Analysis: Sen. Kelly Loeffler Stock Sale

Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) reported the first sale of stock jointly owned by her and her husband on Jan. 24,  2020 the day that her committee, the Senate Health Committee, hosted a private meeting from administration officials, including the CDC director and Dr. Anthony Fauci, of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on the Chinese coronavirus.

3 other senators also now are accused of profiting by using this information from the committee on stock trades.

This includes Diane Feinstein, Richard Burr and James M. Inhofe.

It is  illegal for members of Congress to trade on non-public information gleaned through their official duties.

Are they incredibly lucky, or is there more here?

It was the first of 29 stock transactions that Loeffler and her husband (CEO of the New York Stock Exchange) made through mid-February, 27 were sales.

One of Loeffler’s two purchases was stock worth between $100,000 and $250,000 in Citrix, a technology company that offers teleworking software.

She issued a denial via Twitter and then on televised media.

Question for Analysis: Did she facilitate the trades on this inside information?

She needs to say that she did not give information to anyone, including her husband, that  came from the meeting.

Twitter:

“This is a ridiculous and baseless attack. I do not make investment decisions for my portfolio. Investment decisions are made by multiple third-party advisors without my or my husband’s knowledge or involvement.
“As confirmed in the periodic transaction report to Senate Ethics, I was informed of these purchases and sales on February 16, 2020—three weeks after they were made.”

Here, she avoided denying the allegation--sharing information that gave her and her husband a distinct advantage.

Instead, she told us what she "normally does" ----this is often a signal that the subject, while avoiding a denial, wishes to portray her actions as "normal"---indicating to us that it was anything but normal.

Note the present tense, "I do not..." not, "I did not..."

Next note:

Investment decisions are made by multiple third-party advisors without my or my husband’s knowledge or involvement.

This is truthful, but it avoids reporting plainly that she did not inform anyone of what was about to happen to the US economy.

I was informed of these purchases and sales on February 16, 2020—three weeks after they were made.”

She was not accused of being informed, or getting a receipt for her transactions.  She is accused of trading on information that she received in her official capacity as a U.S. senator.

She is accused of "informing" someone else.

When interviewed live, she did not issue a Reliable Denial but:

1. Focused on the date of receipt.  This is when the paperwork comes back verifying the trades.  It is not part of a denial.

2. said she wanted to do the work she was to do for the people of her state.

This is a tangent away from the accusation.

3. reported her years of work.

This is to expand time, a common trait of guilt, rather than allow for the topic to be in the sensitive time period. It allows for a comparison of a small window of time (sensitive) with a larger.  In a sense, it is a common form of dilution or minimization.

Analysis Conclusion:

Deception Indicated

She avoids the allegation, but then uses tangents in order to move the topic away from the allegation.

Being a blind trust does not preclude one from informing another what is to come.

Citing her service to the people of her state is not only an attempt to move the topic away form the allegation, but it is to have a weighted comparison of sorts:

'look at all the good I have done compared to the allegation...'

  3. Peter, I am sorry about the off topic but many of these stars coming out and filming themselves about the house is intriguing. I am particularly curious about Madona and filming herself on various occasions in a bathroom. One video she is in the bathroom singing about fried fish, then in another she is naked in her bathtub. I know that victims of abuse and abusers include the language of "bath" or cleansing but I was astonished to find that of all places to film was in the bathroom. Isn't that also significant for those that have been severely abused that they mention, "I got up and brushed my teeth" (as an example) and it is because this activity they do in a bathroom and that is where they feel in control. To finalize this, Madona posted a photo of her COVID Diaries typed on her Corona typewriter, but regardless of whether she is hoaxing, taunting, entertaining...she is including the language of sexual abuse. She wrote (exactly): "My pain has not gone away... i think its possibly having a placebo affect. who cares its good after an ivce bath and that's all ivare about right now. getting warm after an ice bath."

Interesting language and behavior to be invoking right now. Personally, there's no amount of cleansing that she can do to erase the smut she's done.

