Fake Hate: Law Enforcement Fights Back

With the status of "victim" becoming more and more lucrative, it is no surprise that more scammers are seeking this status for a variety of reasons; all ending with fame that brings money.

As the inevitable pendulum swing moves, prosecutors are fighting back.

Fake Hate is not a victimless crime.  It exploits the good will of citizens, and it creates tensions falsely that harms our society and can even weaken the resolve of society to protect real victims as cynicism builds.

It is something that should be prosecuted and here we have a solid example of such.

Fake Hate victims:  take notice.  Law enforcement is fighting back.

Just the past few months:

A black law student with political ambitions claimed he was "racially profiled" by a "blonde white woman" and the local police, only to have his story come apart at the seams in the light of both Statement Analysis, and the young woman's public rebuttal.  He had hoped for, and received, political capital, initially, only to have it exposed as not only race baiting, but his own "racial profiling" of the young woman with his  story of faux struggles to overcome.

A pizza parlor owner, seeking money, claimed to have been concussed and have sexual slurs carved into his flesh, only to be re-interviewed by police, with analysis showing that he self inflicted his wounds. He was forced to return more than $20,000 in funds, with his attorney claiming it was a "cry for help" instead of a cry for money.

A Lindenhurst, NY, family with "Go Fund Me" like plans was derailed when analysis showed that the "hate letter" telling them to move out of their neighborhood, was actually penned by them.  This case was dropped when they dropped plans to go to "the next step" with media.

What began as 15 minutes of fame, fizzled to...just about 15 minutes and nothing more.  Had they gone to the "next step" in fundraising for their "move", they would have faced potential prosecution.  They smeared their own community as "racist" as Fake Hate is not a victimless crime as the liar must demonize someone including those who question the veracity.

A Baltimore woman, Julie Baker, raised more than $43,000 in another "fake hate" anonymous letter which exposed not only her theft, but her hatred of people of faith.  She has since claimed to have received 'death threats' with the same level of credibility as her claim of 'hate' as investigators had not only analysis of the letter but a host of writing (hate speech against Christians) with the same style easily noted.  She smeared Christians, but also insulted the same sex community presupposing them to be incapable of discernment.

Here, we have the letter written in which an English professor claims to have been "racially profiled" by State police.  It is written as a formal complaint by Minati Roychoudhuri.  She sought to destroy the career of a state trooper and her complaint was investigated.

Unfortunately for her, the state trooper recorded the exchange.

She was brought in for an interview, affirmed her letter in a sworn affidavit, and was subsequently arrested, with her college informed of her arrest.  Which is more shocking, that she is an English professor who is deficient in grammar and usage, or that she sought to cash in, as others from her school have, on the victim status?  Imagine paying high tuition fees to have her teach your children English?

Fake Hate perpetrators should take note.  Once a claim is made and an investigation commenced, you will be asked to attest to the truth of your claim, locking you into a position where consequences await you.

Here is her account of what happened followed by the transcripts of the audio recording.  The letter is exact with no corrections made.  There are aspects of importance to analysis found within her letter.

Dear Sir/Madam
I was traveling to Wethersfield on Route 15/5 to attend a meeting 9th May. I was on the left lane on route 15 and had to take exit 85. After the Brainard Airport exit, and after the merging lane ended, I signaled and went to the right lane to take exit 85. An unmarked police car with flashing light stopped me on the ramp after I had taken the exit. The policeman asked me if I could speak English and if I knew why he had stopped me. I said, “yes” to speaking English and “no” to why he had stopped me. He then asked me for my driver’s license and registration. He returned with an envelope and said that I could simply mail in the infraction.
The officer did not give me any reason as to why had stopped me. His asking if I could speak English shows that he had racially profiled me and was not able to give me a concrete reason for stopping me. Further, the officer had checked “Hispanic” in the race category in the infraction ticket. I am a Professor in English at Capital Community College, I teach about diversity and the negative impact of racial profiling, I have now become a target of the same insidious behavior! It is easy to connect the dots with the nationwide racial profiling which has led to serious consequences. I request that my infraction charges be dropped and action be taken against the officer. I have talked with the Senator and Legislator of my constituency regarding this matter and I am sending a copy of this letter to them as well.
Thank you in advance, Sincerely, Minati Roychoudhuri

Here is the transcript of the recording:

Officer: Hi ma’am, do you know why I’m stopping you today?
Roychoudhuri: No
Officer: OK. There’s that big gore area with white lines painted across it and you cut in front of it, in front of me, thinking it’s a lane or something. You have to wait until it’s a dotted white line. License and registration.

