An update on Madeline Kingsbury’s van

Madeline “Maddi” Kingsbury’s dark blue Chrysler Town and Country van is currently being processed for evidence according to Winona Police.

The dark blue van is at the center of the investigation as law enforcement believes the whereabouts of the vehicle may lead to the location of Ms Kingsbury.

They’ve asked residents in Winona County and Fillmore County to check their home security cameras for any footage captured on 31 March or 1 April to see if they can spot the van.

“Throughout the investigation, we have worked closely with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA to identify and process any available forensic evidence,” the Winona Police said in a press release.

Is the way the father of their kids stating he “wants the mother of my 5 year old and 2 year old to return home” suspicious? He does not say her name, only that she’s the mother of his kids

Adam Fravel did not allow social workers to get to the kids, ages 5 and 2, at a relative’s home, where they tried to place a 72-hour hold on them five days after their mom vanished, KTTC reported, citing court documents.

"Over the course of the last 12 days, my family and I have been subject to a myriad of accusations regarding the disappearance of the mother of my children, Maddi Kingsbury. During these last 12 days, I have cooperated with law enforcement at every turn, including sitting down for multiple interviews with Winona County law enforcement. I did not have anything to do with Maddi’s disappearance.. I want that more than anything. Law enforcement advised me on April 2nd that they would not recommend that I attend the press conferences or that I assist in the searches due to safety concerns. However, my non-attendance and silence has been inferred by many as a sign of apathy, or worse. That could not be further from the truth. I want Maddi home and for her to be able to be with our two children. God Bless the Kingsbury family and please bring her home safely."

Just looking at the pronouns first:

“ I want the mother of my 5-year-old and 2-year-old to be found and brought home safely”. Red flag. Why is it only “my” and not “our”?

Very, very weird where this statement appears in the context. Is this a statement of guilt that he wanted her disappearance more then anything?

Is he asking the Kingsbury family to bring her home? And why is he blessing them? It’s really as though he knows the poor woman is dead.

Why is it that men always murder women? It’s very sad, because woman are made from Adam’s rib , and should be regarded as completing man. What drives a male, who is stronger, to murder a spouse or girlfriend who is biologically much weaker? There are too many of these types of crimes. Is it just because the woman is weaker?

I had to look it up because I tend to exaggerate

"More than 100 million women are missing," Sen wrote in a classic essay in 1990 in The New York Review of Books, spurring a new field of research. Sen noted that in normal circumstances women live longer than men, and so there are more females than males in much of the world.

Which is how google now turns things upside down. The theme of her best seller was how globally selective sex abortions led to a hundred million missing women on planet earth.

Because I am beyond upset about innocent people dying daily. And how the us are sitting on their hands and only offering weapons to kill. There’s no peace on the table. And I have a vested interest in peace. But someone put a demented potus into office who really doesn’t care. Or even be aware of how harmful he’s being by his lack of peace talking ability.

OT Update:

Ana Walshe: Mysterious Ransom Note Emerges in Missing Massachusetts Mom Case

Warrants released in connection with missing Massachusetts mother, Ana Walshe, included a mysterious ransom note that police received during the early days of the investigation.

The Boston Herald reports that Cohasset Police Detective Harrison Schmidt received an email on January 7 at around 5:18 a.m. The email came three days after Ana’s name was submitted to the National Crime Information Center database as a missing person. It’s unclear at this time who sent the email.

The ransom note was included in an affidavit filed on January 9 by Nicholas Guarino, a Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police. Guarino submitted the affidavit to obtain a search warrant for electronic devices in Ana’s home, shared with her husband, Brian Walshe, who’s currently behind bars for her disappearance and presumed death.

We have the so named Ana Walshe with us here..we had a deal worth $127,000.. She messed up..we have her here with us and if she doesn’t pay the money..then she’ll never be back, and we know that the police and the FBI are involved.. Good luck finding us,” the ransom note read.