  4. OT: Madonna

C511HONO, could it also have to do with Madonna having had an abortion at the start of her career? Perhaps she sees herself as “the great equalizer” (i.e.: killer weapon) vis-à-vis her own unborn baby in the womb (womb = bath). It’s a recurring theme with her. Her protest against the pro-life movement and proponents thereof (President Trump, judge Kavanaugh) seems pathological. She even wanted to meet the pope to convince him that Jesus approves of abortion. Celebrity women who demonstrate similar over the top behavior (e.g. Alyssa Milano, Chelsea Handler, Rose McGowan, etc.) have also admitted to having one or more abortions. Maybe they fiercely lash out at pro-life movement/proponents so they don’t have to look at their own guilt over killing their defenseless unborn baby/babies.

I would be unsurprised if others were profiting from insider information related to the Wuhan Coronavirus. Did "important" people buy treatment drugs long before the public knew about them?

  6. OT: Gannon Stauch

Gannon was stabbed and shot and had blunt force trauma. His stepmother repeatedly mentioned that Landen - his real mom - had "guns in the back of their cars". She also said she took Al's truck on the day of the disappearance because it had room in the back for equipment for Gannon. So I think she was signaling that she herself had a gun in the back of the car after all.

She also talked about "hits close to home", "pointing" and "have the best shot" (in that order) in one of her statements.

  7. OT: Gannon Stauch

^ And she also had Gannon('s body) in the back of a car for a while, of course (assuming she transported him to Florida). Fear of being pulled over with Gannon in the back and, after that, the police finding forensic evidence in the back of the car must have been on her mind.

It is doubtful she knifed him, hit him with a blunt instrument and THEN shot him. He's a tiny frail child! Most likely, that is how their laws are written to group certain types of injury.

I would speculate, based on the gossip thus far and the distance between the gossip area, that his head was crushed by something that resembled the edge of a brick.....blunt object.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Anonymous, according to several news sites this information comes from the District One Medical Examiner who performed a preliminary examination on Gannon's remains. I don't think they would lie about it. I haven't read anything about the order though, so maybe it happened in a different order? Also: given what we have seen from Tecia Stauch so far it seems she is a very angry and aggressive person (abusive video, attacking police officer, etc.) who doesn't take very rational decisions.

She accused Gannon's real mom of exposing the children to drugs, guns in the back of the car, living in motels. Turns out she probably (allegedly) drugged Gannon, hit him, stabbed him, shot him (order unknown) and threw him away in a suitcase. She was projecting and leaking i.m.o..

The weird "closet"-detail ("the cool shirt I got you to wear to the theatre is in your closet") may have been a subconscious reference to the suitcase (closet is similar to case/trunk/locker/secret storage).

One report I heard stated the news first came from a news outlet overseas...then the USA outlets picked it up. We'll have to wait and see or maybe a lawyer from Co. can try to set the record straight.

I can see her giving him laxatives when he's pooping as a form of torture. Even blaming him for their getting kicked out of the house for his destruction of the carpet..if in fact he was the one that destroyed it....and even letting him lay helpless somewhere sick and dying while she went shopping. I can't see her using all those weapons on him, however.

If it is proven she did, she'll go down in history as the most mad 'mother' in the new century.

I think alot of vloggers are into child torture and like to escalate the what ifs.

Someone like that would not go unnoticed by her husband or friends. Bet they are thinking back on times right about now.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Anonymous, yes, news outlets often seem to copy what other news outlets write. So we have to wait and see.

"Someone like that would not go unnoticed..." -> even family and friends of serial killers often don't know they have a depraved criminal in their midst.

Another thing that occurred to me is that she thanked their "immediate & extended family members throughout the east coast" in the first paragraph of her statement. It struck me as strange when I first read it. Why did she add "throughout the east coast"? Did they have family members in other parts of the US that she did not want to thank? Why not simply say: family members? Now I think: she was leaking information about Gannon's location. I also wonder if she had help from "immediate and extended" family members.

It would appear the only dupers delight is coming from those vlogging about the missing child (assuming that is what your comment was referring to, as it could be response to the post topic, but I doubt it since that is boring compared to child torture porn). I noticed on a video about their divorce, the gossiper for Jesus showed a clip of when she was younger singing and wearing a T-shirt with the #22 on it. At one point, it looked as though the photo was altered to make a person think it was underwear on top of the shirt. Most likely something from the dark web...............

.....the reason for additional torture, i.e. gunshot and knifing.

Florduh makes a lot of money off child cases, moreso than Co., I'd think.

