Alexis Adams "You Had To Be There"

Mr. Adams dresses as a woman and joined in the social media protest call to go into the opposite bathroom and take a "selfie" in defiance of the law.  The law says that public bathrooms for for males and females separately.  Mr. Adams said he wanted to make a "statement" that the law is wrong so he went to the Durham Transit Center and said he went into the women's bathroom to take a selfie.  He said that he was "humiliated beyond belief" as security escorted him out.  The statements from ABC are cited, though one is cut.  There is little to go on, yet even with just a few sentences, we can learn if the subject will commit to the statement, or not.  We allow the subject to guide us.

We look for truthful people to tell us what happened and what was thought, and what was said; not what did not happen, what was not thought, or what was not said.
I couldn’t think. I couldn’t speak. I was speechless,”  Adams said.

Note that he reports three things, with two in the negative:
1.  He could not think
2.  He could not speak
3.  He was speechless

Please note that if one cannot speak, he will be without speech.  This is an unnecessary repetition.

Two elements of sensitivity are that which is in the negative;
One is an unnecessary repetition.

Adams says a custodian confronted him as soon as he came out of the stall. He stated that he was taken out in front of a large crowd, furthering his humiliation.

It was embarrassing. I was outed in front of everybody,” Adams said.
First "it was embarrassing it not "I was embarrassed."  Depending upon how traumatic this was ("humiliated beyond belief") we expect personal and close reaction revealed in the language.  This is not in the language.
Next note that he was "outed" but depending upon his dress, what might this mean?  If he believes he is a woman, what is there to "out", within his own personal dictionary?

“I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t fight it. I couldn’t tell them you’re wrong because it is the law,” Adams
It is interesting to note that his belief is that the law is "wrong" therefore, he joined the social media disobedience in going into   the bathroom to take a selfie for this protest and  showing disdain of the law.

Analysis Conclusion:  Deception Indicated in spite of the limited sample.   The subject does not commit, therefore, we cannot commit.  Taking the "humiliated beyond belief" as quoted (ABC News), we expect personal, and unclose language rather than the passive "it was humiliating..." in combination with that which was in the negative, and the unnecessary additional emphasis upon not speaking.
Post Script:  The story went national.

“We talked to staff and police officers, we can’t find any evidence (  )  was escorted out,” said Durham Public Affairs Director Beverly Thompson.

The city of Durham owns the Transit Center and recently released surveillance footage of the alleged incident after the original story was aired.

Adams can be seen in the video entering the public bathroom alone. About four minutes later, a custodian enters. Shortly later, Adams can be seen leaving the restroom by [himself].
When confronted with this fact, he said,  “you had to be there.”

We can see that being "speechless" was, according to the video, truthful, as there was no one to speak to and no interaction between the subject and the security guard.

Well, lies or no lies. The bathroom law in North Carolina really is a ridiculous law. Why should the government be bothered with controlling who is in which bathroom? Let people sort it out for themselves. Lying transvestites don't make the law any less ridiculous.

Im a woman. If I wear pants can I use the men's bathroom? Does that mean Im a man if I wear pants? These people need psychiatric help. If I put a crown on my head and say that Im the queen of England, does that mean I am the queen of England and should be allowed to live in her Palace?

Shocking!! Okay not shocking. Not even surprising. This is another hoax where the participant is looking to be publicly outed so they can sue for their alleged humiliation. There was no bathroom monitor to stop them from using either bathroom. And yet the media tan the story. Not because it was checked out and true. They ran it because it lines up with the sensational latest fake hate against transsexuals. And the poor humiliated speechless victim found their voice to play to the eager msm.

Perhaps this hoaxer should hook up with the fake hate cake guy.

Because WOMEN DO NOT WANT MEN in their bathrooms. We are LEGALLY ENTITLED to safe spaces due to our sex being vulnerable, and due to our right to privacy.

Bathrooms are SEX (not "gender") separated. These rooms exists so we can quietly use the toilet, NOT to validate the identities and fetishes of men.

Women shouldn't be left on their own to fight off men in their bathrooms.

When she says she was 'outed' she means that the janitor made known to those present that she is male or transgender - so 'outed' in the sense that she did not wish others to know that, and would otherwise have passed as female. Accepted, she is lying about the incident, but it makes no sense logically, anyway, as how would the janitor know if normally she uses female restrooms and passes as female? Only if she drew attention to herself as male or transgender, or spoke, would the janitor be likely to think 'man/guy/bloke'/transgender' which is something late transitioning male-to-female people have to accept and deal with - she created the incident to draw attention, in so doing 'outing' herself'.

