Emergency Call: Killer of Teacher

Listen for Relationship language between the caller and the victim.

Using only the caller's language?

1.  Who is the victim?
2.  Who is the victim in relation to himself?
3.  Who knifed her?
4.  What happened to her?
5.  What does the caller want?

Contamination Sample:

From here, you can ask, "what language impacted the husband's call, which followed shortly thereafter?"

1) the victim is a stranger in HIS house (somebody has been attacked)
2) fiancee's mother
3)he doesn't know..."they just came home...(pause) TOGETHER
4)He doesn't know because of all the blood; he rules out the husband since they were together

5)The caller wants to be head of household: it's his house, the down syndrome child now bears his last name, and he's done all he can by means of protecting this family from the ills of the world what with his pitbull, having the women call in police reports, and keeping the husband vigilant about his vehicle.

"Somebody" has been attacked, seems strange and distancing, when it is someone he knows well, and she's in his house! He definitely has a priority of letting her know that they were gone while the attack took place.

I don't understand why they think this caller is guilty. The husband seemed guilty to me. This caller does ask for help for the victim. I don't get the significance of saying it's his home, either. They shared the house, right?

This caller never asked for help for the victim. The husband did but got cut off as he blurted out his address assuming the dispatcher already knew the city.Perhaps he called from his cell and the nearest tower picked it up and routed it to that city.
The husband uses graphic language as he knew something bad would happened eventually and the police weren't doing anything about it.

Listen to how he answers when asked if the victim had been harassed prior to the attack. His change of voice tells it all.

Even if a stalker had the auto fob, they'd have to be nearby or driving close to set it off. He could do that from an upstairs window. Why someone would smash or flash the security cameras is a mystery because he could have altered it from the inside of the house.Unless they had it in a cloud, then it would be too late...unless he hacked the acct

This one is difficult. The husband is mad and complaining. The SIL seems calm and collected for what has happened...to some degree.

They did find a knife of his in his truck with her blood on it. He wasn't arrested based on his 911 call-as no one should be. If they found the knife, finding the gun should have been a breeze.

He must have drove to meet them for dinner and they returned at the same time but not in the same vehicle.

Peter, could you break down a transcript of the call with 'splainin', puhleeze?

A must read! The gun was found in a former police officers car on another street.
Scullin admitted to shooting the woman, but claims it was in self-defense- the stab wounds are explainable.

He has been pulling this crap for a long, long, long,, long time. I knew he had to be skilled to win the trust of a school teacher and banker.

Watch as his eyes move upwards. He's a master planner.

I found this link, similar to gaslighting, but also different:
https://thecenterofthedecentralized.wordpress.com/2017/03/18/murder-death-by-covert-abuse-marc-hubs-owlcation/

It isn't unusual for a stalker to murder their victim; this is different as he had more than one in one household. The media plays down what he did calling it pranks and minor crimes, but it wasn't.

Typically you'll hear of things after a breakup, retaliation, etc. His motives are different.

I couldn't google anything similar to this homicide, and the above explanation is all I could drum up...so far.

Can anyone think of when someone did this within their own household or family?...Not husband and wife, though.

She was discovered to be missing by father between 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm Friday. Police say there were no signs of a break in or abduction.

So, does this contamination caused by dual 911 callers apply to Deorr Kunz, or is that different because he is a truck driver and this man is a banker?

Or, would the difference be the fact they were in the middle of nowhere with no one to help them but a con artist retired federal agent and a conniving Texan with bikers and their beotchs ready to roll with false sightings?

The 49 year old husband of the slain teacher knew she was dead. Most likely he checked her pulse and most likely the blood had gelled and turned brown.

People aren't as interested in this questionnaire. It deals with fear and terror caused by activities many of them are doing each and every day that end up with the same results.

looks like you hit it on the head for the most part. the only change I would make is in 5) what does he want? I think he wants an alibi.

