911 Call: Shots Fired

In this case, a man fought to  to "prove" how "racist" police are. From his own cell phone, he called 911 to report shots fired.
He gave a description of the shooter and made "gun noises."
He said the shooter was a black male wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.
Note his photo.
Before police dispatch asked him his name and address, he hung up to keep his call "anonymous."
He then sat on his front steps, in his white hooded sweatshirt and cell phone in hand, live streaming the "racist police" to the public.
“All right people, so check this out. I’m chilling’ on my front porch. I ain’t bothering nobody. And see these police, they just just keep riding by. Now I bet you a million dollars that these police is going to come back and say something to me,”

We note that he began with "chillin'" which is to state:  all was "normal."

In statement analysis, this is the first indication that something "not normal" was about to take place (or had taken place).

This is no different than reading a book to 5 year old kids and starting with, "It was a day just like every other..." (normal) which is to cause them to sit up, pay attention and take notice that something is about to happen.

“Now I ain’t doing nothing as y’all see.

Here is the need to portray himself as innocent (alibi establishment), verbally.  His words give him away:

I’m just sitting here on my front porch, minding my own business.

His body posture is unnecessarily given to us, which indicates  just what the 5 year old kids feel:  an increase in tension as something is about to happen.

"minding my own business" is also unnecessary information.  This means that we should be on high alert for "someone else's business" is about to be "minded."  It is to also reinforce the "normal" principle.

How many times can someone say it is "normal" before we recognize it is anything but normal?

He now goes distinctly racial:

And these white folks done rolled by,

He has our attention:

two times already,

the suspense builds with the numeric

 staring and sh**.

They are identified by menacing:  "staring" and "sh**" (whatever the latter word is to mean, in context it is with "staring").

I bet you anything that they come back,” he told the live audience.

His prediction turned out to be true.

Police asked neighbors about hearing gun shots, of which all declined so they interviewed the "black male" wearing a "white hoodie" with the cell phone in his hand; the same phone used to make a 911 call.

Had he been the victim of a shooting, he would have been glad to see police respond to risk their lives to protect him.

28-year-old Michael Duran Havis is under arrest for his  "anonymous" 911 call.

His statement to his Facebook followers showed deception.

Glad he is under arrest. What a fool.

After watching Live PD on A & E, it is incredible how much the police put up with on a shift. They are constantly lied to, rarely given respect. The show is eye opening. It's Live and they go to 6 different areas in the country. Lies constantly and they expect to be believed. The police use statement analysis in reading their detainees. One remarked on how they will tell them "I have no drugs in this car, go ahead and search" and with that he knows it's on their person. And he's been right.

I'm glad they arrested this idiot. He wasted the time of the very busy officers that could have been used for something needed, rather than a wild goose chase.

28 years old and doing something like that! Wow! It might be understandable if he were 14-16....but, 28!

It would have been easier to wear a black hoodie and go running through a white neighborhood.

He’s a racist

OT- Jayda Kyle, 3 year old girl killed by mothers live in boyfriend in Carl Junction, Missouri. The boyfriend confessed to police and has made no public statement. The mother made a Facebook page called Prayers for Jayda, lots of statements. The mothers father is a prominent local attorney. I'm below mediocre in the art of analysis so maybe I'm just jumping at shadows but I don't think the whole truth is being told. I've fallen down a rabbit hole with this one...

I wonder if something happened where the police missed another call, due to this fake one (and someone passed away), if he could be charged with a crime? It would be his fault.
I feel bad for him, must be miserable to live life in his shoes.

If the targeting is so true, why do they have to go to such effort to make it look like it's happening.

He isn’t miserable. His life is bliss. He’s just ignorant and racist.

"minding my own business" is also unnecessary information. This means that we should be on high alert for "someone else's business" is about to be "minded." It is to also reinforce the "normal" principle.

I don't know why, but this quote made me laugh out loud.

I wonder why he doesn't seem to have a job?

Re Jayda - her mother said:

'Maybe he was playing with her and just threw her to hard or something. I can't believe it.'

Also, she didn't 'see' anything -.she didn't say she also didn't hear anything.

It hit my funny bone, too.

He doesn't seem to have a job....how you decide that?

Peter- Many thanks for the lessons you teach here on a daily basis! I've been sharing your work with family and friends. Yesterday, the CEO took my spouse's department out to a "unity pep talk" lunch attempting to convince them he's on their team (he's been acting just the opposite for months). The CEO began the conversation with lots of "I" pronouns. When he switched to "we" (talking about making decisions for the dept.), my spouse asked "Who is we?". Over and over again, in conversation and news interviews, we hear and see the principles behind Statement Analysis being proven on a regular basis. Thank you!

~ Reading Isaiah 9:6 "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders."- It's such a regularly quoted passage, especially this time of year. I never caught the change in language until today. The child is born, but the son is given (the child becomes the son for an express purpose). Thank you!

Would you hire him?

I don't know that he doesn't have a job. That was my guess since his mind does not seem to be concerned with the everyday cares of life. His hands and mind are in idle mode. People that I know that work for a living and have responsibilities don't have time to sit and video police driving by after making an anonymous call.

The "I bet you a million dollars" quote makes me wonder if he is looking for a lawsuit. As Peter would say, "money his hands did not earn".

The question as to "how do you know he does not have a job" is an attempt to claim "racism."

The duplicity and stupidity of this man's attempt to exploit race leaves readers with an impression of one who would likely have difficulty holding a job, yet there is more.

Would one so willingly blind yet ambitious to exploit race and condemn police actually want a job?

