Baby Ayla: Press for Prosecution Announcement

For Immediate Release
It has been 25 months now and there have been no charges filed in the disappearance and death of 20 month old Ayla Reynolds despite the overwhelming blood evidence found in the father’s home.  Law enforcement officials of the MSP department have determined that no kidnapping has taken place, Ayla did not walk out of the house on her own, that there was foul play involved and that the three adults in the house that night are not being truthful.  The silence of both Law Enforcement and those that were in the house when she disappeared is deafening.
In response there will be a Press for Prosecution Protest on Saturday, January 25th, 2014 at the Waterville, Police Department in Waterville, Maine.  Protesters will meet at 11:30 and the protest will begin at 12 noon. Singer/Songwriter/Producer Pallaso will be in attendance and will be performing his tribute song to Ayla Reynolds “It’s Cold.”  Songwriter Al Pouliot will also be performing his tribute to Ayla called “Ayla’s Song.”
There will also be an online event on January 28th, 2014.  Participants will call in/e-mail/message via social media those in charge of the investigation in this case.  We will be sending a specific message that we want action taken on the overwhelming evidence that points to the involvement of the three adults in the house the night of Ayla’s disappearance.
People in the Waterville community and other cities across the state of Maine and country will be coming together to send a clear message to those in charge with bringing justice to this case.  We demand that you charge/arrest/prosecute Justin DiPietro, Elisha DiPietro, Courtney Roberts and anyone else that may be involved in her disappearance and cover up of her death.  We also implore anyone that may have been involved or know what happened to Ayla to come forward before it is too late. The time for Truth and Justice for Ayla is NOW!

Please join us in seeking Justice for Ayla Reynolds.

Yeah!!!! FINALLY.

God's will be done.

I pray those scumbags will finally be brought to justice. I feel Phoebe was involved, too, and I hope she also gets what's coming to her.

Oh yeah, anon @ 12:19, she's got it comin'! That low-life POS Phoebe was definitely involved.

Why ELSE would she have lied in her first interview!

Furthermore, I think SHE's the reason 'behind-the-scenes' that there haven't already been charges filed against her family AND herself, AND possibly others.

One can only hope that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. And hope it happens in the hailey Dunn, Dylan Redwine, etc. cases.

Did Raffaele Sollecito PROPOSE to Amanda Knox in bid to get US citizenship and flee possible prison in Italy?

Sollecito reportedly made the desperate plea last March, six years after they were both tried in Italian court for the 2007 murder of Knox's roommate Meredith Kercher
It was a last ditch attempt to avoid serving more jail time in Italy, his ex-girlfriend, Kelsey Kay, claims
The couple, who split years ago, are awaiting potential new convictions in a retrial of their case, after their previous murder convictions were overturned in 2011
While Knox plans to be a 'fugitive' and remain in the U.S. if re-convicted, Sollecito could face a lengthy prison term because he's an Italian citizen
According to Kay, Knox, who is in another committed relationship, has declined the offer

Amanda Knox's former lover Raffaele Sollecito has reportedly asked her to marry him in a blatant attempt to flee to the United States.

Sollecito made the desperate plea in March, six years after they were both tried in Italian court for the 2007 murder of Knox's roommate Meredith Kercher to avoid serving more jail time, his ex-girlfriend, Kelsey Kay, claimed this week.

The couple, who split years ago, are awaiting potential new convictions in a retrial of their case in Italy, after their previous murder convictions were overturned in 2011.

While Knox said she plans to be a 'fugitive' and remain in the U.S. if re-convicted, Sollecito could face a lengthy prison sentence because he's an Italian citizen.
But Kay, told RadarOnline that he propositioned Knox and her lawyers in an attempt to become a U.S. citizen and dodge potential jail time.

'Raffaele told me that when he had been in Seattle in March, his lawyers and Amanda's lawyers had a meeting where he had proposed the idea of the two of them marrying,' Kay said. 'It would've been natural to the public that the two of them got married.'

But she insisted it would have been purely a marriage of convenience.

'Raffaele proposed the idea to Amanda and her lawyers so that he could obtain citizenship in the United States and stay,' Kay claimed in the RadarOnline interview.