How could she use a male restroom? - she would not be welcome, and would be vulnerable there - I don't see how she would pose a risk or make others in a female bathroom vulnerable, if her purpose is to use it, but I get that others think differently. She cannot make anyone accept that she is female, and she may find it necessary to break the law in order to safely use a public facility, but trying to make herself a victim, and creating an issue in order for there to be one - who has time or sympathy for all that? I'd like to say 'silly' but it isn't - as some people are genuinely worried, and everyone should be able to feel safe if they need to use a public restroom, and be able to do so without breaking the law.

Just under 2 years ago i posted an OT along with others regarding the disappearance of lynn Messer. When i post an OT i set up a Google Email alert to receive updates, mostly, with missing person cases.

Below is lynn Messer's husbands press conference, dated Jul 17, 2014, posted July 18 9 days after her disappearance.

Please note where he begins his statement.
The almost enthusiastic praising of LE, searchers, et al. (Deorr Kunz senior).

Vt 4:14

This first paragraph is not in the article above, but in the vt.

"I need to apologise first off. I have to have my prescription glasses to read my notes, and iv'e got tinting in them so forgive me for that".

I want to start by thanking everybody involved. First off, the press and news agencies, I want to thank you for showing up. We need your help,” said Kerry. I want to thank mySheriff Gary Stolzer for tremendous job that he and his staff have been doing and all the law enforcement he has enlisted that have been so responsive.

The literally hundreds of search and rescue people with their dogs and with their expertise that has helped through a very difficult process of elimination. To go through property that is very difficult to search, we wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for their help.”

He continued to thank his family who stood with him during the press conference. He also thanked the countless number of people who have been helping with searching and the thousands who have joined them in praying they could find her.

Kerry then addressed his wife directly.

If you can see this: We love you. I love you. I love you to the bottom of my heart,” said Kerry

“We are looking, we’re searching. We’re not going to quit until we find you. If you can respond in any way to let us know something, do so. If you’re in a situation where you can’t respond, don’t despair, we are not going to stop looking.”

Kerry made a plea to the public stating they have worked very actively and have covered about 1,200 to 1,300 acres of woodland, several hundred homes, and hundreds and hundreds of barns and buildings.

We have got thousands of acres of woodland that is undeveloped that we need to get searched and we are going to need help doing that,” said Kerry. “If you live in Ste. Genevieve, Jefferson, St. Francois County region or anywhere else in the state of Missouri or this nation, I ask that you please search all your outbuildings, search your vehicles. If you own property in St. Louis that you hunt on, don’t wait until deer season, please come to your property this week and search your property. My family and I are pleading that you help us find Lynn.”

Lynn Messer was last seen July 8. Her husband woke at 4 a.m. discovering she was missing. He searched the home and property unable to find her. Authorities were then dispatched at 7:56 a.m. to their farm off Route DD.

@ truth lover: you know you can actually LOCK your bathroom stall? Also: I live in a country where we don't have such ridiculous bathroom laws and I have never seen any men in a women's bathroom anyway. Even so: if someone would really harass you or behave indecently in the women's bathroom that would be a criminal offense in itself, so no need to criminalize people just being in a bathroom minding their own business.

The bathroom law is just religious extremism. Religious people wanting to decide how other people should live instead of just letting them live how they want, love who they and dress how they want.

Truth lover said...

Studies have shown that male to "female" transgenders have exactly the same male pattern criminality as ordinary men, including violence and sex offending.

They are not women's problem to deal with.

Lots of types of men are vulnerable in male toilets, including gays, young boys, small men, effete men, and disabled men. That doesn't mean they should all be allowed in the women's toilets.

I suggest perusing the Wordpress blog gendertrender if you are interested in learning the truth about trans. Eg that brain sex does not exist, and that the reason so many formerly butch straight men announce they are women is because they have autogynephilia, a fetish for thinking of themselves as female.

Truth lover said...

Oh shut up, you know nothing about me. It is hilarious that you assume I'm religious (I'm not) - it is the go-to defence of extremist social justice warriors to start banging on about God and accusing everyone and everything of being religiously motivated.

In fact, some religious extremists view trans-ing as a convenient way of dealing with gays. This is why Iran has such a high rate of gender reassignment surgery: if gays can't be attracted to the opposite sex, they will have to BECOME the opposite sex. It is forced gay conversion therapy due to religious extremism.

Thank you for this revelation, I had never before in my life noticed the locks on cubicle doors 🙄

Do YOU realise the locks on doors are entirely besides the point? These are the ways in which inviting biological men into women's spaces is dangerous:

1) it forces us to give men the benefit of the doubt. Before, unless there was an obvious innocent reason, a man being in a female toilet would be an obvious warning sign of danger, allowing women and children to quickly escape. Now we have to work out if they're a danger, and worry about their precious feelings before our safety. One gender trender commenter gave the analogy of how she told off a male friend for grabbing women from behind as a "joke" which screws with women's mental defences as they would be unable to discern a real attack as quickly. Bear in mind that natal male trans have the same criminality patterns and offending rates as regular males.

