Tony Bobulinski Statement

My name is Tony Bobulinski. The facts set forth below are true and accurate; they are not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation. Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive. I am the recipient of the email published seven days ago by the New York Post which showed a copy to Hunter Biden and Rob Walker. That email is genuine.

This afternoon I received a request from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs and the Senate Committee on Finance requesting all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals. I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future.

I am the grandson of a 37 year Army Intelligence officer, the son of a 20+ year career Naval Officer and the brother of a 28 year career Naval Flight Officer. I myself served our country for 4 years and left the Navy as LT Bobulinski. I held a high level security clearance and was an instructor and then CTO for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. I take great pride in the time my family and I served this country. I am also not a political person. What few campaign contributions I have made in my life were to Democrats.

Tony Bobulinski

If the media and Big Tech companies had done their jobs over the past several weeks I would be irrelevant in this story. Given my long standing service and devotion to this great country, I could no longer allow my family’s name to be associated or tied to Russian disinformation or implied lies and false narratives dominating the media right now.

After leaving the military I became an institutional investor investing extensively around the world and on every continent. I have traveled to over 50 countries. I believe, hands down, we live in the greatest country in the world.

What I am outlining is fact. I know it is fact because I lived it. I am the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. I was brought into the company to be the CEO by James Gilliar and Hunter Biden. The reference to “the Big Guy” in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden. The other “JB” referenced in that email is Jim Biden, Joe’s brother.

Hunter Biden called his dad ‘the Big Guy’ or ‘my Chairman,’ and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing. I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.

I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial ROI. They were looking at this as a political or influence investment. Once I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening.

The Johnson Report connected some dots in a way that shocked me — it made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadn’t and wouldn’t do that to their partners.

I would ask the Biden family to address the American people and outline the facts so I can go back to being irrelevant — and so I am not put in a position to have to answer those questions for them.

I don’t have a political ax to grind; I just saw behind the Biden curtain and I grew concerned with what I saw. The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist controlled China.

God bless America.

Where I live the people who support the United States President have an American flag 🇺🇸 instead of a campaign sign.

"What I am outlining is fact."

the subject is likely withholding pertinent information. it is as per his words an "outline".

"I took steps to prevent that from happening."

he does not deny any wrong doing and uses weak and passive language "I took steps ...". he does not say he stopped it nor does he say he took steps to correct it.

note the passivity "in a way that shocked me - ..." what "way" and from what aspect is he "shocked" is he "shocked" because he is caught in malfeasance?

I believe he was "shocked".

Note, "... and wouldn’t do that to their partners.", he doesn't say "to him" rather "their partners" this allows him not to have been unaware.

the subject's need to stand behind not only his military service but that of his family indicate he has guilty knowledge and requires support.

What OTHER foreign entities were involved?

This stinks like a rotting pile of treason.

Biden has not denied the emails are real.

Well gee, now I'm on the fence about voting for Biden instead of Epstein's buddy with 20+ rape accusations, Putin elbow-deep us his ass, a clownshow administration, and 200,000+ Americans dead of coronavirus while he farts around golfing and rage tweeting.

I have an idea that Tony Bobulinski May have been exposed by the other Hunter Biden business partners who have already been tried and sentenced. Tony does not want to suffer the same fate so he is giving up his secret devices and letting the chips fall where they may.

I am the recipient of the email published seven days ago by the New York Post which showed a copy to Hunter Biden and Rob Walker. That email is genuine.”

How is TB connected to the email in question? If this is something from the past then why say “I am the recipient” (present tense) instead of the appropriate “I [was] the recipient”?

After introducing himself his priority is to emphasise the veracity of what he is about to say. He says “The facts set forth below are [true] and [accurate]”. By definition facts are things which are already proven to be true and accurate. That he needs to support his use of “facts” with “true and accurate” suggests he may have knowledge that there are some facts which might not be true and accurate. Imagine honest John the car salesman telling a customer, “The facts about this car are true and accurate; they are not any form of disinformation.” The buyer may wonder why he is being told that information. Honest John will have his reasons built on personal experience in the motor industry. TB when saying this shows that he has a need to convince. What is missing from his initial words after introducing himself is the pronoun “I”.

“they are [not] any form of domestic or foreign disinformation.”

He then says what they are “not” which said in the negative makes it doubly important. When saying “any form” he is thinking of different forms in relation to “disinformation”. This is not just disinformation in general, as he has divided it into “domestic or foreign disinformation” with his order of importance speaking to domestic first.

“Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive.”

“suggestion” – (something that implies or indicates a certain fact or situation.)

“any suggestion” is all inclusive and seeks to cover everything which is “contrary” to what he is saying. If you don’t agree I will be offended.

“[That] email is [genuine].”

Again we see TB has a need to convince by adding information about the emails authenticity. By saying it is “genuine” it shows he is comparing it being “genuine” against another thought of non-genuine (fake) email/s. He says “that” email is genuine. If there is a “that” then there is a “this” which supports him thinking two thoughts. There are genuine emails and there are fake emails.

Where does all the need to convince come from? Honest John the car salesman will tell you his profession is one which is victim to stereotyping. His boss Dodgy Dave can vouch for that. They know people are wary of them and it has made them sensitive to the idea that people won’t believe everything they say. It’s not their fault a couple of cars they have sold had been involved accidents. I mean John swears to God he didn’t know nothing about that. This has led them to having a need to convince buyers of their honesty prior to selling them a car.

Of course there is the possibility that someone telling lies would have a need to convince as well. “I mean the fact is this Chrysler has only 30,000 miles on the clock and that number is true and accurate.” Would you buy it?

what do you conclude? that Tony Bobulinski is deceptive?

he shows sensitivity. sensitivity doesn't mean deception.

if you think it is deception, can you explain where you see deception?