She added that it was important for her that the public know the truth about what happened between Sollecito and Knox, who is in another committed relationship with classical guitarist James Terrano,

'And what had happened — according to him — is in the meeting, he had proposed marriage and that she had told him that she was seeing someone for the past few years and that (it) wasn't an option,' Kay said.

The news comes as an Italian court was urged to ensure Knox and Sollecito serve their sentences, if they are found guilty of the murder Kercher.

Knox has stayed in Seattle while there is an Italian retrial for the murder of the Leeds University student, while Sollecito has been present in Italy.

She and her ex-boyfriend are accused of stabbing Kercher, 21, to death and sexually assaulting her while the young women were studying abroad in Perugia, Italy, in 2007.

Prosecutor Alessandro Crini has requested guilty verdicts and jail sentences of 26 years for both defendants. Crini also urged that the court increase Knox's three-year sentence for a slander conviction to four years.

Knox and her one-time lover served four years in jail for the murder of Kercher, who was found semi-naked with her throat slit in the flat she shared with Knox.

Both were freed on appeal in 2011 but in March this year Italy's highest court sensationally ordered them to face retrial.

The Kercher family lawyer Francesco Maresca told the court after the concluding arguments in the trial, that the family trusts the court to reach a fair decision.

Maresco said: 'I am sure whatever the decision of the court, there will be justice because all of the elements have been profoundly evaluated.

'It will be a decision that we will accept with absolute serenity.'

The defence and prosecution are both making their summing up arguments before the court begins deliberations on January 30, when a verdict is expected.

During a break, Knox's lawyer, Carlo Dalla Vedova, said that any request for extradition could be made only after a possible guilty verdict is confirmed by Italy's highest court, a process that can take more than a year.

She is currently being tried in absentia and would become a 'fugitive' if she fails to return to serve her sentence should she be found guilty.

Sollecito's father, Francesco Sollecito, said his son has no intention of escaping justice and that was evident in the fact that he had been present throughout the trial. Precautionary measures could include immediate arrest, house arrest or the confiscation of his passport.

He added that his son has been looking for jobs abroad because he 'hoped the story' would soon end.

Kercher's half-naked body was found beneath a blanket in her locked bedroom on November 2, 2007. She had been sexually assaulted and stabbed multiple times.

Ivory Coast-born Rudy Hermann Guede, is currently serving a 16-year sentence for the murder.

His conviction specified that he did not carry it out alone

Di I miss something in Hobnobs' two posts above?

My short version conclusion to the story above re Amanda Knox; is that Knox's former fly-by-night drug-binge boyfriend of approximately six days prior to the murder of Kercher, subsequently came to this country and asked Knox to marry him through their respective attorneys. She respectively turned him down. Right? And why wouldn't she? She doesn't owe him matrimony to help save him from incarceration in Italy in the event they are convicted again in Kerchers' murder.

I can see the boyfriends' point in trying to find a safe haven in this country; however, there must be other women in this country who would marry him. Some of these out-of-the-country marriages are very easily and cheaply arranged here just to gain U.S. Citizenship. Not such a big deal. They happen all the time.

Where was Phoebe the night Ayla went missing? Why has this been kept secret?

Anonymous said...

Maggie, Phoebe was supposedly spending the night with her 'close girlfriend', later rumored to be her lesbian lover. She claimed she wasn't at the DiPuke (her) home the night baby Ayla went missing.

Oh yeah? What time did she arrive at her lesbian lovers' home and can she prove this, OR can she prove she stayed there for the entire night? You're guess is as good as mine; it's for danged sure she knows 'something' about what went on at her own home that evening, otherwise she wouldn't have lied in her first interview. Which, she did.

Question remains, does she even have a lesbian lover? I suppose she could, but it's for danged sure that A MAN is the father of this hags' three grown 'ner-do-well illegitimate kids who were raised without a father. My guess is this bio-daddy would be someone who is 'connected' around the court house, or in some other branch of LE.

1) Those kids didn't hatch out of an egg or crawl out from under a rock, nor did any lesbian lover conceive them. 2) Phoebe had 'help' getting her court house job; she is a stupid woman. 3) Phoebe is well connected at the court house in more ways than one. She's had somebody watching her back.

