Easter Update: 90 Dead, 500 Injured Islamic Attack

I posted this morning that it was likely more would die today, Easter Sunday, due to the criminal supremacist ideology of hatred: Islam.

Although Easter is not over, there are 60 dead, and 300 injured in Islamic suicide bombing in Pakistan.

Update:  add at least another 30 dead in Iraq with another 200 injured.

Were these dead irrationally fearful of an ideology that prescribes death to "infidels"?

Better to be called "phobic" than to lose a limb.

German yields to Sharia gender rules of separation and are now offering women and children only trains rather than arrest the perpetrators.

Brussels police showed 'em who's boss.

A security guard was murdered and his security badge stolen.
Brussels police announced that they were canceling his security badge.

Really?

This from the same department that is afraid to call Islamic terrorism Islamic terrorism and says that they do not have the manpower to stop Islamic terrorists but send three officers to a teacher's house who texted about Muslim schoolchildren applauding the dead.

Not exactly confidence building by the higher ups.

"As the FBI well knows, ISIS is already inside the United States. Guarding our gates is still necessary, but it is not enough when thousands of Islamist jihadists are already here — and being aided by Muslims attending a friendly neighborhood mosque near you.
The unpleasant, politically incorrect truth is that ISIS is only the point of the spear, the jihadist with the suicide belt and the duffle bag bomb, but that messenger was sent by Islam itself.
In Brussels, police have said that some of the murderers who carried out the Paris attacks were hidden and aided for months by the Muslim communities in Brussels. ISIS “cells” cannot survive and build their bombs and conduct their attacks without help from a broader network of sympathizers.
After each terrorist attack carried out by Islamist militants, we are told that the religion of Islam is blameless and we are lectured and warned against the evils of “Islamophobia.” No one is permitted by the PC police to hold the “religion of peace” and its mosques and imams accountable for crimes committed for the greater glory of Allah.
To the American left and its willing collaborators in the media and the halls of power, “Islamophobia” seems a greater threat than ISIS. This moral confusion violates Sun Tzu’s first principle of warfare: know thy enemy. Effective war planning and countermeasures are impossible if you are more concerned with political correctness than defeating the enemy.
Common sense says don’t let the enemy inside the gate. Political correctness says put out the welcome mat."

Belgium authorities, with the suspect in custody for 4 days, interviewed him for 1 hour because "he was tired."

U.S. counterterrorism officials are frustrated and angry at Belgium’s inability to tackle ISIS terror cells that are successfully plotting murderous attacks on the West from inside the country’s tiny capital city.
The twin terror attacks in Brussels that left at least 30 dead and 230 injured on Tuesday, despite repeated warnings from Washington, left U.S. officials fuming.
A senior U.S. intelligence officer likened the Belgian security forces to “children.”
“It’s really shitty tradecraft,” the agent told The Daily Beast.
Brussels has become a hotbed of terrorism—concentrated in the Molenbeek district near the city center—and yet the Belgians have made little progress in disrupting a network of violent extremists linked to last year’s Paris attacks that killed 130 people.

Even before the arrest last week in Brussels of Salah Abdeslam, a suspected terrorist behind the Paris attack, there were worries among many U.S. counterterrorism officials of an attack in Belgium. The Belgian authorities had long struggled to resource a counterterrorism campaign. At the same time, it ostracized its burgeoning minority communities, creating isolated enclaves like Molenbeek where potential jihadists could easily hide.

Happy Easter

In the UK, a Muslim was knifed to death for posting a sign wishing a Happy Easter to his Christian customers.

A Muslim shopkeeper of Pakistani origin was murdered in the Scottish city Glasgow after posting messages of support to Christians celebrating Easter.

Asad Shah, 40, posted on his Facebook page “Good Friday and a very Happy Easter, especially to my beloved Christian nation. Let's follow the real footstep of beloved holy Jesus Christ and get the real success in both worlds.”
Around four hours later he was murdered via knife wounds and died on his way to the hospital.

Several major leftists newspapers refused to report that this was a religious killing by an Islamist supremacist. It is reported that Shah was a Muslim and not a former Muslim.  Islam teaches the death penalty must be applied to anyone who decides to no longer be a Muslim.

As psychologist Nicolai Sennells has shown, and I have written here, the first victim of Islam is the Muslim.

These are people born into an oppressive and dark ideology that focuses upon death and sees the world divided into two:  submissive and that to be conquered.

Like its founder, it is specifically sexually violent.  It is a contagion that once it hits a land, it is either defeated through containment, driven out, or it takes over.

Many former Muslims cite reading the Koran for themselves, for the first time, as their reason to no longer follow it as a religion.

For those who do not fear this ideology, in the past 30 days,

135 attacks

1012 dead

2914 injured.

Today, being Easter, we can expect more killed today, for daring to not believe in Islam.

Womens' rights groups support Islam; the most oppressive system against women ever devised.

Leftist politicians support Islam; the most oppressive and successful system squelching freedom ever devised.

It is to embrace death.

It is suicide.

How many will die today; for refusing to recant their faith in Christ?

Something for analysts and future analysts to consider:

Everyone has a 'god' in life.

For some, it takes some digging to get to, but eventually you can identify their 'principle passion' or better:

their final arbitrator of right from wrong.

For the socialist, the state is their 'god', while for others, it is self, while others live, die and serve money, but whatever it is, it is there for you to discover.

