Kim Kardashian Robbery Statement

Kim Kardashian with no rings on her hand after being involved in an armed robbery in Paris
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West out and about, New York, USA - 03 Oct 2016

Question:  What can produce an inconclusive report from Statement Analysis?

Answer:  Contamination

Most contamination is due to the interviewer's influence upon the language of the subject.  This can even give a false reading for a polygraph.

Here is an interesting case to consider for analysis.

Kim Kardashian was robbed of about 10 million dollars worth of jewels.  This in light of her husband's indebtedness and financial troubles.

Insurance companies sometimes poach the best and brightest from law enforcement.  Private investigation firms seek the best and brightest.  Both can offer more concentrated training in investigation, interviewing and analysis due to the specialty, while law enforcement has many other areas that need training and practice, taking away valuable time from investigation training.

Law enforcement is both underpaid and understaffed.

Insurance companies and private investigation firms also do not hire under politicians' mandates.  They can freely hire the most talented instead.

This is a large theft of likely very heavily insured items only.

Among questions in media:  Was this a planned heist, in any way, for insurance money?

This would mean that the victim, Kim Kardashian, would not feel terror over what happened.  It does not necessarily mean she knew the thieves, but would know that she would not be harmed.  Police are looking for any connections with some reports stating a connection between her limo driver and the gang, which includes up to 17 people.

Some have noted that an insurance claim is not only more profitable than selling jewelry, but the selling would bring negative publicity while the "victim status" would bring positive publicity.

Or...is she simply the victim of a terrifying intrusive attack and robbery?

Her former body guard claims it was an "inside job."

Steve Stanulis said he "isn't surprised" Kadashian was targeted.

Stanulis said: It was totally an inside job guys, the way the whole thing it unfolded it was too clean.
When I say inside job, it’s either somebody from their camp or somebody from the hotel.
“They got into a room when the only security guard was out, and they knew where the jewellery was.
“It was the perfect opportunity on every level.

The Huffington Post said Kardashian should be believed "because she is a woman."

Arrests have been made.

Kim Kardashian with no rings on her hand after being involved in an armed robbery in Paris
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West out and about, New York, USA - 03 Oct 2016

The meeting with the police officer took place during 4.30 and 5.30 A.M in her suite rue Tronchet. The report has been handwritten, not typed on a computer during a formal meeting, because the American star was in a hurry.  We do not have the typed statement for analysis.  This would have likely given us the answer.

The French investigating judge is now considering going to the USA to hear Kim Kardashian again.

One media outlet reported that  Aomar Ait Khedache, 60 years old, known as "Omar the Old", acknowledged to be the one who strapped her, as his DNA analysis revealed. He is the one Kim Kardashian describes as the small one among the agressors. Didier Dubreucq, 61 years old, known as "Blue Eyes", could be the second assailant.

Is either known to Kardashian, her husband, or those close to her?

If this is the case, the pronoun "we" suggests unity and cooperation between the subject and the criminals.

We seek to learn the linguistic disposition of the subject towards the attackers (A)
as well as the subject's linguistic reaction to the attack.

The expected linguistic disposition:  distance, harsh, condemning
The expected linguistic disposition:  fear, shock, anger, etc.

Analysis Priority:  what must be considered before analyzing the following?

What single question must be answered before analysis?

Is this an English Translation from the French, as originally reported in French?

a.  Yes, it appears to be awkwardly translated, reducing reliability due to contamination.

b.  No, it is English and should be analyzed  as such

First, the open statement:

French Police Report

Monday, October 3, 2016
04.30 A.M.

My name is Kardashian Kimberley.

Here is the first indication of possible English to French to English translation.

I was born on October 21, 1980, in Los Angeles.
I live in Ventura, XXX
My phones have been stolen and I can be reached through my bodyguard Mr. XXX.
Regarding the facts :
I came in Paris by plane for the fashion week. I came back around 12 midnight to go to bed. I was attending a fashion diner. I came back with Simone Harouche and my sister Kourtney. We all moved up in my room 1A and friends, a couple, went to my room and left around 01.00 A.M.

I have to make it clear that Simone hadn’t come with us and that she was sleeping when I came back.

This important information is awkward.  We have noted out of sequence information.  Is this due to auto-translation?

My assistant Stéphanie and my sister Kourtney changed clothes.

Then, I went to my computer upstairs and I worked.

I heard noises at the door, like footsteps, and I asked shouting who was there, no one answered. I called at 02.56 A.M. my bodyguard. I saw through the sliding door two persons coming, plus the man of the reception who was strapped.
The two men were hooded, the one had a ski mask and he had a cap and a jacket with Police written on it.

We have "persons", and then "men" and then "individuals."  Is this, also, part of translation issues or do we have a "change of language" which would be useful in analysis?

The second individual had the same clothes Police but didn’t wear ski goggles.
The individual with the ski goggles rips out my Blackberry phone
The one with the ski goggles was 1,70 meters high, slim, black pants, black boots, he spoke to me in French. He was a European-type individual.

Is the present tense verb usage problematic or is it due to translation issues?

The second individual was also European, he was taller and stayed with the security agent. He was around 1,80 meters high and he was dressed in the same way.

It’s the one with the ski goggles who stayed with me.
He asked me with a strong French accent where was my ring. It was placed on the bedside table. It costs 4 million dollars.

Did he "ask" or did he "demand"?  Is this translation issue or soft language from the attacker?

I answer him that I don’t know, he takes out a weapon and I show him the ring.

For one who gives specific detail of jewelry (type, title, description) we do not expect to hear "a weapon" but "a gun" or the type of weapon.

Again, is this a signal of concealment or an issue with translation?

He pointed the weapon toward me. He takes the ring, he wears gloves. He asked me where the jewels and the money are.

Properly, "a weapon" became "the weapon" but what of "money"?

They catched me and took me in the lobby.

This sounds awkward, like a translation issue

I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath.

This is an extra unnecessary detail...except for the subject:  it sounds like publicity rather than reporting.

Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. And, at this time, they strapped me with plastic cables and tape on my hands, then they taped my mouth and my legs. They carried me in my bathroom, more specifically in my bathtub.

I forgot to tell you that when they pushed me on the bed, they headed toward my handbag and they cleared everything.

I don’t know if they took something inside. My Vuitton jewelry box was near my bag and at that time, he said something to the other individual, shouting. In my jewelry box, there were two bracelets by Cartier, all with diamonds, a necklace by Jacob all in gold and diamond, diamond earrings by Lauren Schwartz, and the other was by Yanina. There were three necklaces by Jacob all in gold, little bracelets, jewels, rings. A necklace by Lauren Schwartz all in diamonds, another necklace with six little diamonds on it. A last necklace with my son’s name (Saint) all in diamond. I also had just a cross-shaped diamond, by Jacob. A watch by Rolex all in yellow gold. There were two rings in yellow gold.