2) It gives predators easy-to-use excuses for why they should be in female toilets, thus giving them far greater access.

3) the autogynephile trans (the ones who were previous straight or bi men) have a fetish for themselves appearing as female, and they require the validation of other people to feed their fetish. This includes forced acceptance into women's spaces to make them feel like real women. Many of them also get turned on by uniquely female things, such as using feminine hygiene products (opening the wrapper etc) and women urinating. Some trans have commented on how turned in they feel when hearing women in the toilet. All of these things are sexually abusive, as it forces innocent female bystanders into roles in their sexual fantasies.

4) the vast majority of male-to-female trans never have their gentials reassigned. Thus they continue to have a penis. Men's and unisex toilets are filthy because men wee standing up, and allowing them into women's toilets would make our toilets just as filthy.

5) any man can now claim he has lady feelings and use the toilet

6) Some women have been abused by men and would be triggered by having to complete their toilet business within earshot of men. Many women who have not been abused would still find it unpleasant.

7) it causes suspicion to be cast on butch or androgynous looking real women

I hope I've made myself clear. You deranged social justice zealots and trannies need to stop forcing the entire world to validate your identities and fetishes, and stop trying to erase rhe existence of real women. No one gives a shit what men want to wear, if they want to play a feminine role and be called girls, but they shouldn't force themselves on us.

Read gendertrender blog to educate yourself.

Well I am not particularly interested in learning the truth about trans. For my part, they can be who they want to be, I don't really care one way or another.

But I am interested what you would do in the following situations:

1. A mother is out with her four year old son who sometimes needs help after going to the toilet. Which bathroom should they go to?
2. A woman has a bladder problem. The women's bathroom is occupied full, but there are some available stalls in the men's bathroom. She can't hold it much longer.
3. A women has a heart attack in the women's bathroom and needs help. There are no other women. Would her husband be allowed to go in the bathroom to help her?

It is interesting that you begin an anonymous statement with what you don't care about, and then go on to the same topic and ask a question, along with various hypothetical situations including such extremes as "heart attacks."

Have you a particular person in mind you wish to answer your questions?

My concern is no different than the nazi claim that their blood was scientifically different from Jewish blood. Science and truth, be damned.

Following your line of thinking, would I ask a Nazi what might happen if he was on the operating table and needed a blood transfusion and only a Jew's blood was available to him?

Or, should I deal with truth and principle, rather than exceptions?

My husband was debating the bathroom issue with a friend's girlfriend on Facebook. She said:

"I have a strong personal reason for wanting to do everything possible to reduce the ability of people to prey on children. I also have a desire to protect people who are different and have no choice in the matter. IE., gay lesbian and transgender people. Sometimes these desires conflict with each other. I do feel that given the recent changes in legislation, the GLTB Community feels that they have a window to have their concerns heard. That doesn't mean that all of the issues are valid. However, I still feel the need to support them."

My husband then asked her the following questions:

"When those desires conflict with each other, how do you decide which side you're going to take? Why do you support issues that you don't think are valid just because they belong to a certain subset of the population?"

She told him he was picking on her and she wasn't going to continue the conversation.

I am waiting for the first woman to claim they were harassed or assaulted by a transvestite or transgender. We'll see if that goes national too.

I am agreeing with Truth Lover. I would be a woman who has been sexually assaulted, and if I were to walk into a bathroom where an obvious transvestite/transgender was, I would leave because I would feel threatened. Why should I have to leave? I'm IN the appropriate bathroom. Penises do not belong in a womans bathroom unless they are a child with their mother. The majority of women have no problem with a male child, with their mom, being in the women's bathroom. We know why she is doing it as we do the same thing. Trans is not the same thing no matter how they shout it is.

If a man came in while I was already in there, I would be on high alert and get out as quickly as I could. Not because they are "trans" but because the have a penis and I have my pants down. Why is that so hard to understand for people? I don't get it.

I feel this is another small percentage of people, with the squeakiest wheel analogy and they are actually making enough noise that the MAJORITY of people are ignored to give the minority what they want. This has zero to do with religion. Zero.

I said on another blog post, WHY does the incidence appear so high among trans of lying to gain national attention?

1) Women's. Small children are allowed in opposite bathrooms.
2) The disabled toilet, but otherwise the men's toilet. Remember that unknown women do not tend to be a threat to men, so men would not be as unhappy. However, the woman would be at higher risk than in her own bathroom.
3) Of course. This would come under an innocent reason for being in the women's toilets.