Anon @ 7;59--I agree with everything you wrote and do not know why Phoebe has not been transparent about her whereabouts, who she was with and where. Personally, I feel Phoebe masterminded Ayla's kidnapping and demise, and I also feel she was involved in some way with disposing of Ayla. Her public statement contained alarming linguistic indicators that suggested she may have been involved in disposing of Ayla. I also feel there are linguistic indicators that Phoebe may have been involved in breaking Ayla's arm. It is beyond my comprehension how the details of Phoebe's whereabouts have been kept secret. I also do not understand why the 911 call has been kept secret. Somehow I feel the 2 are conncected (Phoebe's secret whereabouts and some kind of information on the 911 call).

Maggie, your post @ 7:42 p.m., wherein you state your belief that Phoebe masterminded Aylas' kidnapping and demise; with all due respect, I would have to disagree with that statement.

True, Phoebe is a b'tch, (she proved that when she set it up with a social services supervisor to have Ayla snatched from Tristas' sister while Trista was in rehab); is a sneak and a liar, AND just about anything else you might want to call her.

Also, she may have even been on hand when Ayla was brutally beaten all over that house and finally with her blood pooled on dope head Justins' basement bedroom floor; however,it makes no sense that Phoebe or anyone else would have masterminded Aylas' brutal and violent death in this way.

Common sense prevails. Had Phoebe masterminded Aylas' death she would have made sure no traces of Aylas' blood or other evidence was left behind; Ayla would have 'disappeared' in a mysterious manner with no blood evidence left behind. She's stupid but not that stupid.

I do agree however, that Phoebe may have been involved in Aylas' disappearance as she certainly IS capable of doing such a thing, and would do it. Just MOO.

Anon @ 8:57--Very good points. The thing is, someone "masterminded" it, I believe it was planned from the beginning and this is evidenced by the life insurance policy which was promptly offered to Justin by Derek right after he got Ayla with Phoebe's help, Phoebe being present for the kidnapping, and I feel sure, at Phoebe's prompting.
So many things point to Phoebe.
1). Why did Phoebe want Justin to grab Ayla?
2) Why did she help him grab Ayla?
3) Who paid the monthly life insurance fee since Justin had no job?
4) Why has Phoebe not disclosed her whereabouts the night Ayla went missing? Wouldnt any non-guilty person say where they were, route taken, who with?
5) Why does Phoebe show less sensitivity toward Ayla during and after the broken arm incident than Justin (monster though he is and cruel as he is, still, by her own words, she states that she was crueler emotionally to Ayla after her arm was broken))? To me, this says a lot about what she is capable of.

The one fact in this case that makes it different from many others is the amount of blood found in the basement of the home. It's been reported that the amount of Ayla's blood found would ensure she could not have survived. That is not speculation, that is a cold hard fact. Has any one of the household members offered any explanation for that?

Anonymous said...

On the night Ayla was brutally and violently killed, with evidence of her blood all over that house and finally the brutally beaten baby bleeding out on the basement floor of Justins' bedroom; there was no masterminded LIP plan in place, although making it appear that Ayla had been kidnapped might have been the INITIAL plan, but THIS is not what happened on the night she was beaten to death.

Justin and/or Phoebe might have initially had a plan or thought that they would "allow" Ayla to be kidnapped, which either one or both would have participated in this scheme themselves; however, on THIS NIGHT no such masterminded plan was in place; if it had been there would have been no blood evidence left behind.

ON THIS NIGHT, Justin, in his drug haze, snapped and in a fit of rage he violently murdered his baby and to hell with any insurance scam he (and/or Phoebe) might have initially had in mind.

End of speculation that this was all a masterminded plan to collect on a LIP? It should be, when the blatant violent act and massive amount of Aylas' blood evidence speaks otherwise. As to where precious Aylas' body was hidden? Justin & Phoebe can answer that question. MOO.

Maggie, your post at 8:40 pm., with all due respect; the questions/statements/comments you raise have already been answered many times over in earlier posts made during the last past many months since Aylas' brutal death. Is there really any point in rehashing them over and over?

Has there been any news yet on how the protests for prosecution of Aylas' murderers for justice for Ayla went yesterday? Was Trista and her family available? Were any news media on hand and were any questions asked and answered? T/Y.