Note the very specific detailed knowledge of what was stolen.

I think they robbed me for 5 million dollars.

note the assertion of the value of the theft after being the victim of an intrusion, assault and restriction (tied up)

They didn’t rob my cash.

They robbed me an iPhone 6, which call number is XXXXX and the Blackberry call number.

Then they left, running.

During the heist, they had the hotel’s mobile phone which didn’t stop ringing and they were speaking in French. I thought they said they got to leave.

Note the cognizance in the aftermath of such a traumatic event to include this detail.

Then, I removed the tape from my hands and my mouth, I removed the plastic. I realized they were a bit young because of the way they strapped me.

Here, we step away from close analysis due to possible translation issue but still note:

She has maintained inability to identify the suspects but here wants the police to believe that the attackers are "a bit young"; that is, she identifies for police, their age.

This is particularly interesting when we see the report of possible arrest and 'admission' to the crime of 60 year old.

Note to "realize" is to take both time and processing to come to an understanding.  This is not expected in the aftermath of an intrusive traumatic attack.

I removed the tape on my legs. I kept a tape around my leg and run to Simone’s room. Then I called my sister Kourtney with Simone’s phone. Simone called her bodyguard because she was hearing some noise.

Question : Would you be able to recognize them?
Answer : Maybe the smaller one with ski goggles but not sure.
Question : Are-you injured?
Answer : No.
Question : Would you like to file a complaint?
Answer : Yes, I would like to file a complaint.
Question : Do you have something else to add?
Answer : I would like to leave and to go back to my children in the United States. A private plane is waiting for me at the Bourget.

After reading done by M. XXXX, Madam Kardashian Kim persists and signs with us the present. It is half past five in the morning.

Analysis Conclusion:

Inconclusive

The statement appears contaminated by translation, perhaps via computer translation and is unreliable.

If the original hand written statement is released, it would allow for proper analysis.

There remain concerns in the statements, even with translation contamination, that must be answered.

If i have it correct?

"Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed.

Who are the "we"?
If it is the robbers, would there be unity?
Why would she place herself next to them?
I would expect something on the lines of, they dragged, pulled, pushed, etc, me into the room.
We see this in alleged sexual assault cases. If the word "we" (unity) appears AFTER the assault, then we have a problem. An invasion of privacy has occurred, we should not see the victim align themselves to the suspects.

Is the change from ski Mask to ski goggles something to note? When I hear the term ski mask, I think of a knit winter hat that covers the face and neck with eye and mouth holes. When I hear the term ski goggles, I think of traditional ski goggles, which is very different from a ski mask.

It is interesting to note that the translation shows use of past and present tense, past tense where appropriate which then swings into present tense during the alleged event.

My assistant Stéphanie and my sister Kourtney changed clothes.
Changed into what clothges and for what reason?
Did they go back out with the friends?
Did they get changed into night wear and go to bed?
We don't know as she doesn't tell us

I heard noises at the door, like footsteps, and I asked shouting who was there, no one answered.
If it could have been her sister and assistant returning, why would she need to shout out who was there?
Since she was working at her computer upstairs, why was she concerned as to who might be out there since it would obviously have been her sister, assistant, bodyguard even.

This made me think of all those teen horror movies where the girl hears a sound in the house, calls out and then the chase etc begins.

There is missing information, information that is important to what really happened.
is the story telling effect down to her being a publicity seeking, attention seeking z list celeb and she knows no other way, a chance to get public sympathy?

Is this a publicity stunt?

Is this insurance fraud due to their high debts?

What? I found this unexpected/out of place. So KK is saying the robbers are "inexperienced" at tying someone up? As in bondage? IMO, this is a bizarre supposition.

I find it strange that she repeatedly identified the designers of the different pieces of jewelry, and not just their generic descriptions.

'Two Cartier bracelets, with diamonds...a necklace by Jacob in diamond and gold...diamond earrings by Lauren Schwartz, etc'.

It sounds like she is giving a red carpet 'shout out' advertisement to the designers, rather than a description of her stolen items. Contrast the details she included about the designers and the content of the jewelry, with the descriptions of her assailants, which was basically nonexistent.

A private plane is waiting for me at the Bourget.

When, in the midst of being robbed and running to her sister's room and calling the police and body guards, did she have time to make arrangements for her "private plane" to whisk her states' side? Had she planned to leave that morning anyway? She doesn't say, "my husband has made arrangements" or anyone else, including herself. The plane is just there waiting for her to leave.

Something to note, when this went down, her husband was on stage during a performance. He was given the news that she had been robbed and he literally "dropped the mic" and abandoned the stage. He didn't jump on a plane to be with her. And contrary to flying to California where her kids were, she flew to NYC.

KIM KARDASHIAN LANDS IN NEW YORK CITY WITH KANYE WEST AFTER ARMED ROBBERY IN PARIS
http://thedishh.com/2016/10/03/kim-kardashian-lands-new-york-city-kanye-west-armed-robbery-paris/
Kim decided instead of flying home to California, that she would meet her husband after the horrific incident that occurred Sunday evening. The rapper cancelled his concert performance mid show after hearing the devistating news.

It would be interesting to learn when that flight plan was logged and if the plan was first to fly to California (per her police statement) and then changed after speaking to her husband, or if the plan was to fly there all along.

This is a brilliant observation. Initially West said he wouldn't file an insurance claim which, IMO, was ridiculous. We're talking $4million dollars not $4,000. I didn't know that as part of an investigation a claim would have to be filed (I thought it was by choice, but it makes sense that the items would have to be professionally "valued"). But say if they didn't have to do that, I wonder if the designers would have stepped forward and offered a "pity" replacement piece. Rumour has it that celebrities and stars approach designers for i.e., engagement rings in exchange for the publicity. That sort of benevolence would garner the designer some "good will" marketing wouldn't it? Just saying their name on their show would be like "product placement"!

some more thoughts

giving the jewelry specifics over generic detail is not expected in light of a home invasion.

as to rushing home on a private plane to see her kids: I agree, Nic. Not only is this unnecessary, but then she adds in her "reason" for rushing home; to see the kids (that she did not bring with her on this trip).

Tania, solid point on clothing. The biggest question is not what they were doing, etc (preparedness?) but

Why does the subject feel it is important enough to include WHILE being interviewed by police shortly after a home invasion??

Even in second (third) language issues, these are all valid points.

I have learned that even in light of arrests and polygraphs: I trust the language more than anything else.

kc, the change of language is important; I did not highlight it (and a few others) because I wondered if this is a translation issue again.

KK hears noises "at the door", and then says, after calling out who's there, that she looks and sees the robbers "coming" along with the "strapped" concierge. So first they are at the door and then when she bothers to look, they are "coming"? Out of order.

