeva Steenkamp
The 29-year-old model died from "three shots" last Thursday at Pistorius' home in South Africa. The family attended her funeral in Port Elizabeth this morning.

Mr Nel said the defence had a number of questions to answer, including:

:: Why did Pistorius carry Ms Steenkamp's body down a staircase after she was shot?

:: Why didn't Pistorius look for his girlfriend if he suspected there was a burglar in the house?

:: Why did Ms Steenkamp lock herself in the TOILET - was she afraid of being shot or killed?

:: Why did he put on his prosthetic limbs and walk seven metres to the BATHROOM?

Mr Nel said: "If I arm myself, walk a distance and murder a person, that is premeditated. The DOOR is closed. There is no doubt. I walk seven metres and I kill. The motive is 'I want to kill'. That's it."

He added: "It wouldn't be correct for me to venture into the motive now. We can say that there was a motive to kill."

Meanwhile the athlete's defence lawyer Barry Roux said there was no evidence of premeditation, insisting he had mistaken Ms Steenkamp for a burglar.

Arguing the law graduate's death was accidental, he said: "We submit it is not EVEN murder. There is no concession this is a murder."

"All we REALLY know is she locked herself behind the TOILET DOOR and she was shot," he added.

"Was it to kill her, or was it to get her out?" Mr Roux asked the court, referring to the broken-down DOOR.

Pistorius, who won two gold medals at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, broke down in tears during the hearing which will determine whether he should get bail.

Sky's special correspondent Alex Crawford, who is inside the court in Pretoria, said the double amputee's "face was creased in pain" and he was "weeping" as he was formally charged with murder.

The prosecutor said Pistorius, nicknamed the Bladerunner, "killed an innocent woman".

For the first time, Pistorius is expected to explain how his girlfriend died during the hearing.

Crawford said his defence team will detail why he should be given bail, arguing that he is not a danger to society or himself and is not going to abscond.

At the start of proceedings, Pistorius, in a grey suit and tie, nodded after the chief magistrate asked if he was well. And he nodded his appreciation when his brother, Carl, pressed his shoulder in support.

Journalists jammed into the courtroom, which was full with almost 100 people, including Pistorius' father, Henke, and sister Aimee.http://news.sky.com/story/1053938/oscar-pistorius-i-did-not-mean-to-kill-her

#OscarPistorius I have been informed I have been acused of murder - I deny the accusation.

11:53am
#OscarPistorius nothing can be further from the truth that I planned the murder of my girlfriend.

The two perfect places where he could make a strong first person singular past tense event specific reliable denial and he doesn't.

Here i would expect to hear i did not murder Reeva, I did not plan to murder Reeva/ my girlfriend.

He doesn't make the denial so we cant do it for him.

What is worth noting is the embedded I planned the murder of my girlfriend.

It seems his only possibe defenses are self defense- which is nullified by the fact she locked herself in the bathroom, or, 'roid rage (if the story about steroids being found in the house is true)
Claims he thought she was an intruder son't bear out as she would be screaming blue murder especially if the first shot was her hip and again once she locked herself in the bathroom she would be telling him she was no intruder, instinct also would be to call the emergency services regardless.

As it stands the only logical conclusion from the evidence so far revealed is premedidated murder.

His disability will perhaps help with mitigation and any medication he is on may as well. self defence or intruder isn't going to work.

I think that this latest attempt to "cover up" Justin's behavior towards Ayla is proof that he is guilty.

You don't have to cover up something that didn't happen.

Is Justin gainfully employed yet? Or is drug vending his financial lion?

Unfortunately Peter, this has been a very common theme of ANYONE who supports the cause for Ayla's justice. Too many people have had such type of events following this case.

The closer you get to the truth - the harder they strike.

Sorry you have had to go through this type of thing as well.

Maybe if Heidi's son, Derek, wasn't so deep in this with his best buddy Justin, Heidi wouldn't be so desperate to silence the truth.

Dee said...

Heidi inserted herself smack dab in the middle of a missing child's investigation. It is one thing to support a "friend" (and really - it's her sons friend, not hers), but it's another to be so proactive in defense of Justin. Why was she all over every board in the beginning spewing her "Justin is a good guy" tale? Why would she go so far as to stage an interview where it was to be "Justin finally speaks" and instead ended up being "Heidi takes center stage". She wants the attention - yes. She feels in control - yes. But there has to be more. Why would she want so badly to silence someone who speaks out for Ayla - to the point where she tried to dig up dirt on Peter to shut him up. I agree she's a bully and the blogs and newspaper boards are her bully pulpit. But I still think there's more. Why involve yourself to this extent when you have so much to lose by doing so? The only thing I can think of is if you stand to lose even more if people find out the truth.

Anonymous said...

There is another individual who has inserted themselves in this investigation and takes great delight in their attacks on voices for Ayla. Their attacks are more vicious than those of Derek's mommy. Derek's daddy has made one short public statement since Ayla went missing. Maybe Derek's daddy isn't the silent type we think he is?

Trigger said...

Because the evidence speaks volumes about Justin and his financial motives for Ayla's demise this entitles Heidi to shoot the messenger?

She might want to start with the law enforcement officers who made the evidence available and dig up some mud there first.

As long as Heidi tries to defy the evidence that points to a guilty party in Ayla's death, she will be met with resistance.

If so, are you guessing, or you know for sure?

It takes a low, low level of person to defend anyone who may be responsible for the death of a child. From all accounts, it looks like the whole time the DiPs had Ayla, she suffered rough treatment. I remember reading that a friend told Trista he saw Justin throw Ayla. I also read that Justin's brother was quoted as saying 'time to go home and kick the baby'.
I don't know if any of that is true, but she did suffer injuries, too many for this short of a time, and her little face looked so sad in photos taken at the DiPs home.

God will deliver the correct punishment to all involved.

This is interesting and if this tactic has been used against you, Peter, one wonders if the same has been done against the prosecutor.

A recent case in Wa state, 3 persons conspired to murder a man for his life insurance money. All 3 remained silent because all 3 had a stake in the outcome. This fell apart when others who knew began to talk. 2 have now been tried and sentenced, the third hangs in limbo until more evidence comes to light.

Thank you for keeping Ayla's name out there, she needs public support for justice to occur.

Rich, loamy earth, most often used to grow things from tiny seeds into rich nutritious foods, or towering life-giving trees. Soft shale, and embedded within, diamonds and precious gemstones gleaming with rare natural beauty. The dirt is already dug up.

Who is this woman?

Anyway, Peter, since you know how it feels to be libeled and have cyber bullies, even though you are not suspected of any crime, won't you PLEASE look into a case of this online right now? It's fascinating.

A woman, Toni Ingram, claims her daughter was stalked for months prior to her tragic overdose a year ago December. Astute readers of her blog have caught hundreds of inconsistencies and rewrites, often not physically redacted, just as if she can't keep her story straight. Other readers of her blog also follow the analysis on websleuths and notice how her story changed and firmed up after clearly reading the thoughts and theories on WS. Her later story evolved into something that she now has to rewrite the past and her accounts of her thoughts and emotions to support. Oh, and they do not match the police reports.
Her daughter overdosed. First claiming fear of her stalker causedher death she fully claims it is two-three people and she names names. She also is tied in with two to three libelous cyber bullies who have nicknamed her principal target 'Killer K(gives name, address, etc.) She is stalking them now and putting their lives at risk. Thecase has closed, he was dismissed as a suspect. She continues. Someone needs to stand up for the truth here. Obviously I have my opinions, but you have scientific tools.