Also, it was mentioned in a news outlet across the seas that the neighbor who is now famous for his video claimed a couple weeks prior his kid said there'd been a car trolling the area and he was afraid someone was looking to snatch a kid....makes sense since that would be around the time frame some woman with a similar frame as "T-bag" was seen in front of a Ring camera with her cell phone covering her face as if she was photographing something at the front door.

Wonder if anyone ever emailed Mr. Hyatt the transcript of the generated interview with some weirdo in which "T-bag" devulged all her secrets?

    Upers elight!

  16. Off topic

An 11-year-old boy allegedly killed by his stepmother was stabbed, shot, stuffed in a suitcase before his body was thrown over the side of a Florida freeway.

Gannon Stauch went missing from his home in Colorado Springs on January 27 and was discovered last week 1,400 miles away by construction workers under the overpass.

Stauch's stepmother, Letecia Stauch, 36, earlier this month was booked into the El Paso County jail on counts of first-degree murder, child abuse resulting in death, tampering with a deceased human body and tampering with evidence.

A preliminary examination of Gannon's body has revealed the boy was hit by a blunt object, stabbed and then shot by his killer, who police have identified as Leticia Staunch, The Sun reported. A full autopsy is now underway.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said they were contacted by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office in Florida on Wednesday about the remains of a boy recovered in Pace, north of Pensacola.

The District One Medical Examiner performed a preliminary autopsy, which led to last week's announcement.

'We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the friends and family of Gannon,' a press release from the sheriff's office stated.

Letecia Stauch was arrested in South Carolina on March 2 and was later extradited back to Colorado to face charges of murder of a child under 12 years of age by a person in a position of trust, child abuse resulting in death and tampering with a dead body.

She originally told authorities that she last saw her stepson between 3.15pm and 4pm on January 27. She said at the time that he was heading to a friend's house in Colorado Springs.

Gannon was originally categorized as a runaway, before his case was upgraded to that of a missing/endangered person.

But on the day of Letecia's arrest in South Carolina, police announced they no longer think he is alive.

Police have not yet laid out their theory on what happened to him or where they believe he is.

Gannon's father Albert released a statement at the time to say he was shocked by the news.

'My little boy is not coming home. We will never play Nintendo again. No more taco Tuesdays. No more smooth-looking hair cuts. And no more G-man for the world.

'The person who committed this heinous, horrible crime is one that I gave more to anyone else on this planet, and that is a burden that I will carry with me for a very long time,' it read.

Surveillance video from a neighbor's home captured Stauch leaving the home with Gannon in her pickup truck at around 10.13am on January 27.

However, when she returned at 2.19pm, Gannon is nowhere to be seen.

Footage from 2.19pm to the time Gannon was reportedly last seen is not available, but the sheriff's office said earlier that officers had no surveillance video showing the boy leaving the property.

After he watched the video, a friend said the boy's father 'just broke down and started saying 'she lied, she lied about the time.'

In an interview before her arrest, Letecia insisted she had nothing to do with the boy's disappearance or death.

'After news of the video broke, Stauch gave an interview to KKTV, insisting that she played no part in her stepson's disappearance.

'I took care of Gannon for the last two years in our home because his mother didn't want to do it,' she said.

'I would never ever, ever hurt this child... these people have these conspiracy theories... I'm like: "Why are you saying Gannon is dead?" He is not dead. We are going to find Gannon.'

During Letecia's initial court appearance in El Paso County on March 11, prosecutors said they have not ruled out the possibility of pursuing the death penalty against her.

The stepmother is due back in court for a status conference on April 14.

  18. Could part of the journey have been on a (night) plane? Or would luggage checks have been too strict for that? I ask this because of the below statement (part of Tecia Stauch’s rant about Landen on facebook):

“She had them at motels, abusive situations, criminal scenes with her husband, did drugs.
    (…)
Albert rescued them from guns in the back of their cars, police stops, no home, and even had to fly on a plane from ALAKSA [sic] through the night to bring them back to us because she changed their school three times and had not a place to live.”