As you discover this, you will understand the language better, and see the thinking process beneath it.  That is, we become like our 'god' in belief first, and on to personality, as revealed by our words.

For some, a crisis in life can awaken them to greater self awareness, while others, it is often age and reduced strength in life, to resist life's challenges, that brings out the truth.

For the analyst, seeking truth, this is fascinating, complex and worth the exploration.

It is for this reason that I find autobiographies so fascinating and often say that any life worth living is worth reading about.

Not all autobiographies are well written, but every life is a life story worth telling.  Everyone has something to contribute and even in just an hour, I enjoy asking someone to "tell me about yourself" and find that I can learn from anyone, at any time, from any age or background.

Human nature is deeply complex; more than we may ever know, including throughout history in language, but the discovery is never dull nor without surprises.

To Christian readers:

Happy and safe Easter.

Statement Analysis and Global Warming

         Statement Analysis and Global Warming
                                                     by Peter Hyatt

Statement Analysis seeks truth.

Period.

It is not a defense of Judaism, Christianity, Socialism, Reaganism, Feminism, or a slave to any "ism" in life. It tests the 'isms' and ideologies that influence how people speak, around the world.

It is a method of which human communication is examined, and truth is separated from deception.

Politicians give us much sample from which to work by virtue of their profession and media exposure. The same goes for celebrities.  Some find the use of statements by celebrities degrading to our science yet I simply see the exposure of principle as a great advantage.

Political Correctness is a fascinating term which refers to how something appears, rather than what something is.

It is, in a sense, propaganda versus truth, exterior versus interior, emotion versus logic, and the sacrifice of truth (including fact) for the purpose of "narrative." Even in the view of ideologies that have impacted history, we are concerned with truth, rather than appearance or impact.

Truth.

Those who are "PC orientated" fail in Statement Analysis.  This requires little explanation.  If something is more important than truth, the person is in the wrong field.  Math, for example, is neither left wing, nor right wing, yet those who seek narrative will make attempts to destroy or in the least, distort math.

We often see that political correctness is illogical; that is, it is not part of human logical thinking, including consequence.  It also is a form of deception that brings great harm, both short term and long term.

Imagine living in a civilized country where someone breaks into your home, threatens you to stay back, grabs your valuables, and runs, only to call police and be told not to describe the assailant's most basic visible attributes.

Imagine living in a country where your daughter was raped but the rapist, a 30 year old male, was let go because he testified under oath that he was 15 years old, and by law, his testimony must be taken.  The 30 year old is not only free to rape Swedish women again, the working women of Sweden finance his life from their taxes.

Imagine living in a world where your opinion, which impacts no one but you and your family, could mean loss of liberty.

These are the consequences of the illogical world of Political Correctness.

Statement Analysis can, and must withstand healthy scientific skepticism.

What would you think about the science of Statement Analysis, with its claim of "90% to near 100% long term accuracy" if I told you:

1.  If you disagree with me, you are mentally ill.  You have an irrational fear of analysis.
2.  If you disagree with me, you are morally so depraved that your opinion is of no consequence and will not be heard.  You disagree with analysis because you hate me, personally, and are a person filled with hatred.

Words, alone, are not enough to stop you?  How about consequences?

3.  If you disagree with me regarding Statement Analysis, you will jeopardize your job, your income, your standing in the community.

Freedom?

4.  If you disagree with Statement Analysis, you may find yourself imprisoned.

It is very likely that if you have read this blog and learned anything over the years, you would conclude:

"The NTP is acute."

Or in simpler language, you might say that 'this nut job's need to persuade, rather than truthfully report, is so highly deceptive that his position can only be protected by fascist violence and there will be no reasonable discussion.' "Deception Indicated.

I began with "Statement Analysis and Global Warming" and readily admit, I am not a scientist, nor have I studied much of weather.

I do not believe in Global Warming.

In fact, I think it is a  dangerous hoax put upon the world by a political elite with deceptive and illicit motives, including both partisan and financial. It is a tangent to move attention from other threats; deadly threats that our children and grandchildren will inevitably face.

It's comical when someone who's career is to pretend to be someone else, is adored for it, makes a pronouncement of demarcation:  those who disagree with him are "evil."

But what about my opinion?  I'm no scientist.

How could my opinion have any weight, other than looking at long term charts and saying, "I don't see it."?  Or, by listening to Al Gore, 20 years ago saying that the world would have been struck with catastrophe by 2012?  Or, by saving my pennies and buying a Canada Goose parka, looking like Nanook of the North, because I walk in temperatures lower than -20 F in spite of all the dire predictions.

Obama says it is our worst threat, while arming a country with a nuclear weapon who has promised to use it against us.

Better still for the purpose of applying Statement Analysis is when it was released that Barak Obama had formal discussions with his advisors on making scientists who disagree with him face potential criminal charges, I knew all I needed to know about Global Warming, and will save my pennies, or book a seminar in south Florida next February to escape Maine's global warming.

That which cannot be challenged, itself, is weak, but that which is so weak that any challenge is ridiculed and no debate heard, is deceptively weak.

In our Advanced Course, I dedicate a chapter to dealing with Political Correct language, particularly as it has grown dramatically in the past 30 years, but its impact has become acutely dangerous in the last 7.

Islamic Terror

If the danger of a nuclear Iran is not enough to scare you, consider the following:

When Barak Hussein Obama took office, he concealed his Islamic beliefs, though when anyone questioned him, the questioner was considered "racist" with no answer given.