What's missing is how they got into the room. Did the concierge open the door? She reports she was nervous and that she called her bodyguard. So if she's looking into the hallway (presumably via a barrier per her report of "through" (not out) the door,) why would she open the door to anyone other than her bodyguard?

Also, it's a hotel. Noise in the hallway is expected. Why would she be calling out who's at the door? Why wouldn't she peep first and ensure her security (via lock/chain/bolt) and then call her bodyguard?

What of her bodyguard whom she called at 2:56?

I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath.

This is an extra unnecessary detail...except for the subject: it sounds like publicity rather than reporting.

She wanted to convey [her] vulnerability? Perfectly placed emotion?

" I would like to leave and to go back to my children in the United States."

Most would say, "I just want to go home", as they made reservations to move to another hotel until the police said they could leave. As it was, would investigators keep her from her children? (Presuming) They needed her! But wait, she flew to NYC, instead.

It's good to know the French have not yet closed this case.

She says she called her bodyguard at 2:56 a.m. but doesn't tell us if she actually spoke to him and what she said. I wonder if this was a sign to start the heist. Don't guilty people include the use of "phones" when they are guilty of a crime. Interesting to note that she includes a phone call again at the end of her story, where she runs to her BFF Simone and uses her phone to call Simone's bodyguard this time. How come she doesn't take the opportunity to call her own bodyguard.

Celebrities lead very different lives than you or I. The designer is more important than the item and is what they never fail to mention.

To say something is unexpected is to assume everyone views life and circumstances as we "commoners" do. The celebrity world is nothing like ours. We only have to watch TV to understand that much.

Enjoy.

The 'Robbery in Paris' never happened, nothing Kim does ever happens. It's all staged, orchestrated, fabricated, hoaxed. No need for any Statement Analysis. Yawn.

I've heard (I truly wouldn't know) that celebrities do not usually own but are loaned expensive jewelry to advertise for that jeweler. She certainly advertised in this case. I surprised that pictures weren't shown.
If I were being robbed in a foreign country, by masked men, who threw me on the bed, I think the biggest part of my story would have been that I thought they were going to rape/assault me.
My opinion, if the real story she told is anything like this version, it's all a big lie. But I would think filing the claim on that much jewelry, in another country would open a door that even her machine wouldn't be able to gloss over.

Amyl Nitrite,

The disappointing thing about this "statement" is that it is taken by someone whose mother tongue is French. It's really obvious, i.e., it wasn't taken verbatim.

They carried me in my bathroom, more specifically in my bathtub.

In any event, I agree with you that there is missing information, i.e., who opened the door? She hears footsteps at her door, yet when she looks through the "sliding" doors, they are "coming". And you're right, she calls her bodyguard, but he never appears.

Simone's movement in the story is questionable, as well. i.e., she was out with them and returned, then a correction is made. KK's sister and a couple of friends went to her room and then left at 1:00am and then she went to her computer "upstairs" to work. More missing information unless her suite was multilevelled? Or they spent some time in the lounge (or another suite)? It would be easy to verify whether Simone was out and not in bed simply by viewing street surveillance but impossible to verify anyone's movement once in the building because no security cameras exist.

If this is an accurate transcription of her statement:

back = place of origin, the beginning
children (in the US) is the reason why, but she does not go "back" to them, but she does go "back" to the US

home - place of residence, comfort, safety, security

In SA what one doesn't say is important. She doesn't say home. IMO, she isn't seeking safety and security. IMO, she is seeking refuge.

It would be hard to confuse pronouns in translation since I = Je and We = nous.

Depending on what is being described, the pronoun forms part of the descriptive.

Je suis = i am
Nous allons = we are.

je suis allé = i went
nous sommes allés = we went

If they wrote the english into french statement then the translator would have to be good enough to translate correctly what was said and how.
Ditto for the reverse, presumably they would also have a copy of the original english statement.

We know the statement contains both past tenses used correctly and also present tenses correctly in each sentence.
The statement starts off in past tense appropriately and then switches to present tense occasionally during the event.
It makes me wonder if she is claiming stuff was stolen that wasn't?

It was also reported kanye didn't want to make an insurance claim, this striking me as very odd and unexpected.
Given the value of the alleged stolen jewelry why would he not claim?

My thoughts then took a happy wander down the he wouldn't claim since he knew the insurers would be closely examining the alleged theft, interviewing wifey, friends, staff and likely also himself.
He would have to reveal if they were his or loaners, if they were as valuable as claimed and provide photos.

They would also have to prove the jewels were actually with them as claimed and how they were stored.
Staff would also be interviewed.

Knowing how thorough investigators would be, did they fear being interviewed knowing what would be revealed?

Filing a fake insurance claim means that even if they were robbed but jewelry they claimed to have been stolen that wasn't would result in the whole claim being refused and also probable criminal charges.

Suck up the alleged loss, reap the publicity.

Peter, I realize you're a guy but I am dumbfounded by your failure to recognize the obvious reason that a woman who has been tied up by several men during a robbery would naturally feel a great deal of sensitivity about having been naked beneath her robe: She was afraid they were going to RAPE her! It is difficult for me to imagine this *not* being an area of sensitivity to any woman in a similar situation. To her, it was an important part of the robbery.

Publicity. [eye roll] Pfffff.

Tania: "Given the value of the alleged stolen jewelry why would he not claim?"

He might not claim if the reason his wife no longer has her jewellery is to pay back his debts. They may not have been stolen at all, and this incident is a dramatic cover for the more mundane and embarassing (for the rich and famous) creditors sending "the boys 'round".

Well, I'm a girl and I immediately eye-rolled at her "naked" statement. Younger female celebs seem to want to ensure we always connect them with sensuality, either in how they dress, their behavior, or their words. Just like the jewelry details, she's pretending to help the case by being specific, but what shes really doing is showing off her riches and perceived sexiness, as she would make sure this went public. It's covert bragging - Narcissism 101.

Peter and others,

It seems the hotel clerk that was there with KK has quite a different story. I cut and pasted from Daily Mail article..

Despite immediate assumptions that the Paris robbery was deliberately orchestrated against Kim, Abdulrahman says that the gunmen appeared interested in all of the hotel's celebrity clientele.

"Who is in the hotel?" Abdulrahman says the robbers asked, adding he would not give specific names despite "some important persons" residing there.

Abdulrahman says that the lead robber asked him about every room, and indicated that they planned to rob them all.

"'How many rooms in the hotel, do you have safes in rooms?'" he says one of the men asked. "I told him yes."

According to Abdulrahman, the response to that was: 'Oh that is nice, we will do them all.'"If all the guests were in the hotel, they would rob all the hotel," Abdulrahman says.

When they did ask about Kim, Abdulrahman claims "they don't know her name," confirming that he'd been asked about "the rapper's wife," referring to Kanye West.

"I told him the rapper is not here, and he was upset like, 'Don't play with me like this,'" he recalls. "'I mean, the wife of the rapper.'"

