I have some trouble understanding him because of his southern accent or drawl, but I think he sums up what we saw of Ross in the news and at the hearing and what he says is credible to me.
When the justice for Cooper page shows pictures of Cooper close to 2 years old, not a baby like we tend to see on the news, it is ridicules Ross had him bound in as small a baby seat as he did and proves how cruel and callous Ross is.
I can imagine things were pretty much as Mark describes it in his 'exclusive' interview.
Thans Jen. My bad. I didn't realize it was from a previous date; I thought he had been brought in (arrested) for the DUI at the same time JH was brought in. I guess my reading comprehension was off lol.

That means the DUI was from an earlier date, and he had already been charged, adjudicated, and sentenced.