Beginning in 2009, with most completion by 2011, anti Islamic terror manuals were scrubbed clean of "Islam" after Muslim terrorist organizations in the United States claimed that they were unfair to Muslims.  We do not know how the designated terrorist groups accessed these manuals.

A picture of a terrorist with a beard was removed, as it, too, was "offensive."

There are now more than 80 mosques in the United States known for being connected to terrorism.

Our bombing of ISIS has dropped off precipitously, while reports continue which show us deliberately avoiding ISIS headquarters.

Steve Emerson said that security experts who lectured both the CIA and the FBI on Islamic terror were banned from speaking to both; instead Muslim Brotherhood representatives were invited to speak.

Suicide?  Tacquia?

How about freeing killers in Guatameno, and then having dead Americans because of it?

Islamic jihadists, in obedience to the Koran, kill innocent civilians and Obama lectures Christians about "irrational fear of Islam" as if fearing an ideology far worse and far more successful than Nazism, is irrational.  30 dead, 150 wounded, in Brussels, hours later, Obama interrupted his condemnations of America while in Cuba to speak for less than 60 seconds about Brussels, without using the word "Islam."

Is it racist to analyze his short speech?

Imagine Winston Churchill, circa 1940, not using the word "Hitler."

a. What impact would this have upon England and the war effort?
b.  What impact would this have had upon Hitler and his followers?

The emboldening from a nation's leader too fearful to even utter the name, would be powerful.

I love truth.

With the deception of PC language so popular today, I developed a habit of making a politically incorrect statement at some point in my seminars so that I can quickly read the faces of the attendees.

Some will chuckle;
some are a tad uncomfortable, as if they just indulged in the guilty pleasure of a 2nd chocolate bar;

and generally, one or two show deep offense, sometimes even contempt.

They will not abide Statement Analysis because Statement Analysis does not have its narrative of which principle and result be be enslaved towards.

Statement Analysis is a slave to the subject's words; the context, the non-interpretating of the words...the bowing before the context and letting the context raise and answer its own questions.  Where it raises questions without answers, interview preparation begins.

I sometimes reference a 65 year old grandfather who wears women' dresses and has had all sorts of surgery to make others think he is a 22 year old attractive female.

He is not.

This is the "Bruce Jenner Effect" where inevitably, a deceptive person is offended at Glamor Magazine's Woman of the Year being used in a seminar by me.

Truth be damned, the process of learning is shut down, as the person reveals himself as a slave to political correctness.  There is no such scientific classification as "transgender."  It is not "truth."

Objection:  "This just shows how hateful you are!"

Answer:   My point about truth is hereby exampled.  I feel sorrowful for one who must have experienced severe trauma to have such terrible confusion,  but I feel anger that he is likely not getting treatment because instead of intervention, politicians are throwing him parades.  The parades are not for him, but to benefit the politician.

When the parades die down, what is left but a terribly confused person in desperate need for professional intervention but psychologists and other professionals are too frightened to intervene.  They can only "affirm" him or her, but cannot help, lest they be charged with the same objection as above, and watch their career be destroyed, or their corporation be sued in court.

Women and Men speak differently.  This statement, alone, would produce no response a generation ago.  Today?  It could destroy a career.

Sometimes black people and white people speak differently, too.  Even 10 years ago, one might respond to this with, "yeah?  so, what's your point?" suppressing a yawn.  Today, at best, there is a shifting of seats of uncomfortableness, and at worst, a violent protest so no freedom of expression can be exercised.

The 16 year old girl, starving herself to death, who "identifies" as a terribly obese young person, is given a parade, rather than treatment, left to "celebrate" her "diversity" as she slowly and painfully commits suicide.

Suicide.

Interesting word.

Years ago, I was motivated by statistics of suicide and those who are vulnerable to the final act of self loathing yet today the mental health industry's professionals do not dare intervene, and got involved. Today, it is very different and the professionals  know the risks of intervention, and remember what violence, protests and threats did in the 70's.

I just want the truth.

If I were told, regarding any aspect of life, that I was "less than 2% of the population", I would be hungry to learn why.

After Cologne, feminists held up signs saying they prefer rapists to racists, which is self loathing suicide progression before our eyes.

"Political Correctness" is a fascinating phrase because it highlights "politics"; that is, appearance for one's personal gain, at its core and center.  The politician stands to gain the most; the public loses the most.  This is why I think the term "political correctness" is so appropriate:  it is only "correct" to one with political and financial ambition.

It is very effective in committing personal, regional and even national suicide.

A statistic was recently released showing that more than 90% of illegal immigrants are unemployed.  This means welfare benefits to those who did not pay into the system.  Hmm.  "How can we argue for this to be accepted? "  This is the question for whom?  It is the question for politicians to answer.

In some countries, immigrants are 2% of the population, but 80% of the prison, or some bizarrely close numbers.

What do you and math conclude?  Versus:

What does the politician conclude from this?

a.  We are racists and the criminal justice system is racist.
b.  We need more immigrants to show how we are not racist.

Those who enter the country illegally, including those with criminal backgrounds, generally vote for one party...creating motive).

If 1 of every 4 Swedish women are raped, the politician says "let's increase this number" and actually does so by promoting judges who will give lenient sentences, paroles, and refuse to deport.

Suicide.

A welfare state cannot exist without borders, mathematically, although some can (and do) argue that a welfare state, itself, cannot exist for more than a few generations because each newly elected politicians must offer more social benefits, and eventually, the pesky debt increases and...well, you know how nature and math seem to work.