One of Casey Anthony's former lawyers was convicted of cocaine trafficking in court on Friday.

Todd Macaluso was found guilty of an international cocaine distribution conspiracy after plotting to fly a plane-full of the drugs from Ecuador to Honduras, according to the New York Daily News.

The jury deliberated for just over an hour before announcing the guilty verdict in a Brooklyn federal court.

of cocaine on his Falcon 10 plane.

Once the drugs reached Honduras he was planning on smuggling them into the United States, prosecutors have said.

The drugs were valued at roughly $13million, and Macaluso would have gotten $185,000 in return after the drop-off was complete, federal agents claim.

Though it is unclear how much time Macaluso faces now that he has been convicted, drug trafficking charges can result in sentencing anywhere from three years to life in prison.

The disbarred lawyer was arrested in Haiti last November.

At the time he was out of jail on a supervised release after being convicted for defrauding clients in California.

Authorities first noticed the suspicious activities last October while investigating trug traffickers who were trying to use a plane registered in the states.

Carlos Almonte Vasquez and Humberto Osuna Contreras, co-defendants with the former lawyer, said they met Macaluso in Port au-Prince in early November to plot out how to pull of the drug smuggle.

'Macaluso described, in the presence of both Almonte Vasquez and Osuna Contreras, the structure of the subject aircraft, stating that it could hold 1,500 kilograms of cocaine,' Detective Alexander Sosa of the DEA task force said.

All three men were flown to MacArthur Airport in Long Island to be arraigned, and were denied because it was believed they were flight risks.

Macaluso's lawyer Michael Gold told the Daily News his client was 'disappointed with the verdict but looks forward to being vindicated in future proceedings.'

He worked as Anthony's lawyer for roughly a year in 2009 and 2010. In 2011 the Florida woman was acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter.

Anthony was first charged with killing Caylee in 2008 when a family member reported that they hadn't seen the toddler in over a month, and thought the mother's car smelled like a dead body.

The toddler's skeletal remains were found in December in a trash bag in the woods near the family's home, and it is thought she died after duct-tape placed over her mouth caused her to suffocate.

the husband of Mel seems to have some involvement.

below is part of his 911 call

Ok sir, what I want you to do is walk outside and stay in the front, ok? You said she has been stabbed in the back?
Yeah, I don’t want… yeah, I think… I don’t think she is… her face hit the ground and there is blood, full of blood.

Him saying her face hit the ground would imply he was there to see it!

Anonymous said...

Not necessarily did he see it(attack). Some assumptions have to be made in times of crisis. He knows she was stabbed in the back by looking. What he does not know is she's been shot-most likely in the head which caused blood around the facial area.

He didn't need an alibi...he already had one. What he needed was to fling the gun and knife...he did not as he'd need them again.

the knife was found in the son-in-laws truck and the gun in the son-in-laws father's car.

It's interesting to read what classmates of the Texas shooter had to say. Things like:
He was an outcast. He was popular among the other outcasts(Lol...saying his group didn't fit in with their group and deemed 'weird').Preaching atheism. They'd never met an atheist before.

It's odd that his wife was a 'teacher' at that church (unpaid babysitter to the unchurched)and his mother-in-law was Facebook friends with the pastor (who uses his Harley as a prop).

Some are claiming social media disagreements are what spurred the rampage even though he has a record of domestic violence and child porn.

If you don't agree wholeheartedly-online that is-it's safe to assume there will be retribution.

New millennium think.

And now they are getting down to the nitty-gritty on the Texas church shooter.

He had charges filed in New Mexico for DV, fractured the skull of a step-son (toddler), animal abuse in Colorado and a restraining order, and had texted the mother-in-law of his current wife (who attends the church sometimes) threats.

People from the town claiming he'd looked them up on Facebook and started arguments (most likely stalking her friends since it's a tiny town and he'd surely run into someone that knew her).

I'd guess his wife was hiding from him along with her two children.