(She handed him insurance, so he requested the registration again, which she gave him)

Officer: Thank you. This is for your Subaru car.

Roychoudhuri: This is my Subaru car.

Officer: Is this a station wagon, color green? The plate doesn’t match what’s on there.

Roychoudhuri: [Inaudible]…I thought that was my [inaudible]

Officer: I’ll run the plate and see what it comes back with.

Roychoudhuri: This is the [inaudible] that I have.

(Officer returns to his car for three minutes to write out the ticket for failure to drive in the established lane)

Officer: Ma’am. So I wrote you the infraction for that improper lane change that you did.

Roychoudhuri: Please, you know, I probably crossed over there, and that’s why I did it.

Officer: OK.
Roychoudhuri: Obviously I did that.
Officer: [Inaudible]

Roychoudhuri: My [inaudible] is absolutely clean.

Officer: Ok. So I wrote you an infraction for that improper lane change that you did.

Roychoudhuri: OK.

Officer: The answer date is on the front of it and the instructions are on the back of it.

Roychoudhuri: Wait, what?

Officer: It’s a mail in infraction. All you have to do is mail in, either a check or money order, and mail it in.

Roychoudhuri: OK.

Officer: Alright.
Roychoudhuri: Thank you

This is the letter from State police to her employer.  Note the strength of its language:

When people are held accountable for fake hate complaints, without receiving monetary rewards, there will be a decrease in fake reports.

I saw a poster that Crystal Rogers' family is passing out.

There is a photo of Crystal coupled with a photo of her car and a photo of a truck. It is asking if anyone has seen the car or truck on July 3rd.

I was told that the truck belongs to Brooks Hock.

False statement in the 2nd degree? Wonder if that applies to all citizens or just police?

Perhaps she was aspiring to inspire her students to an uprising? Afterall, she is looked up to...maybe? Like many depend on the media to be forthright(laughable).

Alternative news sources and critical thinking.

I once lived in a state where terror was utilized to insure everyone (or a select few) complied with their way of doing things. This is how physic are groomed. Instead of knowing what would be next, a criminal harrassing phone call, computer hack, or criminal tresspassing was used to let me know what would be happening next.

I have since moved, yet they think I need to know when Guymon is being busted. Like I could care less if they ever haul in all the illegals and am convinced they wouldnever have been arrested had not a newscaster been killed by one of them.

To have to live in terror because people want others the beleive they live in a safe community because of property values is senseless.

Community policing. Ha! Wait 'til 30-40 move into a home and start spreading out.

They do not provide police protection to those being terrorized. Why pretend they are doing something after someone famous is dead?

Waiting for the reward to go up?

I agree with Peter.

False witness of a public nature, such as false reports of discrimination and hate, is harmful because it diminishes trust. Western prosperity is driven by trust; we belong to high-trust societies. That's why we can use credit cards, and generally trust stores and contractors to do what they say they will do; stores and contractors, conversely, can generally trust customers to pay their bills as promised. False witness is a tear in the social fabric. It needs to be dealt with.

Anon 3:05 and Anon @ 6:30 Huh? Go off thread if you need to trash talk. It's ridiculous.

I agree with Peter and I am SO glad the trooper had recorded the interaction. BAM for the troopers and I hope the college has appropriate punishment for the "professor."

She would have to be one sorry, lowlife POS to tell such an outrageous lie about a police officer doing his job, and try to take so much away from him! Makes me wonder how many other lies she's told throughout her life to avoid accountability or otherwise profit unfairly, and over the years how many have unfairly lost their jobs for her pathetic little lies and manipulations.

With these feces stains, equally toxic fake hate morons and killers who are dodging justice, what if everywhere they go in public – the store, gas station, restaurant, riding a bus, everywhere – everybody, employees and customers alike, keep loudly chanting, "Piece of Sh!t! Child killer! (or Scamming thief! etc.)" until they leave or are out of sight, where everyone else of course takes up the serenade.

Sure, let them purchase what they need at the same prices as everyone else; it will just be a bit noisy until their conscience gets loud enough to take over its own job.

This is not the first time she has lied. This is a pretty big lie which means she has got away with smaller lies in the past and as Peter teaches us liars have contempt for the rest of us. Hooray for the State Trooper and Hooray for his boss on calling out the college.

Usually the next "move" when caught out like this is to claim stress -- at home, at work, etc. This is done to reframe the issue away from a matter of justice -- now that the perp is on the wrong side of this issue -- and elicit sympathy.