Suicide.

Suicide is an example of illogical thinking carried out.

Even those given to political correctness who study Statement Analysis end up seeing the inevitable conflict between truth and presentation.

Statement Analysis can and must experience incessant scientific scrutiny.

It is the only way we can improve.

If "90% to near 100% sounds wonderful to you, I agree, especially when compared to other schools, but this also means that up to 10% can be wrong!

Scrutiny, questioning, challenging and forcing those with strong intellects and a commitment to principle, will rise to the surface and push our statistic north.

Would any of us accept that with a 10% room for improvement, we should actually fire the best analysts and begin choosing analysts, not based upon their training and performance, but upon their belief that 90% to near 100% success rate is embarrassing and discriminatory against body language analysis?

Imagine putting S/A in the hands of politicians.

"How many of these analysts are male?" instead of, "Which analysts have the highest scores?"

Imagine:

"Which analysts are making micro-expression training look foolish?  These are full of hate for other schools of thought.  Terminate contracts with them!"

When a topic is before you and the only defense it has is to ridicule you, and even threaten you,

you may be looking at deception.

Hence, my "statement analysis of global warming" conclusion is this:

Buy a warm wool sweater, made in the UK.

The illogic of Political Correctness is in opposition to truth seeking.  It is why one cannot be a slave to Political Correctness while being a slave to truth seeking.  Even when seeking to discern "the expected", the PC adherer is lost.

Not only does he not understand human nature, but this lack of understanding is best seen in how the language of the expected is not understood.

It is a form of self-loathing, not from the top, but from the bottom.  At the top, it is exploitation.

Those who's children go to private schools, who live behind walls with arms to protect them, are capitalizing on the suicide of the non-engaging suicidal followers, who repeat phrases and bumperstickers, without any follow through thought.

The elite gain; the public is fleeced.

Like the delicate snow flakes, young college men in need of a safe place to cry tears because someone did not 'feel the bern', they face a future where truth is sacrificed for a narrative, but it will not help them pay the bills, and they will, one day, feel terribly betrayed as they watch, long after leading office, that the only ones who gained from the nonsense, are safely tucked away behind riches.

They protest for "free college", not understanding that someone is going to pay for it and by the time they get free college, they will be on the other side; paying the taxes, and watching what human nature does with that which is not earned, as it turns even worse than it is today.

The consequences of political correctness is loss.

The loss begins slowly but steadily increases.  Yet, each step, political correctness appeals to the pride of its adherer.

He is told that he is morally superior to others.

He believes he, alone, cares for the poor, as he robs them of drive and potential success, and feeds a bureaucratic system.

He believes he is morally superior with the way he runs his company, while he limits its long term success and ability to spread wealth much further.

He believes himself morally superior, while he endangers lives.

He believes himself morally superior, while he watches others commit suicide.

It is this need to feel morally superior that is exploited by the clever politicians.  Recall the meeting of 10 making financial decisions with tax payer monies regarding multicultural programs.

Not one of the ten was willing to vote against it, even though they knew it would harm the small nonintegrated violent culture it was giving money to, and waste tax payer monies.  Privately, they felt it was immoral, but no one was willing to risk his or her career and be logical, at the risk of being "hateful."

The power of a word!

Before you condemn police, consider that orders come from the top.  When they know that if they intervene and protect a citizen, that they will be called "racist" or "phobic", and even face loss of job, or arrest, they, too, must feed their families.

Political Correctness comes from Politics.

I am not a meteorologist, but I do know deception when I see it.

Lying in an Open Statement

It is very rare for someone to lie outright in an open statement.  Instead, there is an avoidance within the liar, not always correctly attributed to a tender conscience, but with a source of wishing to avoid the internal stress of a direct lie.

Wife:  "You once told me, many years ago in London, that your first wife was an invalid.  Was that true?"

Husband:  "If it wasn't true, I wouldn't have said it.

Wife:  "So your wife was an invalid?

Husband:   "Yes"

Even writers can portray the avoidance of open or direct lying in the Free Editing Process correctly.

When one speaks freely, it is rare to formulate a sentence that is an outright lie.  Most lies are constructed from missing information, or from responses.

To lie in an open statement, most often of these (which are rare) there is an element of someone else's language within the words of the liar.  This is quite remarkable to note.

When one fabricates reality, we are not only in the low percentage realm, but if careful examination of the words is made, even in this low percentage (less than 10%), the overwhelming majority of this form use words from the interviewer, even if the interviewer is not conducting a formal interview, such as a teacher, or spouse.

"I went to the store at 9am this morning" is stated when, in reality, the subject did not leave his house.

This sometimes surprises investigators at the utter boldness of the lie.

Yet, when reviewing the audio we find often a prompting of the lie in the language of the interviewer, in effect:  the interviewer prompted or even "taught" the subject how to lie.

Refrain yourself from many words when you ask questions, lest your own words reveal your thoughts and teach your subject how to lie.

Wife:  "You once told me, many years ago in London, that your first wife was an invalid.  Was that true?"

Husband:  "If it wasn't true, I wouldn't have said it.

Here, the husband avoided lying.  Instead, he went to a different topic:  his own character.
This is not only a tangent and an avoidance, but it is, in a sense, a 'sermon' of sorts.  It is emotional persuasion, basing the belief, not upon the truth, but the person, himself, who just happens to be a liar.

