Will you revisit Kyron’s death?

Anonymous said...

Terri probably prearranged with Kyron to meet by a side entrance to the school. Then put her hair up into a base ball cap and appeared as a man with her buff body building physique. She waited for him by a side entrance (and was seen, and because of the white truck assumed to be a school vehicle with a male driver) she murdered Kyron and put him in a pile of lawn bags( and I believe the lawn guys who were most likely illegal found him later or were told what they’d done by Terri later , thus may be important witnesses) and the lawn guys took away all the bags. The neighbors saw someone return to the house that morning. I think that’s when Terri put Kyron in the lawn bag. She then raced to get back onto the highway, and was seen by a driver who got a very good glimpse of her entering the highway at a high rite of speed. Then she went to Michaels etc. it all happened fairly quickly on that morning of Kyrons death.

Statement from Buster Murdaugh:

"I have tried my best to ignore the vicious rumors about my involvement in Stephen Smith's tragic death that continue to be published in the media as I grieve over the brutal murders of my mother and brother. I love them so much and miss them terribly. These baseless rumors of my involvement with Stephen and his death are false. I unequivocally deny any involvement in his death, and my heart goes out to the Smith family."

OT Update:

Father of Madeline Kingsbury’s kids releases statement

For the first time, the father of a missing Winona woman’s children has released a statement regarding her disappearance.

Wednesday, Hubbard Broadcasting affiliate KAAL-TV reported that Adam Fravel released the following statement through his attorney:

“Over the course of the last 12 days my family and I have been subject to a myriad of accusations regarding the disappearance of the mother of my children, Maddi Kingsbury. During these last 12 days I have cooperated with law enforcement at every turn, including sitting down for multiple interviews with Winona County law enforcement. I did not have anything to do with Maddi’s disappearance. I want the mother of my 5-year-old and 2-year-old to be found and brought home safely. I want that more than anything. Law enforcement advised me on April 2nd that they would not recommend that I attend the press conferences or that I assist in the searches due to safety concerns. However, my non-attendance and silence has been inferred by many as a sign of apathy, or worse. That could not be further from the truth. I want Maddi home and for her to be able to be with our two children. God Bless the Kingsbury family and please bring her home safely.“

Note he does not say "I did not cause Maddi’s disappearance" but rather, "did not have anything to do with Maddi’s disappearance", "with" being distance language and may come after the fact in association, it is not a reliable denial.

Death of Laura Lozano
Daily Mail

Bolno who is a partner at NKSFB, the largest business management firm in the country working alongside artists in music, film, and television, said he'd hoped to sign Lozano - a budding musician.

'She'd been there because she was recording music the night before. She's a client and she was going to sign a record deal with me I helped her make music,' he said.

'I really don't want to go too deeply into it honestly it was a terrible tragedy.'

When asked why the 34-year-old had been in his room at such odd hours during the night Bolno said: 'I let her stay there, there's not much more to it' and when asked where he was, he repeated, 'she was found when I'd left.'

'From what I was told she was found much later in the day,' he said.

Bolno appears to have been in touch with Lozano's family - but did not provide more detail on who this new artist was - simply stating that 'her family are devastated.'

he repeated, 'she was found when I'd left.'

I’m glad he’s a person of interest! Because that’s the hokiest statement ever! And it even says that he repeated it!

Daily Mail
DailyMail.com spoke to Bolno's wife, Stacy Pineles, who said she 'did not have comment for the press at this time.' Briefly after, Bolno called, noticeably emotional when speaking of the tragic incident.

'It was a terrible tragedy,' he recounted.

'I had vacated the room in the earlier part of the morning so I wasn't there when they found her

It’s really a puzzle because according to the time of death he was seen leaving at 4:30am and they’re guessing she died between 7am and 1 pm. But the way he doesn’t personalize her, and uses very formal words like “vacate” sound like he’s repeating something a lawyer has assisted in for a statement.

Maybe he supplied drugs that unbeknownst to himself contained fentanyl. thanks to our open borders America’s life span is now lowered due to fentanyl overdosing.

I hope that’s just taken as a comment on how the greatest country in the world is crumbling under the lack of cognition of a senile POTUS

OT:

Missing, Madeline Kingsbury.

In a statement shared by the WPD, Kingsbury’s family wrote, “Nothing in life prepares you for this. The disappearance of our daughter and sister has been a waking nightmare with no respite. In the days and nights since Madeline disappeared, the immediate family and extended family have, collectively and individually, been experiencing emotions and trials that someone who has never been suddenly thrust into this horrific situation [no one] could ever imagine”

They continued, “Members of our family and close friends coordinate closely with law enforcement and send out search teams day after day, every day.

“From time to time and as we see the need we use social media to encourage and inform the large groups of volunteers helping us search for Madeline. We’re overwhelmed by the dedication and tangible expressions of love demonstrated by the huge circle of warriors she unknowingly gathered around her – her sorority sisters, coworkers at Mayo Clinic and other places, fellow students from her days at Winona State, other moms and her many, many friends, acquaintances and people whose lives she’s touched.

“We will continue to search for Madeline. We will not give up and our family will come out the other side of this forever changed but forever grateful for the tireless dedication of so many helpers – friends and relatives, people in law enforcement, other first responders, social workers, case workers, legal professionals, child advocates and many, many more.”

"I did not have anything to do with Maddi’s disappearance".

"My family and I have been subject to a myriad of accusations regarding the disappearance of the mother of my children... During these last 12 days, I have cooperated with law enforcement at every turn, including sitting down for multiple interviews with Winona County law enforcement... I did not have anything to do with Maddi's disappearance... I want the mother of my 5-year old and 2-year old to be found and brought home safely." Adam Fravel in a statement regarding Madeline Kingsbury's disappearance (NY Post, April 12, 2023).

Note the following: 1. "My family and I..." - since Madeline is not present (=disappeared) why not say, "My children and I..."? Question: is he saying that only his children are his family? 2. Saying twice "...the mother..." and not using a title ("my girlfriend", "my partner", etc.) 3. The section which includes "I have cooperated with law enforcement..." uses very formal language, raising the suspicion that this statement was phrased quite likely by a lawyer. 4. The denial "I did not have anything to do with Maddi's disappearance" is a strong denial; however, it uses the word "disappearance", and not e.g., "I did not have any foul play with Maddi's disappearance." If the person knows where she is, for him it is not "disappearance" and as such it would be technically truthful, but misleading. 5. "I want... to be found and brought home safely." Why not to say, "I want... to return home safely." Using passive voice means he knows that she cannot return home on her own. How does he know it?

Adam introduces his "family", his priority. He has many relatives in the area, a number of which own farmland, heavy machinery, etc. Adam issues a strong denial, but the "family" which has also been "subject to a myriad of accusations", has not - other than to warn people to stay off their land.