Bear in mind that if trannies weren't constantly trying to force their way into women's toilets, and other spaces, then there would be no need for these laws.

As I said, no one cares about them being who they want to be.

Scenarios for you:

1) What are your thoughts on the fact that biological are now allowed to compete in women's sports? Bear in mind that no amount of artificial hormones will neutralise their natural physical advantages, including skeletal and muscular. This is a real-life scenario.

1a) Do you not care about the women who are displaced from sport because they just cannot compete with men (which ruins their career),

1b) and the women who have been significantly injured by fighting with men-to-female trans in contact sports? Again their careers will be ruined by fighting them, but in this case also by not fighting them as they are refusing a fight.

1c) What about women who have naturally high testosterone, but are now disqualified unless they can take fake hormones to bring their levels down? Hormone levels were included to cater to trannies and find an alternative way of defining femaleness.

2) What are your enlightening thoughts on men being who they want to be in women's shelters, and women's sexual abuse therapy groups? There are some horror stories about this.

3) What are your enlightening thoughts on children being encouraged to transition, despite it permanently sterilising them, and despite the fact that before trans because fashionable, the vast majority of trans children would grow up to be one healthy gay people?

Shannon In CA said...

Because they aren't interested in putting their penish anywhere on you. These people want to have vaginas. They don't WANT their penises. They don't LIKE their penises. This is why the T needs to be separated from the LGB - the issues are completely different. A lot of the LGBs (in particular the L's) are against the Ts, but they've been forced under the same umbrella. The funding for LGBT organisations primarily comes from gays, but is primarily spent on trans.

Another thing I've remembered - what do you pro-trans (anti-women's-rights) people think of the fact that autogynephiles call themselves lesbians, call their penises a female organ, and try to guilt trip or otherwise manipulate real lesbians into sleeping with them? Do you not think this is abusive? They call lesbians' reluctance for penis "the cotton ceiling".

Sexual predator jailed after claiming to be ‘transgender’ to assault women in shelter

TORONTO, March 4, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A biological man claiming to be ‘transgender’ so as to gain access to and prey on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed “indefinitely” last week after being declared by a judge a “dangerous offender.”

Pro-family leaders are pointing out that this is exactly the type of incident they warned of as the Ontario government passed its “gender identity” bill, dubbed the “bathroom bill,” in 2012.

Christopher Hambrook, 37, leaned on the ever expanding legal “rights” offered to people who “identify” with the sex opposite their biology. Under the name “Jessica,” he was able to get into the women’s shelters, where he sexually assaulted several women in 2012, the Toronto Sun reports.

Court heard how one woman awoke to find Hambrook assaulting her on her bed. “Her tights had been pulled down past her bottom and her bathing suit had been pulled to the side,” court documents reveal. “She yelled at the accused, demanding to know what he was doing. He simply covered his face with his hands, said ‘Oops!’ and started giggling.”

Court also heard evidence of Hambrook terrorizing a deaf woman living in the shelter. “The accused grabbed the complainant’s hand and forcibly placed it on his crotch area while his penis was erect,” court heard.

The same deaf women reported that Hambrook would peer at her through a gap between the door and its frame while she showered.

Justice John McMahon imposed the “indefinite” prison sentence due to Hambrook’s long history of committing sex crimes.

Hambrook was a former stripper and escort from Quebec before moving to Toronto in 2009 and posing as a woman. While in Montreal he served four years in jail for a 2002 sexual assault of a five-year-old girl who was a family friend and for raping a mentally challenged 27-year-old woman while on bail for the first crime, reports the Toronto Sun.

The prosecution successfully convinced the judge that Hambrook’s out-of-control sexual urges put the public at great risk and that an indefinite jail sentence was the only way to protect the public.

“I am satisfied there is no reasonable expectation that a lesser measure would adequately protect the public from Christopher Hambrook,” said Judge McMahon.

Ontario amended its Human Rights Code to make “gender identity” and “gender expression” prohibited grounds for discrimination in 2012. The bill’s sponsors said at the time that the so-called “Toby's Law” would open the door to “social change” in Canada.

Family advocates argued at the time that the NDP sponsored bill would create a legal right for a man who calls himself ‘transgender’ to use rooms and facilities intended for women so as to exploit women.

The bill was subsequently dubbed the “bathroom bill” by its critics. Allowing a man who calls himself ‘transgender’ to enter a woman’s area has already proved problematic in the United States.