I believe this may have been written by one person given the emphasis on the pronouns "We/Us", trying to oversell it and the need to hide amongst a crowd.

OT: Ana Walshe

When someone communicates with another there is always a reason. A kidnapper would be expected to make demands, yet here they ask for nothing. It appears instead their motive is they want the reader to be aware of something. That being they have Ana Walshe, but they go further than just take possession of her, they want to include “here with us”. This is extra information and isn’t needed. It can be removed from the statement without affecting the message being given. The words “here with us” are repeated making them important. As the information isn’t needed it suggests the writer has a need to convince the reader in regards to her location and that she is with more than one person.

At the beginning the writer uses an interesting turn of phrase – “We have [the so named] Ana Walshe”

By adding “the so named” it appears they are trying to distance themselves from her. Again like above they use extra words which aren’t needed, but to them it is important that they include them.

Also they need the reader to know that this is all Ana`s fault as “She messed up”. Also “she’ll never be back if she doesn’t pay the money”. Again making Ana the one who has done wrong and that whatever happens to her will be her of her own doing.

There are a lot of problems with the note. The main theme being that the writer has a need to relay this information to someone but has no reason to do so. Criminals don’t contact the Police unless they are making demands or trying to throw them off the scent. We can rule out the prior as no demands were made.

OT: Ana Walshe

Hi, John. What do you think about the sum of money mentioned?

"we had a deal worth $127,000"

Its a very specific number. Wasn`t it The Ramseys who had a specific number in their note which turned out to match up against a bonus John Ramsey had got from work?

Hi, Adrian

Yes, it is very specific. I don't believe it has come from a vacuum. It will be interesting to know where that number came from.

OT: Ana Walshe

We now have a name for the alleged author of the Ransom Note.

The detective was looking into the missing Cohasset mother’s disappearance when he got a message from a person named “Richard Walker” just three days after Walshe’s name was entered into the National Crime Information Database, according to the documents.

In the note, Walker claimed that he had Walshe with him and that no one would ever find her if he didn’t get the $120,000 that she allegedly owed him.

Which begs the question of who is the "We/Us". Is it that “Richard Walker” is indeed trying to throw LE off of the scent using these pronouns. To add, where did that name come from?

I agree, also; why does he not say her name? It’s always “the mother of our or my children “

OT: Ana Walshe. Update

Ana Walshe murder case: Investigators confirm Washington, D.C. affair, records show

A Cohasset woman who went missing in January had a months-long affair, planned to move to Washington, D.C., and leave behind her husband who now stands accused of her killing, according to newly released court documents.

After being impounded for the last few months, the documents in the murder case against Brian Walshe, the husband of Ana Walshe, reveal that Walshe’s wife had an extramarital relationship in Washington, D.C., where she spent weekdays at her job at a property management firm and planned to leave her husband with her three children.

Massachusetts troopers traveled to the nation’s capital in January to interview a man who they described as having the most frequent contact with Ana Walshe’s cell phone, court documents show.
The man told investigators he was in a “dating relationship” with Walshe for the last several months. The relationship reportedly became “more serious” recently and they even spent Thanksgiving in Dublin and Christmas Eve together.

“They were open about their relationship in Washington, D.C., and had plans to celebrate the New Year on January 4 when she came back from Massachusetts,” according to an affidavit from an investigator.

Ana Walshe, 39, the mother of three young children, was first reported missing by her employer on Wednesday, Jan. 4. Four days later, on Jan. 8, police arrested her husband on charges of misleading a police investigation. Prosecutors stated he lied to police about his whereabouts during the timeframe of his wife’s disappearance.

A friend of the couple interviewed by investigators described their marriage as “strained” and corroborated that Ana Walshe planned to move to Washington, D.C., with the three children.

“Ana had reportedly given some sort of ultimatum to Brian about the resolution of his criminal case with the Federal Government and wanted the kids to be with her,” investigators wrote in court documents.