His first wife was in excellent health until he slowly poisoned her.

Wife:  "So your wife was an invalid?

Husband:   "Yes"

At this point, it is reduced to "yes or no", which also avoids the Free Editing Process which puts in squarely in the low stress zone.

The husband could even, at this point, say "I am telling the truth" because, for him, he, himself, did not freely offer,

"My first wife was an invalid" on his own.  If he had, he would not have been able to look at this lie, and lie about it with,

"I told the truth."

Avoid leading questions.  They will not get to the truth.

Wife:  "I am going upstairs to take rest. I am not feeling well."

Husband:  "That's fine.  I will go get your milk and bring it to you."

Police Release 911 Call In Staged Suicide

Police Release 911 Calls Of BA Woman Accused Of Staging Murder As Suicide

BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -
Wednesday, police released 911 tapes that give us a first-hand account of what went down in the hours after BAPD says a woman shot her ex-husband and staged it to look like a suicide.
Investigators said the story Judith Nix told didn't add up, and she’s now in jail, facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Kenneth Nix.
In the 911 tapes seem to reveal Judith had a calm demeanor and could be heard laughing at times.
“Somebody has shot him. He has passed away." That is one of the first things Judith told dispatchers when she claimed she dropped by Kenneth’s Broken Arrow home to bring him dinner.
Dispatcher: “Okay and you say someone shot him?”
Judith Nix: “It looks like someone shot him. There’s a gun lying right by his left hand.”
Dispatcher: “Okay.”
Judith Nix: “And, uh…it's the best I can tell. I didn't want to touch anything."
Then dispatch asked her about his state of mind.
Dispatcher: “Been suicidal at all?”
Judith Nix: Yes, he’s very despondent, he’s got so many health issues. Neuropathy is getting so painful he just can’t deal with it anymore…He is so active he can’t hardly deal with this.”
Judith Nix then mentioned she heard sirens in the distance.
Dispatch: “Let me know when you see them.
Judith Nix: “They're turning in.
Dispatch: “Okay. I’m going to let you go.

ISIS Statement

The Belgium police report being overwhelmed by Jihadists yet sent three police officers to a man's home because he tweeted something about Muslim school children applauding the death and carnage of Brussels.

The President of the United States spoke for 51 seconds and did not mention the word "Islam" in his speech.

As shrapnel is removed from bodies, the president of the united states
Each time Islamic terrorists kill (more than 1,030 dead  in the past 30 days), Obama scolds Christians and says Islamic terror, as  taught in mosques around the world, from the koran, is not Islamic.

ISIS released a propaganda video with using Donald Trump's quote about Brussels being beautiful and safe 20 years ago but a "horror" now.

The president has repeatedly stated that Islamic terror is not Islamic.  Although the killer confesses his motive, the POTUS says otherwise.

The BBC reported the deaths and avoided any link between Islamic terror and Islamic belief.

The world continues to cower before this ideology, fearful of even naming it.  With no visible leader, and 1400 years of prescribed and fulfilled violence, Sharia blasphemy laws forbid criticism and thus far, many world leaders willingly submit to the Sharia mandate.  See if you can find the motive in the words from ISIS.

Here is the statement from ISIS in English:

“The regulations of Jihad in the cause of Allah are clear and there are no reasonable doubts about it. And Quran has decided waging Jihad against the disbelievers until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled and the Islamic State has asked them to give it but they refused.”
“Yet the Crusade jets including the Belgian are still bombing the Muslims in Iraq, killing children, women, old, and destroying mosques and schools.”
“But the calamity is the exile that the people of Islam live at tip most of them managed to deny jihad against the disbelievers and deny the blessed forays in Crusade Europe and other places, including the last foray of Brussels.”

Training Results 2015

         Statement Analysis Training Results 2015
                                                            by Peter Hyatt

Over the past two months, I have asked analysts to go over their statements from 2015 and report back to me their results.

I asked them to include all analysis done, including:

The work with others, including their monthly training;
Analysis done in live investigations
Analysis done for co workers
Analysis done for employment hiring
Analysis done on cold cases

In short, include it all.

This is not a true "test" figure for them because their work is advantaged work, that is, work that is checked by peers or instructor, yet little of it was theoretical; it was assigned work that led to arrests, polygraphs, hiring, and so on.  Thus far, the analysts range from law enforcement to human resources, to psychology and security.

Training

All have had a base of formal training, including LSI, the FBI academy, or their state's own academy.

All have been involved in monthly, ongoing guided training.

The commitment of a minimum of two years is critical.  Consider, however, how this compares to a degree, for example, in history.

If you receive a four year degree in history, you studied:

Four years, which is broken down to 8 semesters, with summer off.
In the classes, history is not studied all day, but part of other classes, which is important to overall instruction and learning.

In Statement Analysis training, the formal training is structured and, at times, intense.  In the home course, the advantage of recorded lessons allows for a great deal of repetition.
This, and the Advanced Course, will involve daily work, without break, for months.

Added to this is the monthly guided training, which is 6 hours of deep, intensive concentration.

Woven through all of this is the daily practice which is often done within shared emails or text'd statements and analysis.

What of those who have studied for all of 2015?

Here are some common reactions and then the actual results:

*Initially, analysts see a marked difference from their own commentary on statements, and the general analysis here at the blog, from their own new work.

There is often a reaction that "this was harder than I thought" from the blog.