The more Abdulrahman interacted with his captors, the more he got the impression that the robbery was anything but carefully planned.

"They were not professional at all," Abdulrahman claims, adding, "They had no idea of how many floors, how many rooms" were in the hotel.

lynda said...

Continued...

By Abdulrahman's account, the incident was the result of little-to-no planning, with him and Kim simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"They were very confused," he says. "They were improvising ... They don't really know what they have to do."

"They told me, 'Don't panic, we are here for money,'" he recalls. "I think they are not killers ... They are aged people like 40 to 50 years old. Maybe they have families."

"I told [the robber] there is no camera, he was very angry," Abdulrahman says. "He was like amazed. 'Are you kidding me? No camera here?' ... I found it difficult to explain why there was not cameras in the hotel."

Perhaps the biggest part of Abdulrahman's story that runs counter to many reports is that he says the robbers did not seem all that interested in Kim's jewelry.

"The guy was asking for money, money, money," says Abdulrahman, noting that a language barrier between Kim and the robbers exacerbated the already intense situation. "At that moment she believed that they were there for her ring."

"She shows her hand ... there is no ring and the guy is like, 'Where is the ring?'" he adds. "She gave her ring to the guy, and he took it like, 'I don't know ... oh, it is nice,' and he put it in his pocket."

"For him, it was just a ring, I think," Abdulrahman believes. "If he was there for a ring, he can't ask for money. If he knows the value of the ring, he can't ask for money."

Still, Abdulrahman says the robbers persisted in trying to get cash.

"I don't know if she had 1,000 Euros ... I told him she just had 1,000," he explains, noting that he began to check the other rooms for money. "He didn't believe us, and he began to scream."

lynda said...

continued..

Only then, says Abdulrahman, did their attention turn to the jewels.

"She didn't understand French, and she had no interest to lie ... and then the guy behind me talked about jewels," he says.

"At that moment, she showed the jewelry box," he adds. "He put the jewels on his back, and he left the bag open ... that is why he lost some jewels and the gold in the hotel."

"The fact they don't know about jewels," Abdulrahman says, indicates that "they weren't there for jewels ... They were there for money, and jewels came up."

As the situation went on, Abdulrahman says Kim was increasingly frantic.

Abdulrahman says that it felt like Kim initially thought her sister Kourtney and/or bodyguard had returned, but that soon after, her voice took a chilling change.

"You feel the voice changing, like worried," he says, claiming she began to say things like, "'Take my phone, take my phones. Don't hurt me, don't kill me.'"

"You can't cry because it is a terrifying moment," he adds. "You can't have tears. It is impossible. You are like dried, you know, no water in your face."

But as the situation began to escalate, Abdulrahman says, "She is screaming like hell."

"Screaming, 'I have babies, I am a mom,'" he recalls. "I think at that moment you can see a mom in distress."

"I tried to calm her because the guy was crazy," Abdulrahman says. "He was screaming, and also Kim was screaming, and he told me to shut up. I told her shut up, shut up, please calm down."

"When I tried to calm her, she asked me, 'Are we going to die?'" he says. "I told her I don't know."

"It is not a reality show and really Kim is shocked, and I feel her shock," he says. "It wasn't fake."

The concierge says that while Kim was tied up, "it was loose, so she was able to get out. Her hands were tied, her ankles were tied."

Abdulrahman says that one of the robbers then "picked up Kim and put her in the bathroom, just beside the bath."

"I think he tried to put her on the bath," he adds. "I think he can't do that because he was small."

Even if Kim's bodyguard had been there, Abdulrahman doesn't believe there's much he could have done.

"They have guns, you can't move," he says, saying that Pascal would have been easily outnumbered by the men. "He can't do anything. He can't."

Even so, a phone call from Pascal may have prompted the men to leave, according to Abdulrahman.

"When [Kim's] phone rang," he says, "I take it and saw Pascal, the name of the bodyguard and I told the guy, 'You know who is calling now? He is her bodyguard, and if she didn't answer him now, he will come with police.'"

Shortly after the robbers made their exit, Pascal returned to the hotel, and Kim and Abdulrahman's horror came to an end.

Kim left the hotel at around 7 a.m., according to Abdulrahman.

Kim seems traumatized since she was robbed. I think Kanye planned it and she didn't know about it. I used to watch "Keeping Up With Kardashians" and Kim was living with her Mom and her baby while Kanye would spend months in Paris with his gay lover. He would obviously have connections in Paris. I also wondered pre-robbery if Kanye gave Kim such giant jewels to try to set her up to be robbed. She has been off social media since the robbery, but recently came back on...although it doesn't seem like her...some had wondered previously if Kanye was controlling her facebook account. I know people dislike Kim, but I don't. She's not a mean-spirited person, and I think her life is very difficult with Kanye. She has looked extremely depressed since she became a couple with him. He also went through her entire wardrobe when they became a couple and threw out almost all of her clothes because he didn't like them. I think he is abusive to Kim and he is also clearly mentally unstable.

Anonymous said...

I think Kanye also severely controls Kim in bizarre ways. Like when Kanye's ex Amber Rose would post pictures of herself, Kanye himself would design a photo shoot dressing Kim up (not in much) in an somewhat identical outfit to Amber and release the photos. One of them he had her wearing like a fur bikini and made her actually stand in snow (it had to be freezing). He also threw away all the clothes in her closet and had redesigned her look. I can totally see him staging something like the robbery of Kim's giant jewels that he gave her as almost like a bizarre "fashion shoot" if that makes sense. Like just another instance of him using her as a prop in the bizarre stuff he thinks up. She also completely went off social media after the robbery and when she finally came back on, it totally seems like Kanye is controlling her account and the pictures that were put up were altered to look like old 80's camera photos of her being a "good Mom" and she looks traumatized in at least the one I had seen.

OT "unheard of" backbend causes paralysis
Part 1
https://www.gofundme.com/standforeden

"Eden started walking at 9 months. Her first birthday pictures are filled with fat-lip smiles from a tumble the day before. She potty trained herself at 18 months. She had a hematoma in her ear from a fall when she was around 2. An adrenaline junkie at the park, around 3 years old, she begged for me to push her super high on the swings. She lost her grip and did a complete flip off the swing, landing in my arms as I stood (thankfully) underneath her. She learned how to ride a bike with no training wheels on the first ride. She did a flip on the bars a couple weeks into kindergarten and fell flat on her back, got up and went into class when the bell rang.

That’s why, on December 23, 2015, when she did a bridge (a backbend where you push yourself up from the floor) on our living room floor and then collapsed crying, I shook it off. When she cried that her legs, back and hips hurt, I gathered her in my arms and rocked her, shushing her, telling her to calm down.