In 2012 a college in Washington state decided it would not prevent a 45-year-old man who presents himself as a transgender “female” from lounging naked in a women’s locker room in an area frequented by girls as young as six. Teenage girls on a high school swim team were using the facilities when they saw "Colleen" Francis deliberately exposing male genitalia through the glass window in a sauna. Police told one outraged mother that the university could not bar the biological male from the premises.

Brian Rushfeldt, president of Canada Family Action, told LifeSiteNews that Hambrook’s method of gaining legal entrance into the woman’s shelters proves gender identity legislation is inherently flawed.

“The Ontario law is dangerous. It is unacceptable that any country would allow a law which puts citizens at risk. It proves the law was ill planned and executed, and the government should be held legally responsible for these crimes.”

Jack Fonseca of Campaign Life Coalition told LifeSiteNews that it “didn’t take a brain surgeon to predict that letting men into women’s bathrooms and other private spaces would eventually lead to sexual assaults.”

“I wish we didn't have to say 'I told you so,’ but Ontario's party leaders and MPPs were warned that the transsexual ‘Bathroom Bill’ endangered women and needed to be defeated.”

“Of course this lunatic law could only make it easier for rapists and peeping toms to prey on female victims while masquerading as ‘transgendered.’”

Fonseca called for a repeal of the law.

“If this dangerous law is not repealed, we will only see a rise in male predators attacking women in spaces where they deserve the right to privacy like bathrooms, change rooms and women’s shelters.”

Fonseca took aim at Progressive Conservative leader Tim Hudak for supporting the bill, saying that he should take “personal responsibility for the attempted rape of those poor women in the shelters.”

“Hudak cannot escape blame: He supported this nonsensical law.”

QMI Agency’s Christina Blizzard wrote in an opinion piece last week that women have a “right to protection.”

“This is a bad law that allows heterosexual predators access to women in their most personal moments. Extra care should be taken to protect at-risk women in vulnerable situations, such as homeless shelters.”

RELATED: Transgender ‘female’ MMA fighter gives female opponent concussion, broken eye socket

Ezra Levant said that the gender identity law in Ontario has made the province become a “magnet for rapists.”

“Instead of women being protected in Ontario, instead of the law protecting women, the law serves up women to a rapist named ‘Jessica,’” he said on his show The Source.

A federal version of the “gender identity” bill currently sits in the Senate after failing to pass its third and final reading in August after the Conservatives shut down Parliament for a summer break.

Fonseca said that the federal legislation puts Canadian women at risk.

“We urge all concerned Canadians to phone, email and write Canada’s Senators pointing out that the Ontario version of this law allowed Mr. Hambrook to sexually assault two women, and to ensure that Senators do not make the mistake of granting legal cover to would-be rapists at the federal level.”

“Tell the Senators to vote NO to Bill C-279 when it comes up again.”

I find this to be the standard answer for people who want others to feel that they are discriminatory and "bad" people for feeling the way they do. As Tania just pointed out Shannon, YES, I guess we all can say that we HAVE heard of women being assaulted because of this craziness.

Also Shannon, you specifically mention transsexuals but fail to mention transvestites that also fall under this umbrella since no one is doing a genital check at the door. Transvestites (or at least the ones I have known) do NOT hate their penises, neither do men that dress up as women solely to "lounge" or come into a womans bathroom. It's that tunnel-vision of people that are "oh so scared" of being labeled close-minded, prejudice, transphobic, etc. that refuse to see ALL aspects of a blanket law such as this. I do not look at a transgender person and think, "sexual predator" or "deviant" I come from the point of the law in unenforceable and just opens the door for people that ARE sexual predators and deviants to stroll into a womans bathroom/spa/locker room and commit a sexual act either in front of, or to, a woman/girl.
Good Lord, ONE known case is TO MANY!
I agree with Truth that I don't give a shit what people do with their own bodies, or their sex lives, but when it used as an excuse to do what the article Tania posted above, it shows how miserably constructed this law is. For me, it has nothing to do with transphobia.

Bollocks. Bruce Jenner himself said that he probably wouldn't have full gender reassignment surgery, and goodness knows he can afford it. For some, finances may be the issue, but for others there is certainly far more to it than "I can't pay to have my penis inverted, my testes removed, and external female genetalia sculpted."

A male-to-female transgender person admitted to me that women are attacked by m-to-f trans, but according to him it's statistically fewer than one a year, apparently making it a non-issue. He then sent death threats to my husband and told me that I should drink bleach and wash my mouth out with a bullet, after calling me a c**t.

