Julie Baker: "Relentlessly Gay" Federal Commerce Fraud

Here is an update from the "fake hate" woman who has raised more than $40,000 by denigrating Christians, falsely writing her own "hate letter" seeking to cause hatred towards Christians and profit by it.

Statement Analysis of the anonymous threatening letter showed that she, Julie Baker herself, was the author.  In subsequent defense of her mother, her daughter did not deny this assertion.

You may read the analysis here:

http://statement-analysis.blogspot.com/2015/06/statement-analysis-of-julie-baker.html

She went from raising more than $40,000 for $10 lights, to trying to sell fake hate t shirts, wrist bands, and anything else she can hawk.

When she wrote another statement, she stopped her pattern of capitalization and introduced "fear" into her language.

Here, she now says she won't yet withdraw the money, recognizing the elevation of the crime she has perpetrated against two distinct victims:
 1. Christians
2. Those who donated money to her

 Will she still be prosecuted?

"I want to humbly thank everyone for their extreme generosity. Please now, take all of this good energy and help each other. I just learned moments ago that I could turn off the donations, and I am doing so because I there is plenty, more than plenty, above and beyond the goal. On a sadder note, the world is filled with hate and fear, as such I want to work to remove any doubt about the authenticity of the letter. Until then I am not taking a dime out of this account. Please carry on with flooding the world with rainbows and joy, be relentlessly generous, be relentlessly compassionate, be relentlessly vibrant and stay relentlessly gay."

Please note that she does not say that she did not write the note, nor that she would prove she did not write the note, nor even that she will remove any doubt.

Instead, she uses the distancing language of "work to" remove any doubt.

This shows that she realizes that there is a struggle before her, and a polygraph would cause her to be prosecuted.

She wrote the note and fears prison for a federal commerce fraud crime.

Look at her language

"On a sadder note, the world is filled with hate and fear, as such I want to work to remove any doubt about the authenticity of the letter. Until then I am not taking a dime out of this account."

"Until then"....(she won't touch the money). Until she "work(s) to remove any doubt about the authenticity of the letter".

Methinks she will touch the money.
Methinks that it wont be long till someone opens another gofundme page for her and her "illness" or to somehow compensate for her emotional suffering from all the doubters.

She doesn't even say she will work to remove any doubt. She only says "I want to work to remove any doubt about the authenticity of the letter." She only "want" to work. Not that she will work.
She is relying on the good hearted to interpret her words.

Also notice how she doesn't say a word about how she feels about being "targeted" by haters. How upset she is that people can't accept who she is, etc etc. Only that it is sad because of the hate and fear in the world. It's like Charlie Rogers, who always talked about victims, but never identified herself as one. This is a perfect place for her to do that.

She wants: "please now, take all of this good energy and help each other". At least Jones had the decency to offer to give to charity. I would have expected at least even a small declaration of her desire of protecting people from being targeted, or to give back and help others in need.

It looks like Julie Baker just posted anonymously on the other thread at 6:05 pm trying to get people to keep donating.

I was suspicious of that also. Same capitalisation. That or it's a deliberate facsimile of the writing style in order to make a point.

What a liar! I hope this is investigated, who knows, they may call you as a witness for the prosecution!
Great blog, I check it out daily and have learned a lot about language use - much appreciated!!

I find myself wishing I could run a credit check on this woman (which I can't, because federal law prohibits credit checks based on pure curiosity.) I suspect I would find that she is deeply in debt and likely in trouble with the law (DUI, check kiting, etc.) Based on her appearance alone (nonconformist tattoos and piercings) I suspect she has drug/alcohol addiction issues. It is not politically correct, but I say this as a criminal defense attorney in the San Francisco Bay area who appeared on behalf of a second DUI client this morning and who has appeared on COUNTLESS gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered clients. I have seen SO MANY clients with substance abuse problems. The need to deform oneself with piercings/dyed hair/tattoos/etc. is NOT synonymous with supporting alternative sexual identities. Sadly, it tends to be consistent with an injured sense of self, due to parental abuse or domestic abuse or self-abuse.

Iris Tibbitts is posting about you on FB. She was part of a gang that were going to scam people with relentlessly gay t shirts

she is so relentlessly ignorant. When Julie Baker is arrested she Will still Deny the lies!!

Did you all notice the gofundme page is back up? Do you think it means they did a superficial investigation and cleared it? Hope not, because I am pretty certain it did not deserve to be cleared.

It appears that the people on the Relentlessly Gay Facebook are eager for the Snopes editor to declare the fundraiser legit. She responded to the group with the info that she must speak to Baltimore County police directly and cannot publish their secondhand version of what the police said. She asked for the officer's name and this is how Julie responded:

Julie Baker: "I would appreciate the officer not being harassed, they have bad guys to deal with, not filling internet pages. Kim, thank you for submitting changes, I noticed the conjecture went up really fast. The note was left money the 16th. I hope in the future the site does its best to get all of the facts before posting stories. There are many victims out \there of crimes that run the gammon of strange and difficult to believe, treating a victim like a sideshow attraction is cruel and dangerous and feeds sociopaths."

Looks like she is working hard, BTW, to improve her capitalization skills.

Ah yes. Let us celebrate that the page is back up, for what is the greater pity...a child with not enough food, people with no clean drinking water, babies in 3rd world countries with no vaccines against deadly diseases, or a yard that is not relentlessly gay enough? Surely I don't need to answer that question for you! Let the rainbow dragon rise high on the rooftop and the pink flamingos hold their heads high!

Yeah there is a huge discrimination not between people of third world and developed ones but even among us. My sister has landed an internship with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer and she often tells us how rich and influential people are given a special treatment and most of cases never make it to media even.