But this time, Eden didn’t pick herself up off the ground, dust herself off and go on her next crazy adventure. Thirty minutes after she started crying, she stopped. Her face changed—it kind of filled with wonder—and she told me, “Mom, I feel like my feet are sleeping.” I looked at her body, which seemed to be posed awkwardly on the bed, and told her to move her leg. She stared at it, saying, “I can’t, Mom.”

I put her and her sister in the car and rushed to the hospital, a day that started her 52-day stay in the hospital where we learned that that backbend turned our independent daredevil into a paraplegic. That backbend, something she had done hundreds of times before, had hyperextended her spine and caused the artery that feeds her spinal cord to stop pumping blood, causing a stroke in her spinal cord. The extent of damage is unheard of. Her stroke was in T8/9, she stretched the ligaments in T3/4, and the damage extends up and down her spinal cord from T2-T12.

In one instant, that backbend altered our lives forever. Eden is now in a wheelchair. She lost the ability to sit up on her own. Her bowels and bladder do not work. We have to wake up twice a night to move her so she won’t get pressure sores from sleeping in one position too long. She also must remember to do pressure relief exercises every fifteen minutes she is in her wheelchair to protect her skin. She cannot regulate her temperature so we have to watch her for signs of her getting too hot or too cold. She cannot reach a sink to wash her hands or brush her teeth. Our bathrooms are not equipped for her to easily shower or bathe. The list of what she now cannot do could span pages.

Bobcat said...

Part 2

But what that backbend hasn’t done is take away Eden’s spirit. Her physical therapist, two days after meeting her at acute rehab, nicknamed her, “Daredevil Eden.” Her therapy team said she accomplished more in two weeks of rehab than most kids accomplish in six. Her current PT, the first time she treated Eden at the house, said most kids quit after ten minutes of therapy, but she kept pushing Eden for over an hour because Eden never complained. Eden started back at school one week after she was discharged from the hospital—less than 2 months after being admitted to the ICU where she was hooked up to machines in every way possible.

Because of Eden’s spirit and resiliency, we have never lost hope in her full recovery. Anyone who encounters Eden, including doctors, nurses and therapists always have the same response: “If anyone can recover from this, it’s Eden.”

Eden is going to Kennedy Krieger in Baltimore in April for two weeks of intense physical therapy. After that, she will go to Frazier Rehab in Louisville for three months of locomotor training. Although walking is our ultimate goal for Eden, we have more than the end goal in mind with these therapies. 90% of children with spinal cord injuries before age ten develop scoliosis later on in life. If she does not start standing, her bones will become weak and brittle and she will develop osteoporosis and could break a bone with the lightest tap. Her kidneys are at risk, and she could develop arthritis. These therapies may also help regenerate her bowel and bladder functions and bring back sensation to her lower body. These therapies will also provide what we all need most of all: Hope."

Lynda's post said-When they did ask about Kim, Abdulrahman claims "they don't know her name," confirming that he'd been asked about "the rapper's wife," referring to Kanye West.

I don't know, but I think KK has more money and is better know than Kanye. Isn't he the one always waa-waa'ing for money, even asking Zuckerberg for some?
But honestly, I can see either or both staging this for the money, publicity, whatever, cause it's just what they do.

OT but did any of you want the OJ Simpson new evidence shows that have been on..

Dying to chat about it..

I have for years thought OJs son did it. And always thought that OJ was called and he did help his son flee. These episodes just validated that belief. Party cause the knit hat on the scene was a hat worn by his son Jason.

What I also didn't know was that OJ cheated on Jason's mom with Nichole.

But what sold me on it initially was the fact that he had a history of violence and that one night he not only had wrote his time out of work on his timecard (only time it ever happened and the time clock was working) and his alibi at the time later admired she lied.

But he has never made a statement and immediately lawyered up.

I know Peter has done analysi on OJs comment that he was the only one responsible. But to me, I feel like he blames himself because not only was he an abusive man but he betrayed Jason's mom as well.

I also think the bronco incident he was trying to decide if he was gonna take the blame or turn in his own son.

Could be wrong. But feel strongly about this theory.

And also, they found a knife in Jason's storage unit that when take apart had traces of blood. But not sure if it's enough to be checked for DNA.

So just curious what others think about this theory.

Trustme,

I did watch a special like a year ago. The evidence and motive point much more to OJ than Jason.
OJ regularly stalked Nicole in terms of actually watching her activities inside her house by looking through windows, including watching her sexual activities
What do you feel Jason's motive would have been? OJ's motive is clear.

If Jason did it, why did neighbor's hear OJ making a huge racket when he tried to sneak into his own yard to get into his house to hurriedly change to get on a plane and get out of LA? If jason did it, why did cops find a bloody glove and bloody socks in OJ's bedroom? The explanation "the cops planted them there" makes no sense, since OJ was already the prine suspect and why would cops want to frame him anyway?

Wow, that's such bull about the backbend that caused a stroke that allegedly caused damage through the entire spine. They should isolate her from the Mom and then ask her to stand up and walk and see the miracle that occurs.

Anonymous said...

Bobcat, Towards the end of the video, after the Mom picks her up after she has been riding in the Barbie car, you can see the girl moving her legs (look at her lower legs (from the knee down--she is swinging them back and forth while the Mom holds her). Also she is sitting Indian style in the pic--obviously she can move her legs).
I cant believe the mother said the doctors put her "into a state of hypothermia". Wtf. And you can see the Dad goes right along with the lie.

Assuming it isn't a translation issue, her use of the word "heist" to describe what happened is alerting. She was apparently not restrained well enough to prevent her from freeing herself after her alleged assailants departed the room; so did she pretend to be immobilized while they were there? Using the manufacturer's names to describe what was stolen focuses on the value of her possessions. Did she actually watch what they were stealing and make a mental "inventory" of what she saw, or did she inventory her losses after the fact (aka, after she freed herself)? Normally the lack of mentioning emotion during the incident would lend credibility but she does not indicate any emotion at all; before during or after. After being restrained and robbed (could the mention of being "naked" under the robe indicate a feeling of vulnerability?), she makes no statement indicating fear, etc. Is that something necessarily alerting in this case?

Anonymous said...

Whats her definition of "naked"?

My belief is that this report is an unreliable translation. Most likely there is too much contamination to allow an investigator to make any accurate analysis. HOWEVER, the original statement would make very interesting reading indeed.

The McCann's Stockholm Interview book promotion

TRANSCRIPT

Fredrik Skavlan [Host]: Kate and Gerry McCann welcome to Stockholm.

Kate and Gerry: Thank you.

Host: It’s been almost five years eh since, since eh Madeleine disappeared and now you Kate are reliving the whole thing by writing a book about what happened. Why are you doing that?

Kate: Well I actually started to keep a diary back in May 2007 I was advised to do it actually, and at the time I felt it would be important for Madeleine really, so that when we found her we’d be able to fill in the gaps in her life, and then I also thought it would be good for Sean and Amelie as well, so that they would have an account of the truth of everything that happened.