He might want a job in politics, but does not have the cunning, but even the simplest of profiles from his "broadcast" does not indicate one of ambition.

It has nothing to do with his own pigmentation, but everything to do with his desire to bring harm to others; especially police.

His mind just may be concerned about HIS everyday cares of life and not what YOURS are & what you 'assume' his should be. He's revealed that he believes police are racist and that he isnt very bright, also that he may be racist, but nothing else. You are expanding his profile by assumption.

Anonymous, even rudimentary study of psycho linguistic profiling might help you here.

Being narratives driven, however, will derail you.

If you want to see something that doesn't; exist, you fit in very well in society, but not in this science.

The "I bet you a million dollars" quote makes me wonder if he is looking for a lawsuit. As Peter would say, "money his hands did not earn".

What we would say about this statement is that:

a. he introduced money into the equation
b. he introduced it via an expression
c. it is a large amount of money
d. he introduced money into a fraudulent event (scam)
e. This is something those that are not employed, or under employed are statistically most likely to do. Although high salary people do it it, in volume, it is low salary or unemployed that seek to game the system most.

The profile would work from here.

It is very likely that he is using his own racism to exploit. It goes beyond just his anti-cop stance but is likely to end up where you think it is:

filing a fraudulent suit to obtain money he has not earned.

That he introduces racism into the equation is also likely to be projection.

It is exciting work but beyond the scope of the blog. It is near impossible to explain it to the untrained. It is only when one has had lots of exposure to not only detecting deception, but successful content analysis that we move them into the psycho-linguistic profiling.

It is a very exciting journey.

good observation,

OFF TOPIC

I am sure there is not enough there for any conclusions, but I noticed this quote from Anderson Cooper:

Just woke up to find out someone gained access to my twitter account,” he posted. “I have not sent a tweet in days or replied to any tweets. We are looking into how this happened.”

1) Start with "just woke up" - alibi building
2) No "I" before just woke up
3) Does not deny the specific tweet, he just states that he has not sent a tweet in days

I suspect someone really did gain access to his account, but I will be following this to see if there are any more statements on this.

I love when they start off a statement with a dropped pronoun, i can see which way the words will go and the conclusion.
It is amazing how much the presence or omission of a single word can reveal the truth.

Amanda Knox is set to host a new show that will explore how girls and women have been 'shamed' publicly and attacked in the media.

Her new show, 'The Scarlet Letter Reports,' is from Vice Media and will be launching soon on Facebook's video platform.

The 30-year-old, who spent four years in an Italian prison after being convicted of murdering her roommate before being exonerated, will interview women to discuss their experiences of being 'sexualized, scrutinized and demonized' by media coverage. She will also discuss how they've rebuilt their lives.

'While on trial for a murder I didn't commit, my prosecutor painted me as a sex-crazed femme fatale with magical powers to control men,' Knox said in a statement provided by Vice.

'I lost years of my life to prison because of two-dimensional and misogynist stereotypes.

'In 'The Scarlet Letter Reports,' I'm hoping to re-humanize others who have been similarly shamed and vilified, and elevate the standard for how we think and talk about public women.'

She also took to social media with news of her show and tweeted: 'In the midst of this important cultural moment, I’m thrilled to be partnering with VICE & Facebook to mind-meld with incredible women & address an issue very close to my heart. Look out for The Scarlet Letter Reports this Spring.'

On Instagram, she posted a photo showing a camera screen image of herself smiling at ease while sporting a turtleneck.

Her interview subjects include Daisy Coleman, the Missouri teen who became an advocate for sexual-assault education and model Amber Rose.

Knox's show will be among three original weekly series from Vice that Facebook ordered.

The other two shows include a renovation reality show called 'Breaking & Entertaining' while the other is titled 'The Hangover Show' and is about how to recover from a night of excessive drinking.

'Breaking & Entertaining' is a five-episode unscripted series where a person invites Vice to throw a party

Vice is one of the select partners Facebook is buying content from.

Knox currently lives in Seattle, Washington with her partner novelist Christopher Robinson.

She works as an Arts Correspondent and columnist at West Seattle Herald.

If your opening statement is correct, it would seem your analysis is faulty. Based upon your statement, he is “deceptive” for purposes relating to his “experiment”........unless, of course, that’s not what you meant to say.

The story does appear to reinforce the “racism” factor.

“In this case, a man fought to to "prove" how "racist" police are. From his own cell phone, he called 911 to report shots fired.
He gave a description of the shooter and made "gun noises."

And your point? You said he was trying to “prove” police are racist.

“Now I ain’t doing nothing as y’all see.

Here is the need to portray himself as innocent (alibi establishment), verbally. His words give him away:

He’s not innocent? What’s he guilty of?

Again, he’s describing his “experiment”?

“Now I ain’t doing nothing as y’all see.

Here is the need to portray himself as innocent (alibi establishment), verbally. His words give him away:

What do his words give away? He is innocent.

I’m just sitting here on my front porch, minding my own business.

His body posture is unnecessarily given to us, which indicates just what the 5 year old kids feel: an increase in tension as something is about to happen.

Yeah....like he may be a little worried what police might do?

"minding my own business" is also unnecessary information. This means that we should be on high alert for "someone else's business" is about to be "minded." It is to also reinforce the "normal" principle.

How many times can someone say it is "normal" before we recognize it is anything but normal?

So.........what happened??? Did he “mind” someone else’s business?

He now goes distinctly racial:

And these white folks done rolled by,

He has our attention:

Well, imagine that!!

His statement to his Facebook followers showed deception.
