I came up to this...Talking about sport and athletes
I came up to this article
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-3840067/Ched-Evans-young-stupid-committed-no-crime-never-say-sorry-directly.html

After reading a couple of Ched Evans quotes in this article (can only asume they are litterly written), it makes me (as a woman) sick to my stomac. Tho i know in SA '- We must hear the person to tell us the information and do not accept information that is not stated.'

'I have maintained my innocence from day one,' he says. 'So I can never apologise directly for what happened but I can apologise for the effect it's had. The social media stuff, I don't condone whatsoever. I don't agree with it. It's not been easy for her. I know that. I think it was a situation that got taken out of our hands from an early stage. She never said anybody raped her. She said she had a blackout but that didn't mean, like it was said in court, that she didn't consent. My behaviour that night was not acceptable - but it wasn't a crime.'

'I was young at the time and I was stupid and I wasn't aware of the situations you could potentially find yourself in that would land you in trouble. I have never been taught about anything like that. You get your gambling and drinking training but nothing else on top of that. In this day and age people need educating on alcohol and consent.

'I read somewhere you would have to get signed consent. That wouldn't be realistic but someone needs to come up with something. The best thing is just to be educated. And when they are drunk to think twice about it. How would it look in a court of law?'

Althouh he never says litterly he had sexual interactions with the woman while she was unconscious due drinking to much alcohol, he does say that he don't think what he did is a crime. Although the jury has ruled different, I as a woman, can't agree with their desciscion, after reading his words in this statement. 'The people' (him include) need education. (on if it is appropriate to have sexual interactions with a person when they are drunk and unconscious? Really? Do 'the people' really education about that? He doesnt think this is a crime....his behaviour only was 'not acceptable'. Do 'the people' really need education to learn when 'they' are drunk (unconscious, blackedout) there is no consent? Does that really need education?

So the question would be....what did he do what is not acceptable by his own words? That he isnt telling.
When 'they' are drunk......who's they? Is this the way he thinks about women? As they? (Is they distancing?) Think twice about it. (What's it?)
Think twice about what you do (how you behave) would

Although i believe his statement is truthfull.......it doesnt take away the suspicion that he has had 'onacceptable' behaviour with a woman while she had a blackout from to much alcohol. But it's not know at this point (by this article only) what it was he did, which he finds not acceptable.

Don't hesitate to correct me..........iam here to learn :)Habundianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-64618119599054925522016-10-27T21:54:27.370-04:002016-10-27T21:54:27.370-04:00HE DID IT AGAIN !!!!!! 98 prison sentences comuted...HE DID IT AGAIN !!!!!! 98 prison sentences comuted Thursday. 42 were life sentences. I have this suspicion that her father has some sort of guilty knowledge about her disappearance.

"I drove all night as soon as I heard Zuzu was missing, and when I got there, a search was already in progress," Verk’s father, Glenn, told FoxNews.com earlier this week. "Everyone wanted to help, but he [Verk's boyfriend] wasn't there."

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/10/27/boyfriend-named-suspect-in-west-texas-college-students-disappearance.html

-KC

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-55578890209448327422016-10-27T13:05:10.766-04:002016-10-27T13:05:10.766-04:00"We have specific indicators and direct quest..."We have specific indicators and direct questions and exercises to weed out those who pose a risk of violence when they apply for law enforcement, as one inappropriate officer tarnishes the reputation of the whole."

Do you screen for drugs?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