I think she is unwittingly giving details about the crime here: ”abusive situations”, “criminal scenes”, “did drugs”, “gun”, “in the back of (…) cars” and ”not a place to live” (-> Tecia was kicked out of the house and: if “not a place to live”, was there a place to die/be dead?). I find it interesting that she adds that Albert “even” had to fly ”on a plane” ”through the night”. The shortest sentence would have been: “Albert even had to come/fly over from Alaska”. Why the additions? What else could he have flown on than a plane? And what was so special (“even”) about Albert flying on a plane through the night? Also: “she changed their school three times” -> did Tecia change means of transportation three times? Was it a journey in three stages? Did she have Gannon "at motels" during the journey? Was Gannon in three different locations? Three is the liars number.

It's highly likely she had help. Any one who's been accused of grand theft auto AND calling in bomb threats rarely works alone.

She's not some trained spook whose goal in life is to cause chaos and disaster so the state can reap grants and funding. She's a disgruntled military wife who had a husband that used her up and threw her out like yesterday's news....just like he did his first wife.

These people are into the drug scene and that's what they've all got in common.

Unless they move the trial to Florduh or Texas, they'll have to seed the jury with only military or government personell to sell that narrative.

  22. Thanks for the analysis Peter.

“Note the present tense, "I do not..." not, "I did not..."”

I didn’t see that when I looked at it. It’s like a, “I don’t take drugs” type of denial, which like you pointed out only speaks to this moment and not the past.

In times like these we have to put our faith in those who are meant to be there to represent our best interests. It’s very worrying to see prominent people like mayors and other officials constantly in the spotlight for all kinds of unethical behaviour.

    Adrian.

  23. Yes @frommindtomatter he quickly adopted present tense when speaking about drugs, this is sensitive. Looking at the pics of the hotel room the sensitivity makes a lot of sense, also added in with his role as a politician. Current times show the danger of travel and engaging with others outside of the family/the home. Agreed it is very worrying that these folks are plotting out our "future" as a nation and beyond.

  35. @Shy....Which community is abusive as per the Joe Exotic Netflix footage? The Fla. woman whose husband poofed off the face of the earth that has sunshine laws out the wahoo, The Oklahoma community that merely wishes all women dead same as Exotic Joe, the homosexual community in which domestic violence is almost as high as that of the religous right, the animal activist community, the capturing and tortuing of animals for profit groups, the narcissitic nature of both actors and the related psychopathic spewing which the media finds worthy of movie making?

    Wow! That was a mouthful!

The abusive community surrounds even those that cover the murdered children and their theories. It's a crime is a self-centered arm chair know-it-all that almost swallowed her tongue when she found out where the body was located-near her in Fla.Then she scampered to change her narrative to prove she was right, always right, all along.

most those people fall into the Joe Exotic category in that they want to kill off the rest of us over time, imo.

  36. @Anon at 5:52 AM the entire community supporting any kind of tiger zoo or rescue is abusive IMO. I am disgusted watching them all make money off the tiger zoos here in the states, "rescue" or otherwise. Exotic Joe threatened a waco and was very transparent about shooting Carol in cold blood. I understand the sheriff taking these threats very seriously, absolutely terrifying with the compound situation so similar, a lot of guns stored, meth use etc, and killer imbred tigers, ligers to boot. Carol also seems a vulture who is using the war of words with Joe to pad her own bottom dollar line.

In Oklahoma, everyday is a potential Waco. He only threatened to kill a woman in another state....that's why it went on for so long. That, and he and other homos were trading in one of their state's favorite activities: fake charity.

His concern for domestic violence is as likely as all the religious right and military that occupy the state. In other words, "It ain't happenin'."

He was nothing but fodder for the media and that is why he was finally arrested. They cater to the media and the military, otherwise, he and his he/she wives would still be running around abusing others-especially women-in the name of charity.

Let's face it, no one wants to see THAT run for governor! It's okay if he films videos of him shooting female blow up dolls as well as issuing death threats.....that's his right in the state of Oklahoma under first amendment speech.......something else happened they aren't telling.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I disagree Anonymous. "He only threatened to kill a woman in another state", this is not the world I want to live in, and if Joe is the best option due to money made on his awful tiger "sanctuary" there are much bigger problems than the show represents and shows us. If being a politician is a money game this is a much bigger problem than Joe, I don't think it is OK he shoots at blow up dolls he named Carole, his face clearly shows a long history with substance abuse, specifically meth as well as as too much plastic surgery. I'm sure there is much more they "are not telling" us. The smoke from this show and the details within reveal an awful fire burning below it.