There is, for many, two moments of personal 'crisis':

a.  Is where complexity arises, particularly, principles 'crashing' one into another

b.  Most, if not all, experience an eye opening and often unpleasant self-analytical view.  I consider this a very good sign for progress as their own honesty emerges, human empathy increases, and the analyst is better suited to enter the 'shoes' of the subject, via the statement.

Lesser critical moments include:

"I did not realize how much deception was in the world!"

"I did not realize how little outright lying is actually done."

"I cannot believe how much I did not know about liars in general."

"I can't believe I missed that!"

For all, the 'surprise' of accuracy remained. "This really works!" and "Wait'll you hear what happened!"

No one became 'accustomed' to accuracy.  This is a most thrilling moment, in spite of being oft repeated.

Some of the best moments:

1.  "A to Z" where analysis, polygraph and confession all come to play.  This is particularly rewarding when the analysis 'reconstructed' what happened, versus the deceptive portrayal by the subject initially, causing the analyst to doubt his work, only to find out, via the confession:  the entire reconstruction of what happened is "really what happened!"

2.  Overcoming colleague doubt, including expert opinion.

A colleague had assured the analyst that the subject is telling the truth (particularly in a sexual assault) where the colleague is an expert in sexual crimes.   Here, an analyst/investigator stood with his analysis against the opinion of experts (plural) who "knew from years of experience" that the "victim is telling the truth" and "this is exactly how a victim speaks!"

When she failed her polygraph and fessed up, the confidence in analysis went through the roof; not just for the investigator, but for others involved in the analysis, itself.

3.  Overcoming opposition from superiors.

Several reported this thrilling moment in analysis.  The superior says one thing but the analysis says another.  The analysis was checked and checked again and in the end, it proved accurate.

4.  Overcoming the Polygraph

Only one report from early 2015 faced off against the polygraph result.  The analysis was so clear, however, that an arrest was affected and adjudication awaits, though a guilty plea of sorts may be entered.  The polygraph error is mostly traced through examiner contamination.  Unless the subject's own internal dictionary is used, errors can and will be made.  Examiners trained in analysis have acute advantage as their work will produce their own internal and private data base.

For years, I had to transcribe my interviews with the psych profile at my right hand.  This helped me immensely, though at the time, it seemed overwhelming.

Profiling reports are mostly that from Human Resources professionals, though in law enforcement, many interviews have a marvelous intuition which only sharpens with training, and helps with overall interview and investigative strategy.

 Some notable victories include:

a.  The analyst concluded that an applicant was deceptive about his history and did not hire him in spite of a great presentation and impressive resume.  Later, he learned that his analysis showing "deceptively withholding information about his past" was accurate in spite of the clean background check and good references, with an out of state conviction of a serious nature.  The analyst knew that there was something significant missing.

b.  The analyst profiled a 'trouble maker' but was overruled by his boss and the employment proceeded.  It took but a few months for the trouble maker to get caught with his hand in the cookie jar.  The boss dismissed the analysis because he  thought that there was an issue with 2nd language, but the analyst had concluded deception and was firm that the interview was such that showed the applicant was not translating words, but was, in deed, in the "free editing process" during the interview questions.

Advantage

One may argue that there is no real "test" of skills since the work is constantly being checked by others.

I argue that this is not theoretical, but life and that having either peer support or professional review should be best practice and should not end.

As one analyst said, into her second year, "We don't just stop at 2 years, right?"

It will take a minimum of two years to reach the level of proficiency that will consistently maintain lie detection at 100% or very close to it, while moving deeper into  "Analytical Profiling", security vetting, and Anonymous Author Identification.

Once one has reached a level of professional proficiency, the analyst so loves the work that meeting monthly for training is not so much study, but an enjoyable time of helping others, while always learning, as human nature never fails to throw new curve balls, via language, at us.

To combat the "101 -itis", I sometimes throw a simple statement to be analyzed knowing that the investigator is very likely to be wrong due to conflicting of principles in play.  Yet if the 101 course has so infused him or her with zeal, it is of great value for training.  I am privileged to see the work of those with decades of experience acting like school boys with a new toy, full of zeal and excitement over learning.  It is contagious.

The "advantage" of peer review and professional oversight should be a norm.  True testing has its role and purpose, and is useful in study, but when real defendants with real accusations are on the line, or life changing decisions are to be made, best practice is to always have the work checked.

The Results

Is he lying or telling the truth?

The results have trickled in, especially the past several weeks and it is exciting.

Consider that testing shows the general public to be no more than 50%, which is simply guess work, and rank and file law enforcement to be not much higher (criminals score better while judges do not score well)

Thus far, every analyst has reported having either 100% success, or very close to it.

To date, "contamination" continues to be cited as the cause of error, with only one analyst reporting missing the mark due to failure to balance one principle against another, which is part of the Advanced Work.  We cover some hints to stop contamination and how it is still possible to do some general analysis of a contaminated statement under certain conditions.

If you wish to host a seminar, or take our course, please visit Hyatt Analysis Services for details.  See what others are saying about the courses, look at the tuition costs, and some of the samples.

Successful completion of the first course allows you access to ongoing monthly training and will permit you to take the Advanced Course for the certification.  If you have a professional license which requires renewal, CEUs are awarded by the University of Maine.  Enrollment in any training  is accompanied by 12 months of e support.

If 100% accuracy is your goal, you will need solid training, commitment, humility and support.  The results are worth the effort.

If the results did not convince you, perhaps this will.