Host: Your twins?

Kate: That’s right.

Tania Cadogan said...

cont.

Host: If we could start by going back eh to May 3rd 2007, what’s your strongest memories of Madeleine from that day?

Gerry: I think the strongest memory I have is, of really, the photograph it was the last photograph we have of her and eh ye know, we’d had a lovely holiday. Madeleine was having a great time and just after lunch we went over to the pool area and eh she was sitting there paddling in the pool and I was sitting next to her and she turned round and she’s just beaming. And then the last time I saw her which was probably minutes before she was taken when she was lying asleep. It’s terrible, I’ve said this a few times but I had one of those poignant moments as a parent where I went into the room the door was open, I just paused for a second and I looked and she was sound asleep, and I thought how beautiful she was. The twins were asleep in the... their cots and I thought how lucky we were. And within ye know, minutes that was shattered!

Host: What happened is that you went to eat with the other parents that you were on vacation with?

Kate: That’s right.

Host: This was not far from the apartment?

Kate: It’s about 50 metres as the crow flies but that’s about 70 metres on foot.

Tania Cadogan said...

cont.

Host: So, this was your first thought?

Kate: Yeah, absolutely, there’s no way a young child could have got out.

Host: This decision of not eating in the apartment it has been lot of discussion about that not staying in the apartment, to go to eat with the other parents as you did every night.

Gerry: We felt incredibly safe and we were in a very quiet holiday resort. We were with a group of friends we hardly saw anyone of an evening and it was so close that it didn’t feel very different to eating outside in your garden, with the kids upstairs in the bedroom, and literally we were only going back erm to check that no one had woken up and of course at the time someone stealing your child was the furthest thing from our minds...and erm...

Host: This was really not something you thought twice about?

Gerry: Yeah, no, it was it just felt em...

Kate: I think if we’d had to think about it or, even say to each other ‘do you think that’s okay?’ it wouldn’t have happened. But it just felt like a really natural thing that we’ll eat at the restaurant on the complex.

Gerry: I think the hardest thing with this is, ye know with hindsight we made a mistake erm it was a collective mistake but unfortunately we can’t change that, and erm whatever anyone may think about our decision making that night Madeleine’s completely innocent and you know she’s been taken and erm it’s hard for us because ye know no one could feel more guilty than we did to... to... to, think that your behaviour gave someone an opportunity, a risky opportunity , but one that they took, and ye know we persecuted ourselves for that, but you’ve got to look forward you can’t go back we can’t change that unfortunately, and erm what we’ve tried to do is, is always to look forward.

Host: Were you the worrying kind of parents, I mean..?

Tania Cadogan said...

cont.

Gerry: Sure...

Host: Eh how was that experience?

Gerry: We were expecting a Metropolitan type response and I remember saying to the officers “where’s the helicopters? I want helicopters with heat seeking equipment.” And ye know the officer kind of laughed at us and said “you know this isn’t you know we don’t have a Royal Navy” and this thing... and you just... and I’m sure every single parent can understand this because everyone has lost a child momentarily and the terror and how frightening it is, be it in a supermarket or a playground or a park, and you just want everything done and you want... you want the world to stop, and, and scream, and the response ye know was slow. And that’s been one of the hardest things for us, because ye know, Madeleine could have been moved very easily and the Spanish border is only about 90 minutes away and obviously you are on the Mediterranean, and one of the aspects of why we are campaigning internationally is because she could have been taken anywhere.

Host: What happened was that as time went by, you didn’t really trust the Portuguese police and they didn’t trust you?

Gerry: We were there for three/ three and a half months we felt we had been completely eliminated from the enquiry we’d been interviewed...the circumstances, ye know em and then ye know for whatever reason, and possibly pressure, and a desire for this case to go away, it was portrayed in media that there was very strong evidence that Madeleine was dead people have said DNA and other things, and that we were responsible for hiding her body...and..

Host: Was there not DNA in the car, in the car that you hired?

Gerry: And we want to be absolutely clear about these things there are two aspects- We didn’t hire that car for 3 and half weeks until after Madeleine was taken, and the second aspect is there is no DNA match. Eh you know when you see the files there’s a mixed sample of DNA that comes from 5 people and obviously some of it matched Madeleine’s. But of course, all, of our DNA matches Madeleine’s. To be fair, ye know it was incredibly frustrating from the time we were arguido, through to the file being closed the following July but the Prosecutors final report was very clear, actually unequivocal, there was no evidence Madeleine was dead. And there was no evidence that we were involved but certain people have chosen to ignore that information.

Host: Which one of these media speculations was most shocking, was most hurtful?

Kate: I mean there were loads, but I guess the worst thing is if they say she is dead, and there is no evidence because if she is dead there is no search.

Gerry: I think the other thing just to go back to that Frederik is that - We had an interview with the police which Kate details in her book, an unofficial interview, and basically two of the senior officers were saying to us em “Tell us what happened, we know what happened.” And I was in tears, saying “Do you have evidence that Madeleine is dead because if you do, as her parents we need to know.” And they were saying “it’s coming, it’s coming”. And that ye know, the pressure that was put on us to confess to a crime of hiding your own daughter’s body and to say that you were going to pursue us for murder. And it’s not unique to Portugal, this happens with police the world over, it’s happened to many different people it’s happened to other parents in similar situations to us.

Host: How is your daily life, it’s been five years, how is your daily life affected by this...or do you have a daily life?

Tania Cadogan said...

cont.

Kate: Yeah we’ve reached a new normality I guess. You know our life will never be what it was ye know it’s never gonna be truly normal again after what’s happened but we’ve got to a place where we are obviously functioning and Gerry works full time. I haven’t returned to medical practice but I’ve worked on the campaign and investigation. Six months of my life was spent going through the Portuguese police files, nine months was spent writing a book, and of course we’ve got two other children. We’ve got Sean and Amelie, and it’s ye know, it’s actually quite a luxury, but a nice luxury to be able to take them to school and be there for them when they come home, so...

Gerry: It’s probably important to emphasise ye know, we do spend obviously a lot of our spare time focused on it. The last year we’ve slept a lot better knowing the review is taking place. But if you had a casual observer looking at us as a family they would see a family of four. They’d see a happy family of four, and they wouldn’t really see they wouldn’t suspect that we’ve been erm ye know suffered a great trauma... em but for Kate and I... Sean and Amelie are as happy as any 7 year olds that we know and for Kate and I, we get enjoyment from life and we do, we do, do that, but until Madeleine is back with us there’s always going to be a void and there’s a limit, whereas before you could be, you could have unbridled joy, anything now, there is always a tinge its often the family things because Madeleine is not there with us.

Host: How has it affected your relationship?

Kate: Well we’re very lucky in that our relationship was very good very strong before this happened and I’m not sure we’d have survived if that wasn’t the case I mean I don’t think there could be anything more traumatic than what’s happened to us plus all the additional stuff on top of that.

