Statement of Denial Of Ordman Alley Sexual Abuse Allegations

What do you make of the following prepared denial?

Remember, we are not analyzing the person, but the statement. What does the statement reveal about Ordman Alley's actions?
 Is there an admission present?

Leave your thoughts in the comments section.

A reliable denial contains:

first person singular
past tense verb
specific allegation

He disparages the victims and his focus is on blaming them for their "animosity" towards him.

He qualifies his denial

He believes that he is victim because he is being excluded from the hall of fame because of the allegations.

deception indicated

Most of the alleged incidents happened in a public place to me reads as an admission.

He disparages the victims and never issues a reliable denial.

"I dedicated my life to serving children and young adults…"

A reliable statement

This gives him the perfect time to state a reliable denial like, "I didn't sexually abuse (the nameless victim)"

Trigger said...

"Neither organizations contacted me for my perspective…"

His use of the word "perspective" sounds odd considering the seriousness of the allegations.

He could have said, "Neither organizations allowed me to tell the truth, then he could issue a reliable denial.

My guess is there are more than two alleged victims who have come forward.

He's guilty as hell imo yeah.

In this letter he didn't deny the accusation. He didn't say, "I didn't sexually abuse anyone" therefore he didn't issue a reliable denial. There are strong statements with use of "I" and "me" throughout, but none that directly denies the accusation. Is it possible that his attorney wrote the letter for him?

I didn't sexual abuse xyz. If he can't say it. We are not to say it for him.

"Her claims do not survive any serious scrutiny as Most of the alleged incidents occurred in highly public settings in the local school".

His whole statement is loaded for SA.

He makes no reliable denial.

He gives a sermon about what he stands for.

He refers to his side of the story as his 'perspective'...revealing that there were shared events that took place between him and his accusers.

He again reveals that these events which he denies took place by stating that MOST of them happened in public. If these things didn't happen, then how does he know where MOST of them took place?

He disparages the victims, and reveals that he keeps tabs on them, knowing where they go to the Dr., and who they are in contact with on Facebook.

He even submitted to a paternity test for one of the women's children! (*Definitely NOT something I would expect, if zero sexual contact had occured!)

Actually, reading through the entire statement again, most of what he says seems to support the idea that some sexual contact took place....just not what he considers sexual 'abuse'.

Is that his difference is 'perspective'?

I see that there is another person who calls themselves "Trigger" on this blog who wants to disrupt this dialogue.

An attempt to create confusion, no doubt.

"Sexual abuse of any kind is repugnant to me and everything that I stand for."

I would like to know a) what his own definition of sexual abuse is and b) what are the things he stands for?

Yes, I'm betting he's under the impression it was consensual so not abuse. Were they minors?

On another subject: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2735618/Multimillionaire-CEO-caught-camera-repeatedly-kicking-friend-s-puppy.html

Here's a man who was caught kicking a puppy. I notice that he doesn't really apologize in his brief statement. He implies, but doesn't directly say, that it was a friend's dog (as if that's an excuse).

I don't what this mans case is all about but it seems that he could be the possible victim. Why are the women victims? Because they made accusations? Like I said I don't know about the case or allegations. Just this letter. I'd tell everybody who would listen about them contacting my family and making false parental claims if I was being accused of such sexual abuse.

OT: Has anyone come across quotes from Will Hayden after being accused of child molestation/rape? I saw a brief quote that seemed incomplete, but has anyone found a more complete quote that may be analyzed? Thanks.

"One of the alleged victims"

He calls them "victims". Now, if he believes he has done nothing wrong, why would he call them a victim.?

"Victim"

A person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action.

Subjective internal dictionary

Sexual abuse.
Victims.
Incidents.

Language change.

"Two individuals"
"Women"
"Victims"

Nice catch, john! I didn't even notice he called them victims. Thank you.

C5H11ONO said...

he weakened the assertion of "victim" by including "alleged" before "victim".

This seems to me that it was an attorney who prepared the letter.

Hi C5H11ONO,

Nice one.

Sus said...

I agree, John, change of language. Notice also she is "bringing forth" allegations of abuse.

And he is against sexual abuse of ANY KIND. How about all kinds or no qualifier?

Trigger said...

Your always wrong Sus.

He made no reliable denial,so yes something did occur with these women. I'd like to hear his definition of sexual abuse. He calls them victims,so what does he believe they're victims of? If he sees them as victims why doesn't he show some concern for them? It seems he sees himself as a victim and his concern is for what he feels are awards he deserves.

Carnival Barker said...

His first line says he's responding to the "anonymous sexual abuse allegations". What the heck does that mean? He clearly know who these people are, so who are they anonymous to? The public? The superfluous info about their Facebook activities and where they go to the doctor reads to me like a cough, cough, wink, wink, to the press to hunt them down and victim-shame them into shutting up.
