Fake Hate Waitress Returns Money and Quits

Statement Analysis  o her words showed deception.

A lesbian waitress who said she had been denied a £10 tip by a bigoted couple who wrote a rude note for her instead has left her job after doubts over the story emerged.
Dayna Morales, 22, has parted company with the restaurant where she worked after returning almost £1,850 of donations from well-wishers following last month’s alleged incident.
The former marine had claimed in November that customers at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, New Jersey, in the US, had withheld an $18 tip and instead written on their receipt: ‘Sorry I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle & the way you live your life.’
But her claims were contradicted when the couple involved reproduced their copy of the receipt indicating a tip had been left.

The restaurant said its own investigation into the affair had proven ‘inconclusive’ but that it had taken the allegations involved ‘seriously’.
‘We wish her well in the future,’ bosses added on Facebook.
After news spread of the apparent discrimination against Ms Morales, people sent up to $3,000 worth of donations to support her via PayPal, but those donations were being returned as of last week.
Kate Dols posted on the Have A Gay Day Facebook page: ‘I received a refund for the donation I made to Dayna Morales. Glad to see she is doing the right thing … Dayna, you need help, please seek it.’

Two years later: Where is Ayla Reynolds?

The search for Ayla Reynolds is nothing like it once was, but the Watervile, Maine child remains missing. The two year anniversary of her disappearance is just a week away, but it feels like it was just yesterday that her father reported her missing before barricading himself in the bathroom of his mother's home. It feels like closure is out of reach in this case while the tot's mother pushes for answers that she is not getting -- and the answers that she has gotten have only made her feel more hopeless.
After two years, what do officials with the Maine State Police plan on doing with this investigation? This is pretty much a cold case while the only people who appear to know what happened to the girl remain free without any worries, it seems. Justin DiPietro -- baby Ayla's father -- has been mostly silent, but this could be because of the suspicion against him, his sister, his mother and his former girlfriend -- who he is accused of recently assaulting.
The past two years of Ayla's case have been long and fruitless. Will this repeat itself in the years to come, or will there be closure soon? Perhaps it's time to coordinate another search, or maybe investigators should consider re-interrogating those who are involved.

Not only is Dayna Morales a scam artist, but she is an embarrassingly bad one. Was she so shortsighted that it didn't occur to her that the customers might keep their receipt?

Peter,

What do you make of this woman's statement in regards to the parents' knowledge that their son either had issues and/or was out frequently at night doing criminal things?
Thanks

I have been immersed in Christmas shopping the past few days, and I have a question about one of the items left on my son's wishlist.

Has anyone bought a 'fathead' wall decal? If so how is it, does it really stick/look as good as they do on the commercials? Any feedback is appreciated!

"How can I answer your question, when I don't recognise this court?" he said. "The court has betrayed the conditions on which I came here... to get a military judge is a big betrayal." He then added: "You know that I am not guilty and this case has been fabricated

No reliable denial.

RAY COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -
A distraught father described to KCTV5 Tuesday night his futile efforts to pull his two young sons from their burning bedroom.

Officials are incredibly tight-lipped about a fire that claimed the lives of two children in Ray County.

Randy Garrison said his 3-year-old son, Roger, and his 1-year-old son, Ashton, died in the fire. Garrison suffered burns to his hands and the back of his neck. KCTV5's Betsy Webster saw blisters on his hands and his hair was singed.

He described them as his rock, who were the reason he got up every day.

"Don't look at me like I'm a bad father. I'm not a bad father. My kids were everything to me," he said. "Imagine being a parent and waking up hearing your kids screaming and their whole bedroom is on fire and you can't do anything. . . I tried everything I could to rescue everything I had in life, my two babies."

The fire was reported about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the home in the 9600 block of Shach Creek Road, which is just west of Route O near Orrick.

As of Tuesday evening, police, sheriff and fire officials refused comment. Ray County Coroner Toby Polley wasn't at his funeral home Tuesday evening and the woman who answered the phone said he was unavailable for comment.

KMZU spoke with Ray County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Brian Bush, who offered limited details.

"There was a male subject that came out of the house. He advised that there could be two more subjects inside the residence. And since then two juveniles have been located in [there] at this time. We are waiting to notify the family before we release any names," he said.

Garrison said he lived at the home with his children and their mother. He said they still lived together for the sake of the children even though their romantic relationship had ended.

Garrison told KCTV5 that he had come home from an overnight job about 6 a.m. He said his two children and their mother were in the living room when he went to sleep.

He said he is a sound sleeper. He said his boys' screams woke him up. He said there were flames and smoke throughout the house.

"It was the worst thing you can ever hear in your life to hear your kids screaming like that," he said.

He said he tripped over something while racing to his boys' bedroom. He said he tried to open the door but found it tied shut with something that he said looked like a bungee cord.

He said he escaped the house and ran outside. He said he tried to punch holes in the walls to get to his boys but couldn't.

He said the boys' mother wasn't in the home when he was trying to rescue the boys, and he doesn't know where she was. He said he has refused to speak to her since the fire. Authorities have not provided any additional information.

Garrison said he named his oldest son after his younger brother, Roger, who died in a trailer fire in 1989 at age 5.

Additional fire departments assisted at the scene. The Missouri Highway Patrol also assisted.

was it tied shut on the outside or the inside?
if on the outside why not untie it or if it was sungee cord it stretches so pull it off

if it was on the inside how did he know and why would the door be tied shut on the inside ( to keep someone from getting in?)
If so then did the person who tied the door shut get out and if so how?

he tried to punch holes in the walls to get to his children?
Why not smash a window which is far easier than a wall?

To have "3" children perish in 2 seperate fires seems suspicious to me!