Host: You said you’ve written the book for the twins, how much do they know?

Kate: Probably as much as we do to be honest now.

Gerry: Virtually yeah!

Kate: We did take advice from a child psychologist and he said to be as honest and as open with them but let them take the lead so if they ask you a question you respond as fully as you can and that’s exactly what we’ve done. So we’ve got to the point now where they understand that a man has taken Madeleine. They, they view it like burglary, that she’s been stolen and you shouldn’t take something that doesn’t belong to you but they understand ye know that there are lots of people helping us. They, they, understand why we are in Sweden today, the purpose of that is to ask for more help really...

Host: Can they really remember?

Kate: Well obviously they were very young, but they have re-counted things that happened prior to May 2007, which has kind of thrown me a little bit. Obviously they have been surrounded by Madeleine ever since. There’s pictures all around the house and Madeleine’s bedroom is still there, they’ve obviously seen things on the television and they know that my job really has changed from being a doctor to looking for Madeleine.

Gerry: And I think it’s important to say that they still see Madeleine as a big part of their life, and as parents that’s incredibly comforting and they’ll say things like “We’re going to go on a an aeroplane and we’re going to look for that man, and when we find him we’re going to...”and I’ll say we’ll give him to police, but they even talk about that. But I think if we don’t find Madeleine in the next...period we will face more difficult times as they get older and they are on internet and they start seeing some of the vile material which is there.

Host: In your book you mention that you have been perceived as, as cold in a way?

Tania Cadogan said...

cont.

Kate: Well someone’s always got an opinion and I think we’ve learned how judgemental people can be and I mean I think its maybe part of human nature, we are all quick to judge from a position of ignorance.

Host: Is there a right way of grieving a wrong way of grieving?

Kate: Well exactly, I mean how should a mother or father grieve when their child is abducted and... erm...

Gerry: I think the other thing people probably don’t understand is that when we’ve done media and in particular in the early days you had to really psyche yourself up to go on there and deliver the message, you know we set objectives...

Host: Were you advised on how to behave?

Gerry: We...I mean the very initial things we weren’t, but when we did the first sort of direct appeal to the abductor, em Kate... we were... and I was told that Kate should speak as the mother, female voice and that she should not show any emotion in case that gave the abductor some sort of kick so that particular appeal, but I think as much as anything ye know Kate had probably cried 16 hours a day for 4 days, by time we did that, and we were just drained, you cannot physically cry 24 hours a day, I mean it’s impossible.

Kate: The day we did the appeal to the abductor which was on the Monday and I spoke to Alan the councillor and I said, I feel really numb and I felt really bad that I felt numb I just... and he said “Kate you can’t cry for 24 hours a day, you know this is, this is natural” but..(lets out sigh) it’s hard I mean if you laugh people will say how can they laugh when their child has been abducted if you don’t laugh you’ll either get called cold or you’re on the edge of a nervous breakdown or, it’s just hard, you’ve just got to be who you are.

Host: Do you have days that when you can forget, when you can sort of not think about it?

Kate: No I don’t think there is any day when Madeleine is not on my mind you know she is always there but... For 18 months/2 years I never thought I’d enjoy myself again I never thought I’d allow myself to enjoy anything again, and with time you adapt and I realised that actually it is okay to do that and it is important to do that, you need to get rest you need to enjoy life, and you have to be well and happy ye know for each other, for Madeleine when she gets home, for Sean and Amelie, and thankfully ye know, we are in a position now where we get a lot of enjoyment out of things, Sean and Amelie in particular.

Host: Today almost 5 years later what do you believe happened to Madeleine?

Kate: Well my view hasn’t changed you know since 4th May really, and that is, that a man took Madeleine. And that man was the person who our friend J. Tanner saw carrying a child away from the area of the apartment. And sadly I don’t really know anything else since.

Host: How long can, do you think you can find the strength to continue this search?

Kate: As long as it takes. I don’t think any parent would ever be able to give up on their child and even the weeks where we are absolutely shattered erm or there’s another injustice that comes your way, you get up the next morning and think ‘right let’s go again’ because Madeleine is part of our family we all need her back and she needs to be with us...just need to keep going.

Gerry: I mean There are times when you just think - I cannot do this, any more, em its too much - and particularly the attention that’s comes through the media, but as Kate says that bond with us, and with Madeleine and for Sean and Amelie, and even if you wanted to I don’t think we could stop.

Host: Please know that our thoughts are with you thank you so much for coming here to Stockholm and telling us, reminding us about Madeleine is still missing.

"For him, it was just a ring, I think," Abdulrahman believes. "If he was there for a ring, he can't ask for money. If he knows the value of the ring, he can't ask for money."

This doesn't make sense to me. Why can't he rob KK of both ring and money?

They didn’t rob my cash.

He asked me where the jewels and the money are.

The word used is "asked" always "asked". I wonder if this is the French translation "speaking".

There is a change in language from (my) cash to (the) money. Seeing as how it is the same investigator's report, I find the change in language notable. They were definitely there for "money" but they didn't rob her of her cash. And they "asked" for money and jewels, according to KK, they didn't "rob" her of either. They asked for [them]. She was clear they didn't "rob" her of my cash.

Kim K posting on FB since her return to social media:

A picture of Kanye inspecting her outfit with caption "My husband's always got my back".

A picture of Kim with caption "Head to toe Yeezy". Yeezy is Kanye's stupid brand.

Pictures of Kanye with kids as well as pics of Kim (looking traumatized with the kids in what looks to be a house decorated in 70's/early '80s style, inside of house looks like just a regular non-wealthy person's house, with pictures altered to make them look like they are from an early '80's camera (the comments are largely about how "cool" that is that the pics are altered to look that way). I would say the overall effect compared to the pictures that she used to post pre-robbery is twilight-zonish. (Also, Kim has extremely long hair almsot down to her legs in the weird pics--it seems like Kanye is trying to make her look like Cher from the '70's?!?
The captions posted with pictures do not seem like Kim's writing style.

The mother of a two-year-old girl known as 'Baby Doe', whose body was found washed up on a Boston Harbor island in 2015, appeared in court on Tuesday.

Rachelle Bond, 41, has pleaded not guilty as an accessory to murder in the death of her daughter Bella.

She is accused of helping her boyfriend, Michael McCarthy, conceal Bella's body, which was found stuffed inside a garbage bag.

Bond was in court as her lawyer asked a judge to dismiss the charges against her or move the trial to western Massachusetts.

Janice Bassil argued that Bond's 'sins of omission' does not make her an accessory to her daughter's murder.

She argued that Bond was not a willing participant in the disposal of Bella's body, according to the Boston Globe.

Bassil added that Bond also plans to testify against her former boyfriend, who has been pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

Bond's attorney also tried to get the trial moved to Berkshire County in western Massachusetts, arguing the case had received intense media attention.