Allowing anyone who claims to be trans to use whichever restroom they please means that there is no clear cut place where one can say "this far and no further" when it comes to biological males entering what is supposed to be safe space for biological females. Simply saying "I feel like a woman" doesn't MEAN anything, and Peter raised many excellent points regarding what could happen as a result of how one reports to "feel" in an earlier post. Anyone who cannot comprehend why allowing men access to women-only places based on a "feeling" is dangerous is living in a world of politically correct naiveté, and is far too absorbed in their own feelings to examine the real issues at hand with rationality and logical thinking.

@ Truth lover

The questions you pose are quite removed form the issue of the bathroom law, but I'll try to answer them.
1) Sports should be fair. It is obvious that most sports will have to have a separate male and female competition to be fair. It poses a problem in rare cases where women have a Y-chromosome or high testosteron levels. I can't really say what's the best solution in any case, but I'd say dignity and fairness should be guiding principles.
2) I believe the question whether a transsexual male to female should be allowed in women's shelters or women's support groups should be judged on a case by case basis, taking into consideration how the women feel about it, checking out the story and background of the transsexual for any risk factors and whether it is the best place for the transsexual to receive help, considering what has happened to her.
3) I think for children with transsexual feelings it can be very difficult for parents to do what's in the best interest of the child. The best thing would probably to ask advice from a specialized clinic. I believe they should be neither discouraged nor dissuaded; the best thing is not to make any irrevocable decisions. In some cases that may mean to start hormone therapy, because puberty can also lead to irrevocable changes. That's a real dilemma and I hope the child, its parents and the doctors can make such a decision as well informed as possible. The happiness of the child should be the number one priority. As there are numerous adult people suffering from depressions because they feel they are in the wrong body and even commit suicide, I can understand the decision to accept and help children become who they want to be.

Transgender is a fetish. Oftentimes people with one fetish have others.

Recall Mark Redwine who enjoyed dressing as a woman as well as eating feces.

Also keep in mind gay men often have sex in bathrooms in public places. Do you want "trans" men having sex with men in bathrooms? Or trying to eat feces?

Personally, I don't care if a transvestite uses the same bathroom I am in, but I do worry about pedophile men dressing as women to try to prey on children in bathrooms.

The world has gotten completely insane.

People are starving, children are starving, people are being blown up in war zones and yet the main issue is men dressed as women who are outraged that they can't use the bathroom designated for the sex that they are NOT.

Cry me a river. So sick of hearing about "microaggressions" and people complaining about stupid shit.

The problem wasn't the bathroom bill which passed after the shelter incident. The problem is that this man committed two offenses and was allowed anywhere other than his cell.

OT Update:

Lemhi County Sheriff: Campground closed off to search for DeOrr Kunz Jr

EADORE - The Lemhi County Sheriff's Office says that part of the Timber Creek Campground is closed off as officials prepare to search the area in the next few weeks for missing, DeOrr Kunz Jr.

The toddler went missing on July 10, 2015 after his parents say he disappeared while they were camping.

The sheriff's office tells Local News 8 that the U.S. Forest Service is in charge of enforcing the shut down.
The family's former private investigator, Philip Klein, released a statement on the Klein Investigations and Consulting Facebook page Saturday asking the public to stay away from Timber Creek Campground.

The statement reads:

"This afternoon we have received calls and emails to our offices to another rumor running around the internet regarding the Deorr Kunz, Jr. case. As seemingly there is a group of individuals that continually try to create side shows and put out information that is not only NOT factual - now they have resorted to simply trying to cast doubt on witnesses.
We want to publicly say Issac Reinwand has cooperated with our investigation team fully. He has given four interviews / statements with our firm. As well he has given interviews to Law Enforcement. As Mr. Reinwand was one of the four on the mountain that day - his story has so far been consistent and factual to investigators.
I personally urge the public to go back and read what we have said about this man as well as what law enforcement has said about this man.
We again believe that those out there that suggest anything other are one of three things : 1) attempting create attention to themselves, 2) attempting to create cover for the named suspects in this case, or 3) simply just sick people.

This case remains VERY active. We understand our silence has upset some - but we are moving towards a prosecution phase and search phase to the case. We will announce what we need to announce as the month goes on.
We want to remind the public NOT to go into the area until law enforcement releases it. At this time it is NOT released to the general public. Again - and to repeat - Mr. Reinwand has been cooperative, he has worked with investigators and continues to this day. Thank you for caring about this case. Again - it is progressing.

Philip R. Klein, Sr. Investigator"

Lemhi County Sheriff Lynn Bowerman named the parents, Jessica Mitchell and Vernal Kunz, suspects in January. Bowerman believes the two know more about what happened to DeOrr.

From wrtten article:

Lynn Messer's husband asks area residents to search their properties

I have snipped the article down to quotes and relevent information.

After her husband starts off with the above statement. It continues.