Peter...I am wondering if you would compare or equate this "fake hate" with Munchausen's? I am in medicine and this is what i see from fake hate. It's Munchausens', they've just added money to the equation. They want attention, empathy, sympathy, to be the center of everything, to feel superior, etc.
It wouldn't be considered Malingering, even though malingering can include financial reward, since they don't want the "attention" so to speak, they just manipulate to gain reward.

These 2 words are psychological/medical in basis and I realize not the exact same thing but the similarities are striking to me. It has become much more difficult for people to get away with a blatant case of Munchausens because of medical awareness of the disorder and increased security/cameras in hospitals and such. So, they take it outside of medicine.
I would enjoy input and others opinion.

Wow, that is a really astute observation, particularly your conclusion. The medical issues are a means to an end, the attention, sympathy, etc. Fake hate fills that same pathological need.

POLICE: MISSING WOMAN LAST SEEN AT HOME OF FELON

Wednesday, August 05, 2015 04:24PM

WILSON, NC (WTVD) -- Wilson police detectives are searching for a missing 20-year-old woman who they say was last seen at the home of a convicted felon.

More than 24 hours after Isabel Calvo Palacios was reported missing to the Wilson Police Dept., officers were still on the scene at 4710 Ward Blvd.

Crime scene tape surrounded the home that belongs to 56-year-old Gregory K. Parks. Evidence markers were scattered across the driveway and a tarp was on the ground next to a white sedan.

Court records show Parks has been arrested more than 100 times since 1983. The crimes he has been convicted of range from manslaughter to attempted first and second-degree rape.

According to The Wilson Times, The NC Court of Appeals overturned his most recent convictions from last year of participating in the prostitution of a minor. The ruling led to Parks being released from prison 27 years early.

Parks spoke with ABC11 by phone Wednesday. He said he had nothing to do with Palacios's disappearance. He said she spent the night at his home and couldn't find her car keys the next morning, so he allowed her to leave her vehicle at his house.

"We were not close friends, just associates. I had known her for 4-5 months on just a casual basis. I wish she would walk up right now and this would all go away," he said. "I allowed her to leave her car there and I explained that to the police."

Two past tense references and minimization. That this is so early on in the investigation. This does not bode well.

Wilson police have not identified any persons of interest and are still asking the public to keep an eye out for Palacios.

She has brown hair, brown eyes, and a small frame of 5 foot 2 inches.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Wilson Police Dept. at (252) 399-2323 or Wilson Crime Stoppers (252) 243-2255.

Peter, what is your take on this story?

I notice she uses "police" in the first paragraph and switches to "officer" in the second. I think she is one of those liars who justify their false claims.

I remember the first time I heard of "fake hate" back when Tawana and the Rev. Al Sharpton were all over the news, playing on our living room TV sets. He built his career by peddling a false narrative.

Fake hate has become an industry. Race hoaxes occur far too often with no consequences. It's rare to hear about someone prosecuted for filing a false police report so hooray for the cameras. She's at least guilty of moral turpitude.

To add to my OT above. The minimization is expected if he is feels is considered a POI by LE, or, they have said he is.

The past tense language. Does he know she is dead? Does he have guilty knowledge if she is dead? Have LE alluded to it, and this is why the past tense has slipped into his language. It may also be that, he, himself, considers there friendship over and this maybe another reason for the past tense. However, because it is early into the investigation it is concerning that he does reference her in this way.

Lynda, your thought provoking ideas are fascinating. These pretend victims have the same attention-seeking personality disorders in common, that's for sure. Great comment!

Peter, what and where is the line between
"Ah – she used that word twice! Sensitive, make note."

and

"Ah – language change! Red flag."

"I allowed her to leave her car...". suggests a superiority attitude.

"I explained this to the police.". suggests they should accept his explanation without doubting it as well as possible frustration at their continued interest in him.

"...couldn't find her car keys...". two things: 1.) How did she leave if she didn't drive her car? 2.) Why couldn't she find her keys? She was at HIS house and most people don't randomly set their keys down at someone's house unless they are over there a lot. Did he hide her keys so she couldn't leave or conversely, to simply explain why the car was still there?

Lastly, he wishes "she would walk up and this would all go away". He doesn't wish for her safe return, he wishes to no longer be inconvenienced by her.

Marbles leaking everywhere.

Wow. His mother isn't in denial, she's enabling him. She is as bad as Cindy Anthony.