The mystery of 'Baby Doe', the name given to Bella before she was identified, swept the nation's attention when a composite image was shared by millions on social media after her body washed up on Deer Island.

Bassil brought in a copy of the Boston Metro newspaper, which showed Bond's picture under the headline 'Monster', as an example of the coverage.

'There have been articles about the case that are highly negative, not just reporting the facts but reporting opinions as well,' she argued, according to MassLive.

'It's been pretty graphic,' she added, arguing that the negative attention would sway jurors in Suffolk County.

But Suffolk Superior Court Judge Christine Roach argued that people in western Massachusetts also read newspapers and online sites.

Roach added that the case itself was 'sensational in their very nature'.

'Our first goal is a fair trial for both sides,' she said. 'We have to take that step by step.'

Roach did not make an immediate ruling on the requests. Bond, who is being held on $1million bail, is due back in court next week.

Bond has maintained that McCarthy, 36, killed Bella. She also claims that he held her against her will and had psychological control over her.

But a prosecutor claimed that Bond continued to have a domestic relationship with McCarthy for months after Bella's death and even traveled out of state to attend a family reunion.

Speaking at a hearing in September, a prosecutor described the horrific events that allegedly led to the young girl's death and how the pair did drugs for days after she was killed.

Assistant District Attorney David Deakin said that one night in May 2015 Bella had become 'unruly', according to Bond, and that McCarthy went in her room to try and quiet the girl down and get her to go to bed.

Bond came in shortly after, and that is when she allegedly found her daughter dead.

'She found Mr McCarthy standing over Bella, who was on a bed and the mattress was on the floor, standing over Bella with his hand near her abdomen,' said Deakin.

'When Miss Bond looked at Bella, her head was swollen, and her face was gray. She asked Mr McCarthy what he had done.'

'He did not tell her, but said: "She was a demon, and it was her time to die'".

Deakin said that the couple then put the girl in the refrigerator and started to shoot up heroin together for 'several days'.

After that time, McCarthy allegedly put the young girl's body in a weighted duffle bag and dumped her in the water.

Bella was finally laid to rest in December, five months after her remains washed up on Deer Island on June 25, 2015.

Food and transportation. The family does not have a vehicle. Her mother is the only parent in the house. She is not working and has four kids to provide for in wake of the tragedy. She will need to go back and forth to the hospital on public transportation. Also, the family has to find a new place to live. It would not be good for Kamille to go back and live in the area she was kidnapped in. The money will mainly go towards the family and their basic needs and Kamille medical expenses considering the amount of time she will have to stay in the hospital to physically heal.

Does anyone believe BO has an approval rating of 60%?

If we were to believe the polls, "Clinton Cash" would be running the country...still.

The only thing that made the Trump victory a surprise was MSM and their polls. There is already posted info on how this poll was tainted.

The reliable predictor of the Trump victory was the attendance at rallies.

He had to turn away Americans, while at the Clinton rallies, it was very small, with a very large contingency of media, including the standing ovations that media gave her, as well as...

the softball or pre arranged questions.

Peter, I so agree with you on the polls and the news media. I keep trying to email each news agency and ask them are the 40% POLLS now on Trump the same polls that said he could never win GMAB
Chuck Todd, who I saw several times on the news, with his charts, showing that there was no path to the victory for DT, now still feels he is credible to speak about this.
The media is full of crap and we are idiots to even turn it on. I watch the local and email them every time (well, not every time, I don't have that much time) they repeat the Obama/Clinton love and the Trump hate.
I don't think for one minute that Trump will fix every problem in this country or that he won't create new ones, but there is no way he could do worse that Obama has done or Clinton would have done.
Sorry for this rant.

"Her mother is the only parent in the house."

This has not changed. Dad is doing time.

"She is not working and has four kids to provide for in wake of the tragedy."

This has not changed.

"She will need to go back and forth to the hospital on public transportation."

Kameill has been back home for days.

I don't see anything about funds being used to help Kameill AT ALL.

Hi Bobcat.

The money will mainly go towards the family and their basic needs and Kamille medical expenses considering the amount of time she will have to stay in the hospital to physically heal.

Order is important.

I know my question asked Can you tell me how this money will be spent benefiting the family in every way possible?
Surely Kameille should be the priority since it is she who is the alleged victim.
Why then is the money going on the basic needs of the family?

Again i am thinking perhaps this was possibly payback for a debt owed?
Gang involvement even especially since physical beatings and worse are often used in initiation rites to join a gang both male and female.

Not working and four kids, where is the dad, how are they supporting themselves?
If the dad is in jail, what for and for how long?

Is the family known to CPS/LE and for what reason?

Why has no description been put out for the person(s) that did this to alert to community, especially if they could do it again?
Why no e-fit?
Why no "we need to get the person who did this before they do it again" from the police or family?

It all seems to be statements from the family.

Raising money for the family.
Andrew Black Jr.He said the family plans to find a way to have Kameill picked up from in front of her home for school and is looking to eventually move to ensure her safety.

What about the rest of the family?

Why is LE saying so little?

ST. LOUIS

A 12-year-old girl who went missing Wednesday was found safe in a vacant building in north St. Louis near where she disappeared, according to the St. Louis Police Department.

Police found Kameill Taylor about 10:30 p.m. upstairs alone in a building in the 5200 block of Terry Avenue. Officers searched vacant buildings, house-to-house, block-to-block, until they found her in the vacant building, just a few blocks from where she disappeared in the 5300 block of Labadie Avenue. Taylor was taken to a local hospital with trauma.

“To the extent (of the trauma), we’re not sure right now,” Lt. Perri Johnson said at a press conference Friday night.

Johnson said Taylor most likely did not go into the building voluntarily or on her own. Police believe she was in the building most of the time she was missing.

Her mother Shonta Taylor, 31, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch her daughter is “not the kind of girl who would get in trouble,” and said the behavior was unusual.

The investigation was continuing.

One bit stood out to me

“To the extent (of the trauma), we’re not sure right now,” Lt. Perri Johnson said at a press conference Friday night.

What does this mean?

There were little visible trauma?

What we look for is the 'opening' or 'unnecessary' use of "door" by a subject and ask, "Why? Why does this person feel it necessary to use this here?”

What about when it is left out of a statement? In Kim Kardashian’s statement she hears noises at the door, she “asks shouting” (oxymoron) who was there, no one answered, she called her bodyguard, and then she “saw” two men.

Nowhere in her statement is how they accessed her room. Hotel security (?) only enters the story after they have accessed her room.

The second individual had the same clothes Police but didn’t wear ski goggles.
The individual with the ski goggles rips out my Blackberry phone
The one with the ski goggles was 1,70 meters high, slim, black pants, black boots, he spoke to me in French. He was a European-type individual.

I answer him that I don’t know, he takes out a weapon and I show him the ring.