"what do you conclude? that Tony Bobulinski is deceptive? "

I can’t conclude from what I have analysed. I am short on context and I only studied the first paragraph. He has a need to convince that is clear. Looking at the second paragraph now he says –

“I have extensive relevant records and communications and I [intend] to produce [those items] to both Committees in the [immediate] future.”

He has” intentions” (plans), but that falls short of saying “I will produce” or “I am going to”. Maybe he will, we will have to wait and see.

“I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s [not] true, [because] it [wasn’t] just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.”

He doesn’t say he has seen Biden talking to Hunter about his business. He says it’s [not] true [because] it [wasn’t] just Hunter’s business. If he could say he saw them talking business why doesn’t he?

I will have a proper look at the rest of it tomorrow, its bedtime here in the UK.

Adrian, consider the sensitivity could be from his involvement. there is a good chance he is involved or knew about illegal activity. it may also be why he brings up his military service.

Or, THAT email is genuine, which he can say because he was/is the person who received it. He can not speak to the other emails being "genuine" or "not genuine" because he doesn't know... they were not sent to him. They may or may not be legitimate.

I am not saying there is deception. I was just stating he has a need to convince. That could be for many reasons; a fear of not being believed would be one. That’s why I joked about honest John the car dealer as he knows many customers are wary about car salesman. TB will know the timing of bringing forward this information is sensitive and it will look like all the things he says it isn’t (“they are not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation”), which will create in him a need to convince. If he has the evidence he speaks of then all will be well.

Is there a significant difference in the word choices of someone making an accusation vs someone defending against one? Would that account for the emphatic nature of TB's assertions? It is hard to take away anything but credibility when watching his video.

I made initial analysis on the first paragraph of the statement from a blind perspective of having no context of the story. Having had time to look more at the statement and discern the reason for him coming forward –

“I could no [longer allow] [my family’s] name to be associated or tied to Russian disinformation or implied lies and false narratives dominating the media right now.”

By saying “no longer allow” we know he has permitted something to continue over a period of time. He goes on to speak of his “family’s name” and that the media has implied lies and false narratives against it. He later says -

“The reference to “the Big Guy” in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is [in fact] a reference to Joe Biden.”

From this we see he needs to set something straight. He tells us “The reference to “the Big Guy” – “is [in fact] a reference to Joe Biden.” We can deduce that either the press has named him specifically as the “big guy” or he has seen the reference and is concerned others may conclude that it is him. It is important for him to set the facts straight. He sees the lies as more than just an attack on him personally, but an attack on his family as a whole. Names identify people as individuals, and they also allow differentiation between groups such as families. His language reveals that he perceives his family name as being greater than him alone. To insult him you insult his family. That he groups himself so strongly with his family name shows he takes pride in what it stands for. This is why he dedicated time talking of his family at the beginning of his statement.

Trump aide accuses CNN's Chris Cuomo of breaking quarantine while COVID-19 positive in heated interview

A spokesman for President Trump's reelection campaign and Chris Cuomo traded verbal blows on Monday night, with Tim Murtaugh accusing the CNN host of breaking his quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19.

Things became tense after Murtaugh said that Cuomo's brother, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), said that New York got "everything they needed" in fighting the pandemic at its height.

"No. He said, 'I went to the federal government. They helped me with things.' They did not help with everything. They're still not helping,'" the anchor responded.

In April, the governor was asked on "The Howard Stern Show" if Trump had provided New York with what was needed at the time.

"He has delivered for New York. He has," Andrew Cuomo said of the president. "By and large, it has worked."

Murtaugh on Monday night then displayed a photocopy of the Cuomo brothers laughing on the CNN show earlier this year while the anchor held up a giant mock cotton swab in making a joke about the size of the governor's nose after Andrew Cuomo had just been tested for COVID-19.

"Does this look like a couple of guys who were taking it seriously?" Murtaugh asked. "You had your brother on for the Cuomo Brothers Comedy Hour, joking about the size of the Q-tip that you would need for his nose to take the test."

"Yeah, I did. It was funny as hell," Chris Cuomo shot back. "Now, you took your swing. It missed. So now let's discuss: Is that all you got? That my brother didn't take COVID seriously? Are you kidding yourself? That I made fun with him at a time of such acute distress?"

Murtaugh later broached a recent report by Fox News host Tucker Carlson that Chris Cuomo's apartment complex complained that the host did not wear a mask while on the premises, including in elevators.

"Why did you get reprimanded from your apartment building for not wearing a mask? We know you broke quarantine," Murtaugh said.

“Because I did the wrong thing," Cuomo responded. "I never broke quarantine."

“Everyone knows you broke it,” Murtaugh said.

“I did not,” Cuomo shot back.

On April 15, a Long Island, N.Y., bicyclist filed a police report after getting into a testy exchange with Cuomo in front of a Hamptons home on Easter Sunday.

The filing with the East Hampton Police Department came after Cuomo shared a story on his SiriusXM radio show about a "jackass, loser biker" who got in his "space" because he was in the front yard with two women and three children at the home, which was still under construction.

The anchor's family was living in nearby Southampton, where he has been broadcasting from his basement while under quarantine after testing positive in late March.

“And then you came home and you pretended to rise up from your basement like Lazarus," Murtaugh continued late Monday in reference to Cuomo emerging from his basement on his program days after the incident with the cyclist.

“You want to mock my getting sick, you can,” Cuomo said.

“I’m not mocking your getting sick," Murtaugh responded.

“Of course you are. Of course you are. I never broke quarantine and you know it,” Cuomo replied.

Trump administration or campaign officials periodically appear on CNN and often get into verbal skirmishes with anchors.

Trump has often attacked the network of being "fake news," and hasn't appeared on it for any interviews since taking office.