Human Nature, Criminal Ideology and Education

How intelligent must they be to walk in wearing only one glove?  Belgium told us that they have the cameras set up, but don't pay anyone to monitor them.

In spite of the statistics of how many middle class 'educated' suddenly become devout and turn into jihadists, the larger numbers tell a much bigger story.

Criminal ideology is at war with nature, itself.

Recall the early Nationalist Socialist claims about Aryan and non-Aryan blood.  These claims were made standing next to a simple high school quality microscope and samples of blood.  To convince the average person, you must either dumb them down (as children) or enforce your opinion upon them (fascism).  Obama discussed criminalizing disagreement by scientists with global warming.  Why?  'Because it is the greatest threat to mankind', he and a hollywood actor said.

I am not a scientist but if I were to jump into the discussion I would point out "the need to persuade" has changed to "the need to criminalize", therefore, it cannot withstand healthy scientific scrutiny.  Hence, my conclusion is based upon Statement Analysis. If something cannot be defended against criticism, it is inherently weak and not worthy of defense.

Islamic Reformation.

How utterly foolish are those who call for Islam to undergo reformation!

Islam has insulated itself against all reformation.  It calls for the be-heading (and other violent ends) for those who even dare to criticize it.

End of reformation.

Historically, Islam, in spite of overwhelming population numbers, has produced the fewest Nobel peace prizes (it may even be lower when the testimony of recipients is read) and consistently the lowest IQs in the world.  Islam is against progress, itself, and began with a 'never-do'well' man who had to resort to theft and murder for material gain in life.  This base character, unleashed, moved towards rape and eventually pedophilia.  It is hard to fathom that Mohammad became the founder of the world's largest 'religion' until Islam, itself, is studied, in light of human nature.

Psychologist Nicolai Sennels has done much research into Islamic criminal activity among males, under aged 21.

He found that the combination of supremacist ideology, coupled with the desensitization of seeing his own mother beat, and the constant repetition of the koran, with its lessons on rape and degradation of women, meet the perfect storm with the rise of testosterone in young males.  Take this with the tradition of first marriages and inbreeding brings the IQ down further.

Then, the 'peaceful' mosque's leaders will choose disaffected young males, including those suffering from depression,  anxieties, or sexual identity issues, to be the jihadist, so that he can be a 'star' or hero in his community.

He is programmed, from childhood on up, for "war", and sexual violence and here, with the constant repetition of a death culture, there is no appeal of "having a wife, two kids, and a picket fence" that we often think of fondly.  This holds no attraction for him and with his low IQ, poor education and upbringing, he is ripe for jihad, while the hundreds attending the mosque remain under the tacqia of "peaceful Islamists" cover.

In recently analyzing a statement with poor English grammar, I commented that telling Americans that this is an acceptable form of language is to sell them short.  It is not.

It is the easier road and in this world, anything of value is going to take 'the sweat of the brow' to accomplish, whether it be 1,000 hours or 10,000 hours of hard work, value takes effort, drive, initiative and perseverance.

My 8th grade English teacher red penned us to death.  Today, red penning grammatical error is responded to with sending the student to a "safe place" where he can be "free from judgement" and have his tender feelings gently healed from the 'brutal assault of racist and patriarchal judgement' and 'undo harshness.'

Yet, she produced a class where our faces were of all sorts of colors, yet our writing skills were efficient and accurate.

High school meant 2 hours of homework, at minimum, every night and another 2 hours over the weekend.

Thieves take the easy road, just like liars do.

Protestant Work Ethic was something shared by Protestant and non-Protestant Americans of yesterday.

Today, Belgium is disintegrating before our eyes, as it becomes a 3rd world nation of violence and debt.  Socialism, once a frightening and insulting word, is in vogue.

I was given a short 'test' by an investigator yesterday.  He offered, via text, a short statement of two sentences and asked, "Truth or Deception"?

He had written that it was, in deed, a test.

I wrote back:

Deception Indicated and this is a person of whom lying is natural, it comes easy, and she is likely someone who is so confident in her lying that she will give away the store if you let her talk.

He did not text back, but called and asked, "Are you sitting down?"

In the murder investigation, not only had he verified her deception through alibi checking, but had received testimony from a collateral close to the subject.

'She brags about what a good liar she is!' the witness told the investigator.

Work ethic and duty are missing from the dialog today.  The list of what constitutes disability has grown exponentially, and continues to grow.  The reason why Winston Churchill so severely chided socialism is because he understood human nature.  The unexpected has been the incredible wealth governments in Europe, for example, have amassed, at tax payer expense, giving them the appearance of Divinity; no limit to wealth, and in spite of 3rd generations of Islamic supremacists not integrating and overwhelming welfare budgets, they continue to send out the invitation to 'come on in' and they have responded in the millions.

Greece, the bureaucratic high priestess of European socialism can be bailed out and bailed out again, but the debt is never paid off and, like gravity, math has the last word.  It has taken awhile, but there is a cost to not learning that if you have three apples and you owe your neighbor four, trouble awaits you.

"If a man will not work, neither shall he eat."

It's all but impossible to imagine anyone making this statement today.  How much money would the Catholic and Christian non profit organizations lose if this were to become in vogue again?  How many government jobs would be lost?

Wealth is produced through production; hard work, taking the more difficult road.  Yes, it is easier to let a teen say, "shut up you mother ******" to his teacher than it is to sit him down, day after day after day, and work through his homework so that he will say, "I am well, thank you" when asked about his day.

