A couple other points:
1. "Sh...Great analysis. A couple other points:
1. "She loves to get her makeup on and paint her nails, do your nails, do my nails, do her hair." --- Having your nails painted sounds fun and luxurious, while "doing" or the past tense "done" as in getting them done sounds more like work. Maybe mom didn't like having her nails "done" by Isabel.

2. "BC: She is a girly girl. She loves to get her makeup on and paint her nails, do your nails, do my nails, do her hair. She loves to put , um-- she loves to go out and play with her brothers, um play hard in the dirt and then come back in and get herself all girled up again. And um, she's very caring. She– loving little girl who loves to come and give mom and dad hugs all the time, tell us we love her -- or that she loves us. A beautiful baby girl." Notice the pronoun change when Isabel gives mom and dad hugs. It's no longer referenced as "her" mom and dad.

3. Do we know the names of the brothers? When Sergio says "[Julie] even said he’ll love her so much" I wonder if that could have a been a reference to one of the brothers. While it wouldn't be unusual for young siblings to not to not always get along (especially two boys and one girl who play differently), it would make more sense to point out the difference instead of saying the girly girl played the same way as her brothers/boys. As hinted at in analysis, there was probably a huge difference in the way the boys played as opposed to the way a girl plays. Consider the girly-girl reference. It's also odd that a girly girl would choose to "play hard in the dirt." Boys playing hard in the dirt happens, but not many girls willingly play hard in the dirt when they can play house, dolls or dress up. It's more likely Isabel wanted to play with the boys and they didn't always want to play with her. Still, there is something more that bothers me about this I can't identify.

4. Something also bothers me about Sergio mentioning Isabel woke up and walked by him twice. I agree, his speech is not from memory and that concerns me. What is he NOT saying.

5. Sergio ends with saying "She's still out there." --- It sounds like he is speaking from knowledge and not from wondering where she might be.

GetThemnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-37859648151360205762013-04-06T21:12:52.943-04:002013-04-06T21:12:52.943-04:00"I always pray that I can see her in my sleep..."I always pray that I can see her in my sleep."-SC

Sergio doesn't pray to see her in real life? It can be seen here: http://www.kvoa.com/news/celis-family-redecorates-little-isa-s-bedroom/

It's strange. . . the family has completely painted the room and replaced the girl's furniture. If it was my missing little girl's room, everything would stay just as it was when she was taken.

DianeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-69031757209456701012012-09-14T15:32:23.913-04:002012-09-14T15:32:23.913-04:00Hi John.

Where he lives, near the border and a military base, targeted is very accurate.

People are targeted for statistics, polls, marketing, charity funds, or merely to have someone to hide behind as to create chaos and cause confusion.

I could tell alot from reading the blogs in the area how others would access them and try to get the locals reporting back to them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-86057944516101101632012-09-14T05:31:29.918-04:002012-09-14T05:31:29.918-04:00Hi Hobs,

We love you so much…Love you and miss you so much we want you home," Sergio Celis said.
Dropped pronoun at love you and miss you.
I would expect to hear an I taking ownership of the statement, it's not there.

"Happy birthday baby girl I love you so much can't wait to have you in my arms," Becky Celis said.
Dropped pronoun at can't wait to have you in my arms.
No use of her name rather we get baby girl.
This is unexpected given her age. She is not a baby
If she can't take ownership neither can we.
Not BACK in my arms?
Not safe in my arms?
In my arms alive or dead?

"We plead to whoever has her...We still don't understand why this is going on…We just beg. We beg give in to your guiltiness give in to everything else and let her come home… she needs to come home," Sergio said.
Plead not beg?
You plead in court, you beg for something mercy, help, donations.
Beg is what most would say, this makes the sentence jerky.
He changes from plead to beg, what prompts the change.
We still don't understand why this is going on
We don't understand is weakened by the qualifier still.
Have they been told why this is going on but not understood hence the still don't undersand.
Lots of WE'S but no I.
We just beg. We beg give in to your guiltiness
What a weird thing to say.
Most would say give in to your humanity, goodness or similar.
giving into to guilt would make the alleged abductor more aware of what they had done and thus more reluctant to do the right thing
what is the everything else apart from guiltiness?
Just minimises the 2nd beg.
Note also dropped pronoun, logically it should be we beg you , directing their comments to the abductr.
Who are they begging to?

"I always pray that I can see her in my sleep. I always dream about her…just to have even the blessing of seeing her in my sleep," Sergio Celis said.
He prays to see her in his sleep and not for her to be found safe and well?
Has he always dreamed about her?
He prays to see her in his sleep then tells us he always dreams about her. If he always dreams about her why the prayer to see her in his sleep?
I would be interested to know what he dreams about Isabel, What is she doing?
He mentions sleep twice making it sensitive.
He says the blessing of her qualified with the word even
Just is used to minimise.
Is it only a blessing in his sleep?

Have they physically searched?
Are either or both working?
If not how are they getting money to pay bills etc?

When sergio opens his mouth everything is an act, his words are theatrical.
Considering neither of them were overly relgious ( didn't know how to do the rosary)are his words meant to appeal to the religious?
It can't be me i am god-fearing etc.Tania Cadoganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06511272355142175684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-81168664169535961392012-09-13T14:51:54.938-04:002012-09-13T14:51:54.938-04:00Kaaryn is so gifted at analysis. Reading through her detailed points, she picks up on the slightest changes and makes things so clear, it makes me realize how much I miss!

Sergio and Becky say they just want Isa home, she needs to be home, she deserves to be home. I think that even someone who is responsible for their child's death or disappearance could fervently wish they were back home, wish things were as they were before. This can be sincere. It does not speak to what happened or who is responsible.Lisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164794708270892518.post-31690455680738010512012-09-13T14:30:36.296-04:002012-09-13T14:30:36.296-04:00"Happy Birthday Isabel.