The Ste. Genevieve Sheriff’s Department held a press conference Thursday morning in regard to the disappearance of 52-year-old Lynn Messer in front of the sheriff’s department.

After Missouri State Highway Patrol Spokesperson Juston Wheetley read the formal press release that was sent out Wednesday, he introduced Kerry Messer, husband to Lynn Messer, who wanted to speak out to the media.

"“I want to start by thanking everybody involved.

John Mc Gowan said...

Note, when it comes to thanking LE the searchers et al, he produces the pronoun "I"
He then produces the pronoun "we" when it comes to searching.
Some may say he is including the searchers and others when he uses "we". It is this part however. Where i would expect him to use "I".
we wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for their help.”

Kerry then addressed his wife directly.

“If you can see this: We love you. I love you. I love you to the bottom of my heart,” said Kerry

We are looking, we’re searching. We’re not going to quit until we find you. If you can respond in any way to let us know something, do so. If you’re in a situation where you can’t respond, don’t despair, we are not going to stop looking.

Kerry made a plea to the public stating they have worked very actively and have covered about 1,200 to 1,300 acres of woodland, several hundred homes, and hundreds and hundreds of barns and buildings.

“We have got thousands of acres of woodland that is undeveloped that we need to get searched and we are going to need help doing that,” said Kerry.

Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office has also set up a tip line to receive any information from the public that may be useful to finding Lynn. The tip line number is 573-883-5820 ext: 27463.

I agree with truth lover. I don't want men in public ladies rooms. I only tolerate men in my bathroom at home because we only have one but if I had my way I'd have a separate ladies room lol

Obviously many who identify as transgender have emotional, if not mental issues.

However, babies are born every day with no sex organs, or equipment of both genders. Our gestation is such a complex process; it's not exactly a stretch to grasp that someone could occasionally get the wrong set entirely?

Just because the first two are objectively visible, doesn't mean the less visible extreme - again, occasionally! - doesn't occur.

Nobody would ever tell a child with obviously incorrect equipment, or no sex organs, that's how they're meant to be and that they're "freaks" for being unhappy with their God-given bodies.

And when parents face that frightening question of which gender should the docs fix their baby; if YOU faced that decision with your newborn, the natural reaction is looking at each other in fear and horror, "OMG; what if we choose wrong?!?"
not
"Aw, what the heck; your sister has all that stuff her sons outgrew; let's go 'boy' this time!"

Having said that, safety comes first, and children and defenseless people's safety trumps hurt feelings always.
The primary threat is the non-trans feces stains who exploit these situations to prey on children.

Unless and until we fix that mess, preferably with zero tolerance death or at least never, ever paroled, plus everywhere a row of single-occupancy stalls (just like PortaPotty Avenue at state fairs minus the asphixiating stench); use the facilities that match your current body.

She was desperate for a confrontation and when none was forthcoming she invented one. I'm so tired of the fake hate BS and the lack of legal recourse when the perpetrators are proven to have fabricated lies. I would insist the person who supposedly "outed" her be identified and thus permitted to defend himself, but that won't happen because she'd be exposed for lying.
UGH!

Something like 0.4 % of the population is transgender yet their wishes and desires to be treated exactly like the gender of their choosing is being given far more consideration and understanding than the fears and concerns of millions of men and women who are not transgender. Who, exactly, are the intolerant people here? When a minute minority of people demand and receive special treatment and the vast majority must accept it lest they be viewed as intolerant.

rob said...

This was never an issue until Charlotte decided to pass a law about it and the state decided that cities shouldn't be deciding these issues, but the state.
If a transgender "looks" like the sex that they are wanting to be, who would even know? The issue is that the door is being opened to pedifiles, or anyone else, being allowed to enter any restroom, or anywhere else, that they desire to, and not much will be done about it.
Any parent who lets a child of either sex enter a restroom alone is already asking for trouble.

I am sick of these issues continually coming up, about the minority of the population. It's NOT all about them, even though they scream the loudest.

The person in this story got exactly what they wanted, and that is publicity.

I think with or without the law, transgender people have used the bathroom of their choosing and will continue to do so; we probably wouldn't recognize a transgender person in the bathroom, especially those who don't draw attention to themselves.
If I entered a bathroom and saw a man, dressed as a woman (or not), and I felt uncomfortable, I'd leave. I don't think, however, that's a situation that's likely to happen with frequency. There's only a very small percentage of transgender people, most of whom probably aren't feeling very appreciative of the publicity surrounding this issue, who've been quietly using the woman's bathroom for years without incident.
I feel badly for THEM, not the activists who are helping noone.