The liar always takes the easier road.

The thief always takes the easier road.

The lazy do not practice self control and this leads to...

Political Liars and Brussels

Politicians still refuse to say "Islam is a criminal violent political ideology that must be contained at the least..." instead talk about vetting immigrants, even while millions of Americans are out of work.

Obama refuses to call Islamic terror what it is.  Instead, before the bodies are buried, he is scolding Americans about Islamophobia and Christian right wing guns, or something like this.

A man says, "The koran tells me to kill you.  My iman at my mosque and my father taught me this.  Therefore, I yelled Allah Akbar and killed people."

Not only has he committed murder, but the all important motive has been confessed to.

Islamic murder is the only crime I can think of where the killer confesses his motive but the president of the United States says, "that's not his motive."

Recall the Jews killed in France.  He said, "...a few folks in a deli were killed..."

How will our children deal with a nuclear Islam that Barak Hussein Obama facilitated for them?  Will it be them, or our grandchildren?  I do not know, but the reckoning is coming, just as sure as the debt of apples awaits us.

Excellence takes hard work, beginning very early.  Do you send your children to school to have their feelings coddled, or to be made to exercise their brains in ways, tried and true, that will lead to education and success?

Statement Analysis takes hard work and dedication.

I recognize that in the explanation that excellence will not come without years of perseverance that it is much easier to schedule a one day seminar and let people think, "I'm a lie detector!" and hand them a certificate.

How long until they make their first major error?

Start your stopwatch.

Anything of value in this world is worth learning the truth about it, which requires a serious investment.  The truth is that this world was created to give forth abundance in ways we have discovered, as something the size of an atom can produce enough energy to fuel a city, or destroy it.  Yet, it has been created in a way that tells us that we have likely only scratched the surface of what this marvelous world holds.

If something too tiny to see can fuel a city, taking the same thought process, could a backyard in a suburb yield enough food to feed a city?

Each time we invent something marvelous, we figure a way how to kill each other with it.  No sooner did we respectfully go 10 round with gravity, and figure out how to fly, than we were flying and dropping rocks on people beneath us.

It is in our nature and it must be countered, and contained.

I posted an article asking about romantic deception, as many recognized, as I sought to learn opinions and trends.  It was helpful.

Some even seemed to understand how the heart is so precious but fickle, that other societies placed guards around it, to protect it, while others see it more as the European elite do, not grasping the basic elements of how it is so very appealing to excuse rather than accept responsibility; how it is easier to lie than tell the truth.

When I was in high school, I witnessed a 'watershed' moment for me that I have struggled to articulate over the years.

A 15 year old boy openly admitted cheating on a test and took a "zero" as a consequence.

He did this openly, by standing up.

He was not caught.

He had looked over at his neighbor's paper and lifted one or two answers; that's all. It was a temptation and in just a moment of lapse, he saw that he had made the wrong (not 'poor') choice and used his neighbor's correct answer.

Looking back all these years later, I still see manhood, in its glorious seedling form, from this boy.   He endured the hardness of consequence.  The teacher did not reward his theft of answers, nor did he even be given leniency:  not only did he receive a zero, but he was not offered make up work.

Nor did he seek it.

He was distinctly masculine, but I did not know it at the time because he wasn't a successful athlete and I had much to learn about what masculinity was and how it is evidenced in sacrifice.

"If a man will not provide for his own family, he is worse than an infidel."

Now, go back to:  "If a man will not work, neither shall he eat."

Today, this is not only unpopular, it is considered immoral, full of "hate" and likely full of some form of irrational fear (phobia) and some form of "racism", though no race is articulated.

As the world wrestles with "extreme Islam" and does it best to ignore an ideology that assaults freedom, women, and progress, itself, at its core, and refuses to tell the truth, consider what you have accomplished in life.

Did anything come easy?

Was there anything that you sacrificed for, worked for, and then both loved and appreciated?

Do you sit with your children after dinner to review their homework, even though homework is likely not even assigned any longer?

Which is easier?

Put on the TV, i-something or another electronic, or to read to them?

Good parenting is exhausting but anything worth value in this life requires diligence.

The dead in Belgium are such because of an ideology.  Belgium was on "Level Four", or their highest terrorist security level, for weeks and still there are almost 200 dead and injured in total, with the promises of much, much more to come.

Critical thinking would have caused the people to not elect the politicians who promised to give away everything for free.

The college kids chanting "feel the Bern" for the old socialist from Vermont do so because they are promised that all college will be free.

By the time this is instituted, they will be grappling with employment and severe taxes to pay for someone else's free college. This assumes they can hold a job without crying, needing safe places to process their emotions, and an abundance of hand-holding affirmation.  Human Resource professionals know exactly what I am addressing.

If college professors were not about as low as they can go, as they seek to remove gender pronouns and destroy free speech, what will they become when education is truly free?

Technology changes.
Time changes.
Human nature does not.

How did I know the subject involved in the murder case was lying?

Better yet, how did I know that she was a proficient and life long liar, which strategy must include giving her the freedom to run her mouth?

Hard work.

I am not a gifted investigator who walks into a room and in best hollywood fashion, knows exactly what happened and exactly what everyone said and exactly what everyone thought.

Hours and hours and hours of training, practice, more training, tests, re-tests, practice and more "iron sharpening iron" by having men and women smarter than me challenging me.

Next up, an inventory from analysts on their progress in training...