Reply to May 27, 9:47:
It's not right to dismiss out of hand the objections some folks have with the bathroom issue. If a solution is to be found, understanding has to come from both sides and that starts with acknowledging some people are very uncomfortable sharing the bathroom with transgender people. So, how does one alleviate their fears? Certainly not by being dismissive or calling them religious nuts.

1. When my son's were little, I always took them into the woman's bathroom. There was one time when my son, about 8 years old at the time, was waiting for me to come put of the stall, when a woman told him to get out of the bathroom. I simply told her that he was with me and that was that - she left him alone.

2. I've nipped into the mens bathroom a handful of times when I've really had to go, with no objections from anyone I've encountered.

3. If I was having a heart attack and my husband was waiting outside the bathroom, I'm certain he wouldn't care about the ladies only sign to get to me, and I don't think any rational person would complain.

Most people are reasonable and those who aren't will always find something to complain about, there's nothing you can do about them.

There was a pedophile who had just a tick below (on one IQ test administered by a very specific psychologist) meaning he qualified for "community", instead of prison.

"Community" meant: he lived in his own apartment, had a cell phone, internet, computer, TV, cable and all of his bills paid by the tax payer. He had live in servants who waited on him hand and foot, of whom he regularly burned through.

He was, however, barred from schools and parks when schools were out.

His 'worker ' took him to a park that appeared vacant. One of the rules is that he cannot use a public bathroom alone but this was a most unpleasant task for his servants (worker) who decided, rather than absorb the unpleasant odor, he would wait outside because the park was empty that morning.

There was a little boy in the bathroom.

When the man did not come out in a few minutes, the worker went in and found that he was molesting the child.

*The child will suffer for the rest of his life.
*the worker was not only terminated but brought up on charges
*the child's parents and loved ones will suffer for the rest of his life

The molester was punished.

He was not allowed back to this park.

"I feel like a woman."

Consider the two words of distancing language;, "feel" and "like"
Then, consider that a man who makes this statement has no experiential knowledge of what it "feels" like to be a woman. He is mentally ill, disturbed, or 'off'; (choose the word most acceptable), who desperately needs psychiatric and psychological help. He is at extreme risk for suicide and since his disfunction is directly related to sex, it is the height of foolishness to not protect children or others at risk (including women) from him.

Going down the rabbit hole to protect .001 of the population with this disorder (there is no such thing as 'transgendered') will in short order continue to destroy life in America. Schools will be unable to host girls and boys sports teams because they will be forced to allow boys who dress like girls to participate in girls' teams.

Fathers who see men dressed like women enter the bathroom with their daughters are going to go violent.

Those with mental illness need help, and they need human dignity shown to them, but not at the expense of protecting the general population.

Truth.

German blood is no different than Jewish blood.
Men are different than women.

Feelings do not over rule science in the two above statements.

One anonymous poster wrote above about feeling sorry for them but NOT for the activists using them.

Well said.

I don't want mentally ill men in the bathroom with me or my daughter. this makes me intolerant? where is the tolerance for the 99.99% of the population? We in North Carolina did not start this fight------they are fighting back from having this pushed down our throats.

rob said...

NC, I hope you keep fighting back!
It's no where close to the same issue, but here is SC we were 'boycotted' for years over the confederate flag. Hate to say it, we couldn't tell the difference. It's down now and I have not noticed a big upswing in business/tourism/etc.
Somebodies always looking for something new to cry about, to push down someone else's throat. We need to step up and start fighting back. Somehow, I kinda think this is what Donald Trump's popularity is all about.
Just my opinion.

rob said...

I forgot to add, the solution will probably be something like requiring all public places that provide restrooms to have all individual rooms with locking doors. That will be a big expense to businesses, gov't offices, schools, churches, etc. But no amount is too much to satisfy the small minority of citizens (many of whom do not work but draw gov't benefits cause they got issues other than gender based)
Opps, I said it out loud.

NC has much at stake and it's not about .001 per cent population

Hi Rob,
I don't think Trump can beat Clinton, but at this point it doesn't even matter - one of them is going to be our next, gulp, president. OMG. It's madness.
Anyway, I live in SC as well, and I agree with you. The flag coming down made for great press, especially for Haley, and many people wanted it gone and they're happy about it. But as far as increased business? I don't see it.

Here's sonething I don't understand about the NC lawsuit: How can the federal government hold the state to ransom over this bill? They are threatening to withhold federal funding that has zip to do with the bathroom issue, if I'm understanding this correctly. HOW is that legal or ethical? Isn't the federal government only supposed to intervene if there's a constitutional question? Actually, that's a question for the US Supreme Court, isn't it?

Peter, excellent link/read.

There's only one tax payer (be it state or national -- "a" person pays both). As is always the case, it's the tax payer who pays for bureaucratic ineptitude and arrogance.
